2025租賃合同中英文版本2025LeaseContract(中英文版本)ContractNumber:DateofSigning:1.BasicInformation(基本條款)Thisleasecontract(hereinafterreferredtoas"theContract")isenteredintobyandbetweenthefollowingtwopartiesonthedatestatedabove.1.1Landlord(出租方):Name:Address:ContactInformation:IDNumber/BusinessRegistrationNumber:1.2Tenant(承租方):Name:Address:ContactInformation:IDNumber/BusinessRegistrationNumber:1.3LeasedProperty(租賃物):Location:Area:squaremetersDescription:2.LeaseTerm(租賃期限)2.1Theleasetermshallcommenceonandterminateon.2.2Upontheexpirationoftheleaseterm,theTenantshallreturntheleasedpropertyingoodcondition.Anyrenewaloftheleasemustbeagreeduponinwritingbybothparties.3.RentandPayment(租金及支付方式)3.1ThemonthlyrentfortheleasedpropertyisRMB.3.2Rentshallbepaidinadvanceonthedayofeachmonth.LatepaymentwillincurapenaltyofRMBperday.3.3TheTenantshallalsopayRMBannuallyforpropertymanagementfees.4.Deposit(押金)4.1TheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositofRMBtotheLandlorduponsigningthiscontract.4.2ThedepositshallbereturnedtotheTenantwithindaysaftertheterminationofthelease,providedtheleasedpropertyisreturnedingoodconditionandalloutstandingchargesarepaid.5.UseofLeasedProperty(租賃物的使用)5.1TheTenantagreestousetheleasedpropertysolelyforthepurposeofandshallnotuseitforanyillegalactivities.5.2NoalterationsoradditionstotheleasedpropertyshallbemadewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.6.Subletting(轉(zhuǎn)租)6.1TheTenantshallnotsublettheleasedpropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.6.2AnysubleaseagreementmustberegisteredwiththeLandlord,andtheTenantremainsresponsibleforfulfillingtheobligationsunderthiscontract.7.MaintenanceandRepair(維修與保養(yǎng))7.1TheLandlordisresponsibleformaintainingthestructuralintegrityoftheleasedproperty.7.2TheTenantisresponsibleformaintainingtheinteriorofthepropertyandreportinganyrepairsneededtotheLandlordpromptly.7.3CostsforrepairsduetotheTenant'simproperuseshallbebornebytheTenant.8.RightsandObligationsoftheLandlord(出租方的權(quán)利與義務(wù))8.1TheLandlordhastherighttoinspecttheleasedpropertyuponreasonablenotice.8.2TheLandlordmustprovidetheTenantwithafit-to-letpropertyandensurethatalllegal手續(xù)areinorder.8.3TheLandlordshallnotincreasetherentduringtheleasetermunlessagreeduponinwritingbybothparties.9.RightsandObligationsoftheTenant(承租方的權(quán)利與義務(wù))9.1TheTenanthastherighttousetheleasedpropertywithoutundueinterferencefromtheLandlord.9.2TheTenantmustpayrent,utilities,andotherchargesinatimelymanner.9.3TheTenantmustnotifytheLandlordimmediatelyofanydamagetotheproperty.10.ModificationorTerminationoftheContract(合同的修改與終止)10.1Anymodificationtothiscontractmustbeagreeduponinwritingbybothparties.10.2Eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractwithdays'writtennoticeiftheotherpartybreachesanytermofthiscontract.10.3TheLandlordmayterminatethecontractimmediatelyiftheTenantusesthepropertyforillegalactivities.11.LiabilityforBreachofContract(違約責(zé)任)11.1IftheTenantfailstopayrentontime,theLandlordmaychargeadailypenaltyofRMB.11.2IftheLandlordfailstomaintaintheproperty,theTenantmayreducetherentaccordingly.11.3Eitherpartyshallcompensatetheotherpartyforanylossesresultingfromabreachofcontract.12.ForceMajeure(不可抗力)12.1Ifeitherpartyisunabletoperformitsobligationsduetoforcemajeure,itshallnotifytheotherpartyimmediatelyandproviderelevantproof.12.2Neitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailuretoperformduetoforcemajeureeventssuchasnaturaldisastersorwars.13.DisputeResolution(爭(zhēng)議解決方式)13.1Anydisputesarisingfromthiscontractshallberesolvedthrough友好協(xié)商.13.2If友好協(xié)商isunsuccessful,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtothearbitrationcommitteeinforarbitration.14.MiscellaneousProvisions(其他條款)14.1ThiscontractiswritteninbothChineseandEnglish,andbothversionsareequallyauthentic.14.2Anyamendmentstothiscontractmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.14.3Thiscontractcontainstheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesanypreviousagreementsorunderstandings.15.Signatures(簽署)15.1Landlord(出租方):Name:Signature:Date:
