前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件是GB/T2424的第25部分。GB/T2424已經(jīng)發(fā)布的部分見附錄A。
本文件代替GB/T2424.25—2000《電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗第3部分:試驗導則地震試驗方
法》,與GB/T2424.25—2000相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
—增加了試驗波形選擇(見第6章);
—增加了試驗波(見第7章);
—增加了試驗條件(見第8章);
—增加了單軸和多軸試驗(見第9章);
—更改了地面加速度(見11.2.4,2000年版的8.2.4);
—增加了一般地震類RRS(見第13章);
—刪除了標準幅值常規(guī)試驗方法及相關(guān)的條款內(nèi)容要求(見2000年版的第7章)。
本文件修改采用IEC60068?3?3:2019《環(huán)境試驗第3?3部分:支持文件及導則設(shè)備地震試驗
方法》。
本文件與IEC60068?3?3:2019相比,在結(jié)構(gòu)上有較多調(diào)整。兩個文件之間的結(jié)構(gòu)編號變化對照一覽
表見附錄B。
本文件與IEC60068?3?3:2019相比,存在較多技術(shù)差異,這些技術(shù)差異及其原因一覽表見附錄C。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動:
—本文件名稱改為《環(huán)境試驗第3部分:試驗導則地震試驗方法》;
—增加了對GB55002—2021的資料性引用;
—用資料性引用的“GB/T17742—2020”替換了“IECTS62271?210:2013”(見11.2.4);

引言
“環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)”或“環(huán)境試驗”一詞表示的是設(shè)備或零部件在實際可能所處的使用、運輸和貯存的自
然或人工環(huán)境下的性能評估。
GB/T2424系列標準中各部分分別給出了一組環(huán)境試驗的背景資料,擬由以下部分構(gòu)成。
—GB/T2424.1—2015環(huán)境試驗第3部分:支持文件及導則低溫和高溫試驗。目的在于給
出低溫試驗、高溫試驗、帶溫度突變試驗和溫度漸變試驗的試驗導則。
—GB/T2424.2—2005電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗規(guī)程濕熱試驗導則。目的在于制定電子電工產(chǎn)
品或設(shè)備濕熱試驗標準時,提供適當?shù)脑囼灧椒ê蛧揽岬燃墶?/p>
—GB/T2424.5—2021環(huán)境試驗第3部分:支持文件及導則溫度試驗箱性能確認。目的在
于提供一種統(tǒng)一的可再現(xiàn)的方法,用以確認溫度試驗箱在沒有負載的情況下是否符合相關(guān)標準
規(guī)定。
—GB/T2424.6—2021環(huán)境試驗第3部分:支持文件及導則溫度/濕度試驗箱性能確認。目
的在于提供一種統(tǒng)一的可再現(xiàn)的方法,用以確認溫濕度試驗箱在沒有負載的情況下是否符合相
關(guān)標準規(guī)定。
—GB/T2424.7—2024環(huán)境試驗第3部分:支持文件及導則試驗A(低溫)和B(高溫)的
溫度箱測量(帶負載)。目的在于規(guī)定了一種統(tǒng)一的可再現(xiàn)的方法,以確認溫度試驗箱在有散
熱性/非散熱性試驗樣品負載并且工作空間內(nèi)有空氣循環(huán)條件下,符合氣候試驗規(guī)定的
要求。
—GB/T2424.10—2012環(huán)境試驗大氣腐蝕加速試驗的通用導則。目的在于供編制大氣加速
腐蝕試驗方法標準、規(guī)程及進行人工加速腐蝕試驗時參考。
—GB/T2424.11—2013環(huán)境試驗第2部分:試驗方法試驗Kc:接觸點和連接件的二氧化
硫試驗導則。目的在于制定電子電工產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備接觸點和連接件的二氧化硫試驗標準時,提供
適當?shù)脑囼灧椒ê蛧揽岬燃墶?/p>
—GB/T2424.12—2014環(huán)境試驗第2部分:試驗方法試驗Kd:接觸點和連接件的硫化氫
試驗導則。目的在于制定電子電工產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備接觸點和連接件的硫化氫試驗標準時,提供適當
的試驗方法和嚴酷等級。
—GB/T2424.15—2008電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗第3部分:溫度/低氣壓綜合試驗導則。目的
在于規(guī)定了溫度/低氣壓綜合試驗,涉及地面或空中應(yīng)用的一系列氣壓。
—GB/T2424.17—2008電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗第2部分:試驗方法試驗T:錫焊試驗導
則。目的在于為錫焊試驗規(guī)范編寫者提供背景資料和建議。
—GB/T2424.25—2024電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗第3部分:試驗導則地震試驗方法。目的在
于為地震試驗提供適當?shù)脑囼灧椒ê蛧揽岬燃墶?/p>
—GB/T2424.26—2008電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗第3部分:支持文件和導則振動試驗選擇。
目的在于提供穩(wěn)態(tài)振動試驗方法的選擇依據(jù)。
—GB/T2424.27—2013環(huán)境試驗支持文件和指南溫濕度試驗箱不確定度計算。目的在于
為分析溫度和濕度氣候試驗箱的不確定度提供指導。
本文件首先明確地震試驗分類要求,并給出地震試驗程序、波形要求及試驗軸向要求,給出一般地
震類和特定地震類嚴酷等級計算方法,同時在附錄中給出了信息通信設(shè)備、電力設(shè)備具體的地震試驗
條件。

第3部分:試驗導則地震試驗方法
1范圍
本文件描述了使用振動臺進行全尺寸設(shè)備的、基于動力學試驗數(shù)據(jù)的地震試驗方法。
本文件旨在提供多種試驗方法,以方便相關(guān)規(guī)范來規(guī)定設(shè)備地震試驗,為地震鑒定中驗證設(shè)備性能
提供支撐,供制造商證實設(shè)備抗震性能,或用戶評估和驗證設(shè)備抗震性能。
本文件適用于電工電子設(shè)備的地震試驗。其他設(shè)備及部件參照執(zhí)行。
