出該設(shè)備分項(xiàng)報價的，按投標(biāo)總價計算。

計算關(guān)境內(nèi)產(chǎn)品和投標(biāo)截止時間前已經(jīng)進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的偏離加價時，應(yīng)扣除投標(biāo)報價中

包含的相關(guān)稅費(fèi)，如投標(biāo)文件中沒有單獨(dú)列出相關(guān)稅費(fèi)的，按投標(biāo)總價計算。/

5）在價格評議過程中，有下列情況之一的，其投標(biāo)將被否決。

③缺漏項(xiàng)加價和偏離加價累計超出投標(biāo)總價的10%的。
