1總則

1.0.1為了促進河北省鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)化、標準化發(fā)展,推進裝配式

建筑的發(fā)展,積極推進我省鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的現(xiàn)代化,提升鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技

術(shù)集成配套,節(jié)約資源,保護環(huán)境,制定本標準。

1.0.2本標準規(guī)定了建筑用鋼型材的材料要求、截面尺寸,以及

訂貨、偏差控制等。本標準適用于建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用的熱軋型鋼、冷彎

空心型鋼、焊接空心型鋼的工廠生產(chǎn)和設(shè)計選用。

1.0.3建筑用鋼型材的工廠生產(chǎn)和設(shè)計選用除應(yīng)符合本標準外,

尚應(yīng)符合國家和河北省現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標準的規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語和符號

2.1術(shù)語

2.1.1建筑用鋼型材steelextrudateforbuildings

在房屋建筑中使用的,通過軋制、冷彎、焊接等工藝制成的

具有一定幾何形狀的鋼構(gòu)件。

2.1.2熱軋型鋼hotrolledsectionsteel

用加熱鋼坯軋成的各種幾何斷面形狀的鋼材,本標準中分為

熱軋H型鋼和熱軋無縫鋼管。

2.1.3冷彎空心型鋼coldforminghollowsectionalsteel

用鋼板或鋼帶在連續(xù)輥式冷彎機組上生產(chǎn)成型,再焊接接縫

而成的空心型鋼,本標準中分為圓形、矩形和方形等冷彎空心型

鋼。

2.1.4焊接空心型鋼theweldedhollowsectionalsteel

用鋼板或鋼管焊接而成的空心型鋼,本標準中分為矩形(含

方形)、日字形、田字形、L形、T形、十字形等空心型鋼。

2.1.5耐候鋼atmosphericcorrosionresistingsteel

通過添加少量的合金元素如Cu、P、Cr、Ni等,使其在金屬

基體表面上形成保護層,以提高耐大氣腐蝕性能的鋼。

2.2符號

2.2.1熱軋型鋼的幾何參數(shù)

H1——H型鋼截面高度;

B1——H型鋼截面寬度;

tw——H型鋼腹板厚度;

tf——H型鋼翼緣厚度;

r1——H型鋼圓角半徑;

D1——熱軋無縫鋼管的外直徑;

t1——熱軋無縫鋼管的壁厚。

2.2.2冷彎空心型鋼的幾何參數(shù)

H——冷彎矩形空心型鋼的長邊尺寸;

B——冷彎矩形空心型鋼的短邊尺寸或冷彎方形空心型

鋼的邊長;

t——冷彎空心型鋼的壁厚;

R——冷彎矩形、方形空心型鋼的外圓弧半徑;

D——冷彎圓形空心型鋼的外直徑。

2.2.3焊接空心型鋼的幾何參數(shù)

H2——焊接矩形空心型鋼的長邊尺寸;

B2——焊接矩形空心型鋼的短邊尺寸;

t2——焊接矩形空心型鋼的壁厚;

H3——焊接L形空心型鋼的單肢長度;

B3——焊接L形空心型鋼的肢寬;

t3——焊接L形空心型鋼的壁厚;

H4——焊接T形空心型鋼的腹板高;

L4——焊接T形空心型鋼的翼緣長;

B4——焊接T形空心型鋼的肢寬;

t4——焊接T形空心型鋼的壁厚;

H5——焊接日字形空心型鋼的長邊尺寸;

3材料

3.1一般規(guī)定

3.1.1建筑用鋼型材的選用應(yīng)遵循技術(shù)可靠、經(jīng)濟合理的原則,

綜合考慮建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的重要性、荷載特征、結(jié)構(gòu)形式、應(yīng)力狀態(tài)、

連接方法、工作環(huán)境、鋼材厚度和價格等因素,選用合適的鋼材

牌號和材性保證項目。設(shè)計文件中應(yīng)完整地注明對鋼材的技術(shù)要

求。

3.1.2承重結(jié)構(gòu)所用的鋼材應(yīng)具有屈服強度、抗拉強度、斷后伸

長率和硫、磷含量的合格保證,對焊接結(jié)構(gòu)尚應(yīng)具有碳當(dāng)量的合

格保證。焊接承重結(jié)構(gòu)以及重要的非焊接承重結(jié)構(gòu)采用的鋼材應(yīng)

