7InspectionRules

7.1Inspection&Acceptance

7.1.1ITOshouldbeinspectedbythesupplier’squalityantechnicalsupervisiondepartmenttoguaranteetheproductsareinlinewiththeDocumentororders.

7.1.2ThecostumershouldcheckouttheproductsreceivedaccordingtotheDocument.Thecostumershouldinformthesupplierin30daysuponthereceivingdateiftheinspectionresultisnotinlinewiththeDocumentortheorders(contracts).Boththetwopartiesshallnegotiateitwitheachotherandsolveit.Boththetwopartiesshalltakesamplestogetherwheneverthereisadisputeagainsttheinspectionresultsandthethirdauthoritypartyisinvolved.

7.2Batching

ITOinspectionsshouldbesentinbatcheswhichareconsistedofthesamemanufacturingprocessandthesamebatchofITOpowder.
