前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件等同采用ISO11132:2021《感官分析方法學定量描述感官評價小組表現(xiàn)評估導則》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:

a)為與現(xiàn)有標準協(xié)調(diào),將標準名稱改為《感官分析方法定量描述感官評價小組表現(xiàn)評估

導則》;

b)增加了表5中關(guān)于“”的說明,同時將“=/”更改為“”,糾正原文錯誤;

1范圍

本文件給出了對定量描述感官評價小組整體表現(xiàn)和評價員個體表現(xiàn)進行評估的導則。

本文件適用于對評價員個體或小組整體培訓效果的驗證和已建立評價小組表現(xiàn)的管理,以及評價

小組及評價員個體對不同產(chǎn)品的辨別能力、同一小組內(nèi)不同評價員之間的一致性以及評價員在屬性強

度評分中重復性的表現(xiàn)監(jiān)測和評估。

本文件不適用于下列情況:

——使用共識性剖面(CP)、自由選擇剖面(FCP)、自選特性排序剖面(FP)和動態(tài)主導屬性測試

(TDS)等描述性方法的小組表現(xiàn)評估,包括不記錄評價員個體評分,沒有對所有評價員通用

的單一屬性列表,或者評價員只指出主導屬性而并不測量特性強度等;

——評價小組再現(xiàn)性的表現(xiàn)評估,包括評價小組之間的比較以及同一評價小組在不同條件下(如