具有冷彎試驗的合格保證;對直接承受動力荷載或需驗算疲勞的

構(gòu)件所用鋼材尚應(yīng)具有沖擊韌性的合格保證。

3.1.3采用塑性設(shè)計的結(jié)構(gòu)及進行彎矩調(diào)幅的構(gòu)件,所采用的鋼

材應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1屈強比不應(yīng)大于0.85;

2鋼材應(yīng)有明顯的屈服臺階,且伸長率不應(yīng)小于20%。

3.1.4建筑用鋼型材宜采用Q235、Q345、Q355、Q390、Q420、

Q460和Q345GJ鋼,其質(zhì)量除應(yīng)符合本標準規(guī)定外,尚應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)

行國家標準《碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼》GB/T700、《低合金高強度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼》

GB/T1591、《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼板》GB/T19879和《結(jié)構(gòu)用無縫鋼

管》GB/T8162的規(guī)定。

3.1.5處于外露環(huán)境,且對耐腐蝕有特殊要求或處于侵蝕性介質(zhì)

環(huán)境中的承重結(jié)構(gòu),可采用Q235NH、Q355NH和Q415NH牌號

的耐候結(jié)構(gòu)鋼,其質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《耐候結(jié)構(gòu)鋼》GB/T

4171的規(guī)定。

3.1.6高層建筑的外露承重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)可選用Q235NH、Q355NH或

Q415NH等牌號的焊接耐候鋼,其材質(zhì)和材料性能要求應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)

行國家標準《耐候結(jié)構(gòu)鋼》GB/T4171的規(guī)定,并宜附加要求保

證晶粒度不小于7級,耐腐蝕指數(shù)不小于6.0。

3.1.7焊接結(jié)構(gòu)所用鋼材尚應(yīng)具有良好的焊接性能,其碳當(dāng)量或

焊接裂紋敏感性指數(shù)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求或相關(guān)標準的規(guī)定。

3.1.8建筑用鋼型材焊接材料的選用應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1焊條或焊絲的型號和性能應(yīng)與相應(yīng)母材的性能相適應(yīng),其

熔敷金屬的力學(xué)性能應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定,且不應(yīng)低于相應(yīng)母材標準

的下限值。

2焊條的材質(zhì)和性能應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《非合金鋼及細晶

粒鋼焊條》GB/T5117、《熱強鋼焊條》GB/T5118的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

對直接承受動力荷載或需要驗算疲勞的結(jié)構(gòu),以及低溫環(huán)境下工

作的厚板結(jié)構(gòu),宜采用低氫型焊條。

3焊絲的材質(zhì)和性能應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《熔化焊用鋼絲》

GB/T14957、《氣體保護電弧焊用碳鋼、低合金鋼焊絲》GB/T8110、

《碳鋼藥芯焊絲》GB/T10045及《低合金鋼藥芯焊絲》GB/T17493

的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

4埋弧焊用焊絲和焊劑的材質(zhì)和性能應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準

《埋弧焊用碳鋼焊絲和焊劑》GB/T5293、《埋弧焊用低合金鋼焊

絲和焊劑》GB/T12470的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

3.1.9高層民用建筑中按抗震設(shè)計的框架梁、柱和抗側(cè)力支撐等

主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件,其鋼材性能要求尚應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1鋼材抗拉性能應(yīng)有明顯的屈服臺階,其斷后伸長率不應(yīng)小

于20%。

2鋼材屈服強度波動范圍不應(yīng)大于120N/mm2,鋼材實物的

實測屈強比不應(yīng)大于0.85。

3抗震等級為三級及以上的高層民用建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu),其主要抗

側(cè)力構(gòu)件所用鋼材應(yīng)具有與其工作溫度相應(yīng)的沖擊韌性合格保

證。

4偏心支撐框架中的消能梁段所用鋼材的屈服強度不應(yīng)大

于345N/mm2,屈強比不應(yīng)大于0.8;且屈服強度波動范圍不應(yīng)大

于100N/mm2。

3.1.10鋼材質(zhì)量等級的選用應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1A級鋼僅可用于結(jié)構(gòu)工作溫度高于0℃的不需要驗算疲勞

的結(jié)構(gòu),且Q235A鋼不宜用于焊接結(jié)構(gòu)。高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)選用Q235A

或Q235B級鋼時應(yīng)選用鎮(zhèn)靜鋼。

2需驗算疲勞的焊接結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼材應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1)當(dāng)工作溫度高于0℃時其質(zhì)量等級不應(yīng)低于B級;

2)當(dāng)工作溫度不高于0℃但高于﹣20℃時,Q235、Q345

鋼不應(yīng)低于C級,Q390、Q420及Q460鋼不應(yīng)低于D

級;

3)當(dāng)工作溫度不高于﹣20℃時,Q235、Q345鋼不應(yīng)低于

D級,Q390、Q420及Q460鋼應(yīng)選用E級。

3需驗算疲勞的非焊接結(jié)構(gòu),其鋼材質(zhì)量等級要求可較上述

焊接結(jié)構(gòu)降低一級但不應(yīng)低于B級。但對吊車起重量不小于50t

的中級工作制吊車梁,其質(zhì)量等級要求不能降低。

4工作溫度不高于﹣20℃的受拉構(gòu)件及承重構(gòu)件的受拉板

材的厚度或直徑小于40mm時,質(zhì)量等級不低于C級;當(dāng)其厚度

或直徑不小于40mm時,質(zhì)量等級不低于D級;重要承重結(jié)構(gòu)的

受拉板材宜滿足現(xiàn)行國家標準《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼板》GB/T19879的

要求。

3.1.11建筑用鋼型材的壁厚允許偏差,當(dāng)壁厚不大于10mm時不

得超過公稱壁厚的±4%,當(dāng)壁厚大于10mm時不得超過壁厚的

±3%,彎角及焊縫區(qū)域壁厚除外。

3.2鋼材化學(xué)成分和設(shè)計指標

3.2.1Q235鋼的化學(xué)成分應(yīng)符合表3.2.1的規(guī)定。

a當(dāng)需對硅含量控制時(例如熱浸鍍鋅涂層),為達到抗拉強度要求而增加其他

元素如碳和錳的含量,表中最大碳當(dāng)量值的增加應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

對于Si≤0.030%,碳當(dāng)量可提高0.02%;對于Si≤0.25%,碳當(dāng)量可提高0.01%。

b只適用于型鋼和棒材。

c只適用于質(zhì)量等級為D的鋼板。

3.2.4鋼材的設(shè)計用強度指標,應(yīng)根據(jù)鋼材牌號、厚度或直徑按

表3.2.4采用。采用Q355鋼時,需滿足相應(yīng)規(guī)范標準要求。

3.2.6焊縫的強度指標應(yīng)按表3.2.6采用并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1手工焊用焊條、自動焊和半自動焊所采用的焊絲和焊劑,

應(yīng)保證其熔敷金屬的力學(xué)性能不低于母材的性能。

2焊縫質(zhì)量等級應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接規(guī)范》

GB50661的規(guī)定,其檢驗方法應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程

施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50205的規(guī)定。其中厚度小于6mm鋼材

的對接焊縫,不應(yīng)采用超聲波探傷確定焊縫質(zhì)量等級。

對接焊縫在受壓區(qū)的抗彎強度設(shè)計值取w,在受拉區(qū)的

4計算下列情況的連接時,表3.2.6規(guī)定的強度設(shè)計值應(yīng)乘以

相應(yīng)的折減系數(shù);幾種情況同時存在時,其折減系數(shù)應(yīng)連乘:

1)施工條件較差的高空安裝焊縫應(yīng)乘以系數(shù)0.9;

2)進行無墊板的單面施焊對接焊縫的連接計算應(yīng)乘折減

系數(shù)0.85。

a為了改善鋼的性能,可以添加一種或一種以上的微量合金元素:Nb

0.015%~0.060%,V0.02%~0.12%,Ti0.02%~0.10%,Alt≥0.020%。若上述元素

組合使用時,應(yīng)至少保證其中一種元素含量達到上述化學(xué)成分的下限規(guī)定。

b可以添加下列合金元素:Mo≤0.03%,Zr≤0.15%。

cNb、V、Ti等三種合金元素的添加總量不應(yīng)超過0.22%。

d供需雙方協(xié)商,S的含量可以不大于0.008%。

e供需雙方協(xié)商,Ni含量的下限可不做要求。

f供需雙方協(xié)商,C的含量可以不大于0.15%。
