Methodofirrigationand(or)fertilization灌溉和(或)施肥的方式Usethemostefficientand.merciallypracticalwaterdeliverysystemtomakethebestuseofthewaterresource.應使用最有效和經濟實用的供水系統(tǒng),以確保最佳利用水資源。感官評估,所用的灌溉系統(tǒng)是高效的。3級Thereshallbeaplanofwatermanagementinordertooptimizetheamountandreducethewaste.Adocumentedplanshallbeavailablewhichoutlinesthestepsandactionsofthewatermanagementplan.應有水管理管控相關計劃以優(yōu)化水的用量并減少浪費。應有書面的相關計劃,并列出水管理管控的方法及步驟。3級3.5.3Qualityofirrigationwater灌溉水的質量Irrigationwatershallbetestedatleastonetimeeveryyear.每年應至少分析一次灌溉用水。3級RelativedocumentsorrecorderprovethatthelabisabletoanalysisN,PK,EcandpH應有相關文件或記錄證實實驗室有能力分析氮、磷、鉀、電導率和pH值。3級Accordingtotheriskanalysis,thereshouldbeadocumentaryrecorderofmicrobialcontamination.根據(jù)風險分析,對相關微生物污染應有書面記錄。3級Accordingtotheriskanalysis,thereshouldbeadocumentaryrecorderofrelativechemistrypollution.根據(jù)風險分析,對相關化學品污染應有書面記錄。3級Accordingtotheriskanalysis,thereshouldbedocumentaryrecorderofrelativeheavymaterialcontamination.根據(jù)風險分析,對相關重金屬污染應有文件記錄。3級Correctiveactionshallbetakenandrecordedwhenthereisanirregularresult.應對出現(xiàn)的異常結果采取措施。對采取的措施及結果應有記錄。3級3.6.1Corpprotectionelement作物保護的基本要素TheIPMtechnologistofthefarmshallreceivetheformaldocumentarytrainingand/ortheexternalIPMservicescanprovetheirqualification.農場的技術負責人接受正式書面培訓和(或)外部病蟲害綜合管理管控的咨詢服務,能夠證實技術負責人的資格。2級3.6.2Theequipmentused使用的設備Thereshallberelativerecordtoprovethefarmtakepartintheplanofcalibrationanddetectionindependently.應有相關記錄以證明農場參加了獨立的校準或檢定相關計劃。3級3.6.3Corpprotectionproductresidueanalysis植保產品的殘留分析ThefarmshallhavetheMRLinformationofthedestinationmarketdomesticoraboard.TheMRLstandardshallbeconfirmedthroughthecustomornationallegislation.Iftheproductsaresoldonmanymarkets,theMRLshallaccordtothestricteststandard.農場應掌握國內或國際最高殘留限量(MRL)標準。最高殘留限量(MRL)應通過與顧客確認溝通或通過產品預期銷售的特定國家的法規(guī)要求來確定。如產品銷往多個市場時,殘留檢查系統(tǒng)應滿足最嚴格的最高殘留限量(MRL)要求。1級IftheMRLstandardonthemarketisstricterthantheoneintheprovenance,thefarmorotherconsumersshallprovethatmanufacturerhastakentheMRLintoconsideration.(Thatistosaytheusingmethodofplantprotectionproductshasbeenalteredand/ortheresiduetested)當產品銷售市場的最高殘留限量(MRL)嚴于生產地的要求時,農場或其顧客能夠證實,在生產周期內已經考慮最高殘留限量(MRL)的要求(即,修訂植保產品使用方法和(或)采取農殘檢測結果)。1級3.7.1Harvestinghygiene采收衛(wèi)生Thereshallbedocumentedanduptodated(reviewedannually)riskassessment(national,industry-wide,orindividual)thatcoversthehygieneaspectsoftheharvestingoperationasdetailedinthefollowingcontrolpoint.應有書面且最新的(每年評審)風險評估,其中包括采收操作的衛(wèi)生要求(國家、行業(yè)和個人),詳見下一個控制點。