7.DisputeResolution

AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedthroughnegotiation,itshallbesubmittedtothecompetentcourtofthejurisdictionwherePartyAislocatedforfinalandbindingarbitration.
