4、 干扁四季豆String Bean Western Style,Cook Food in English,1.首先切青菜 At first,I sliced the green vegetable into pieces. 2.接著,把油倒進(jìn)鍋中 Then I poured oil into a pan. 3.等油燒熱了,把青菜放進(jìn)鍋中 I tossed the green vegetable into the pan when the oil is heated. 4.用鏟子翻炒青菜,并放入調(diào)味品 I turned the vegetable with a turning shovel re

5、peatedly and then added some condimnts to it. 5.然后,把青菜放入盤中 Then I loaded the cooked green vegetable with a plate. 6.最后,把盤子放在桌上,請家人品嘗 Finally,I placed the plate on a table and invite all family members to enjoy/try.,Ingredients A: uncooked rice 300 g (washed) coconut milk 450 ml(from 1/2 coconut) sal

7、lic 2 pips lemongrass 1 stalk(sliced) belacan powder 1 tsp To serve: hard-boiled eggs 2-3(halved) cucumber 1(sliced) fried peanuts Method: 1. Put all ingredients A into a steaming tray and steam over high heat until rice is cooked and dry or just put it into rice cooker.Stand for 15 minutes before f

8、luffing up with fork or chopsticks. 2. Heat oil and saute ikan bilis until golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan and keep aside. 3. In remaining oil,saute pounded sambal ingredients until fragrant. Add onion and mix well. Add in asam juice,sugar and salt, cook until thick. Stir in fried ikan bilis and mix well. Taste and dish up. 4