1級Asadirectresultoftheharvestandpre-farmgatetransporthygieneriskanalysis,adocumentedhygieneprocedureshallhavebeenimplemented.根據(jù)采收和離開農場前運輸?shù)男l(wèi)生風險分析結論,執(zhí)行書面的衛(wèi)生規(guī)程。1級Reusableharvestingcontainers,tolls(i.e.scissors,knifes,pruningshears,etc)andharvestingequipment(machinery)shallbecleanedandmaintained,andacleaninganddisinfectionscheduleshallbeinplace(atleastonceayear)topreventproducecontamination,inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.根據(jù)采收衛(wèi)生風險評估的結果,應制訂清潔和消毒合適的方案(每年至少一次),重復使用的采收容器、工具(如剪子、刀、修枝剪等)和采收用的設備(機械)應得到清潔和維護。1級Allproducepackedandhandleddirectlyinthefield,orchardorgreenhouseshallberemovedfromfieldovernight,inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.Allfieldpackedproduceshallbecovedtopreventcontaminationoncepackedandduringtransport(fromthefieldsoroutlyingfarmstowhereitisstored),inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.Ifharvestedandonfarmpackedproduceareshoredonfarm,storageareasshallcleaned,andifapplicable,temperatureandhumiditycontrolmaintainedanddocumented,inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.根據(jù)采收衛(wèi)生風險評估結果,所有直接從農田、果園或溫室里包裝和處理的農產品應當天運出。所有在農田包裝的農產品應遮蓋,以避免包裝后和在運輸過程中(從農田或偏遠的農場到存放處)受到污染。如果采收后在農場包裝的農產品就地存放,存放區(qū)應保持清潔。需要時,根據(jù)采收衛(wèi)生風險評估結論對溫度和濕度應加以控制并保持記錄。1級Farmvehiclesusedfortransportofharvestedproducethatarealsousedforanypurposeotherthantransportofharvestedproduce,shallbecleanedandmaintained,andacleaningscheduletopreventproducecontaminationisinplace(i.e.soil,dirt,organicfertilizer,spills,etc.),inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.當運輸收獲農產品的車輛,還用于其它目的時,應根據(jù)采收衛(wèi)生風險評估結論,有相關計劃地做清潔保養(yǎng),避免農產品受到污染(如土壤、灰塵、有機肥、泄漏等)。1級Fixedormobilehandwashingequipmentshallbeaccessibletoharvestworkerswithinatleast500metersandtheyareinagoodstateofhygiene.在采收作業(yè)的員工工作場所至多500米附近內,應有固定的或移動的洗手設施,且衛(wèi)生狀況良好。1級Fixedormobiletoiletfacilitiesshallbeaccessibletoharvestworkerswithinatleast500metersandtheyareinagoodstateofhygiene在采收作業(yè)的員工工作場所至多500米附近內,應有固定的或移動的廁所,且衛(wèi)生狀況良好。2級3.7.2Packaging/HarvestingContainersonFarm農場的包裝和采收容器Producecontainersshallbeonlyusedtocontainproduce(i.e.noagriculturalchemicals,lubricants,oil,cleaningchemicals,plantorotherdebris,lunchbags,tools,etc.).感官評估,存放農產品的容器是專用的(即不存放農用化學品、潤滑油、汽油、清潔劑、植物或其它廢棄物、餐盒、工具等)。3級3.7.3Producepackedatpointofharvest農產品在采收點的包裝Anyiceusedatpointofharvestshallbemadewithpotablewaterandhandledundersanitaryconditionstopreventproducecontamination.所有在采收點使用的冰必須由飲用水制成,且在衛(wèi)生條件下處理,以免農產品受到污染。3級3.8ProduceHandling農產品的處理3.8.1Hygiene衛(wèi)生Toiletsinagoodstateofhygienewithhandwashing
