1、拓展訓(xùn)練個人心得感悟 拓展訓(xùn)練個人心得感悟*公司已經(jīng)經(jīng)待了有一個多月的時間。在在這四月的末尾，我迎來了公公司一年一度的大型拓展訓(xùn)練練活動萬佛湖拓展訓(xùn)練。雖然，我在寫這篇感悟的時候，已已經(jīng)離拓展訓(xùn)練結(jié)束有半個多多月的時間了，可是拓展那倆倆天的記憶，仿佛就像昨天發(fā)發(fā)生的事情一樣，仍然歷歷在在目。這一次的拓展，我覺覺得說實話就是為了訓(xùn)練我們們的勇氣、遇事處理能力、判判斷能力以及與同事之間的團團結(jié)友愛、互相幫助精神的。拓展內(nèi)容包括了限時鉆電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)、跳高臺、攀爬高空、徒手手翻畢業(yè)墻等項目，每一個項項目都會告訴我們一個相對應(yīng)應(yīng)的道理。在這次拓展，給給我感悟最深的有兩個項目。其中一個是跳高臺。另一個個就是徒手

2、翻畢業(yè)墻。這個個跳高臺項目，其實就是由幾幾組隊員組成的”人肉墊子子”,去接住從一米五的高高臺上跳下來的每個挑戰(zhàn)者。對這個項目而言，最重要的的是考驗隊員之間的信任程度度的。我在教練分析完這個項項目以后，得到的是以上的認認知。然而，讓我感悟頗深的的原因是本人體重偏胖，比較較重。我也想按照教練的指示示與講解去執(zhí)行命令，可是當(dāng)當(dāng)你真站上那一米五的高臺的的時候，你就知道了有些事情情并不是自己想象中那么簡單單的。這個簡單的后跳考驗的的不僅僅是信任，還有挑戰(zhàn)者者的遇事的處理能力。我承認認，我不是一個成功的挑戰(zhàn)者者，我在上高臺后跳的時候已已經(jīng)忘記了所有關(guān)于教練講解解時”人肉墊子”上的。因為自己，加重了了隊員們

3、的承重壓力，加重了了他們的負擔(dān)。對此，我也深深感歉意。但是，讓我慶幸的的是隊員們并沒有因為如此而而讓我跌倒在地上。所以，我我很感謝這幫可愛的同事，友友好的隊員們。在這次的項目目中，給我自己得到的感悟是是：在未來，不管是工作還是是生活中，都希望自己能遇事事不慌、不害怕、不氣餒。這一一次，為期倆天的拓展就在不不知不覺中結(jié)束了。然而，教教給我的道理會一直延續(xù)下去去。禮記坊記里面有一句句話，叫做：”君子貴人賤賤己，先人而后己”與君共共勉。我希望在未來，自己能能做一個更好的人，團結(jié)同事事，幫助他人，盡自己的綿薄薄之力。一開始這個拓展訓(xùn)練其實實我是不想去的，主要是2個個原因，一是我家孩子上學(xué)沒沒有人照顧；

4、二也是最主要的的我怕我做不到，擔(dān)心自己身身體受不了，也擔(dān)心其中的一一些項目我完成不了，這樣就就丟人了?！笨颉?自己己不愿意走出這個”框”,不愿意邁出第一步，導(dǎo)致致自己永遠覺得自己不行。這這次結(jié)束后，感覺雖然很累，但痛并快樂著！2天的拓展訓(xùn)練里，我們做了很多的小游戲，挑挑戰(zhàn)了很多平時認為不可能完完成的項目，例如穿越電網(wǎng)、信任背摔、高空項目、驛站站傳書、畢業(yè)墻等等，在這一一系列的游戲中，講究的是團團隊合作精神，不畏個人的榮榮辱成敗，開辟新思路，新理理念，敢于跨越現(xiàn)有的思路，不能太拘束，踴躍創(chuàng)新?！眻F結(jié)就是力量”同時時在這次訓(xùn)練中給我印象最為為深刻的就是”畢業(yè)墻”這個項目。那真的我想都沒沒有想過的事

5、情，我竟然可以以完成這個項目。在教練帶我我們到達需要挑戰(zhàn)的地點時，我們所有的人都認為是沒有有辦法完成的，因為僅憑我們們的個人力量的確是沒有辦法法完成的是不可思議的，當(dāng)教教練講完所有的規(guī)則和注意事事項的時候，大家還是認為很很困難，問我們需要多少時間間完成時，有說”1小時、3小時、5小時，甚至有說3天的”可最30分鐘的時候，大家都都崩潰了 ,在一切沒有開始始的時候，大家都是害怕的，擔(dān)心的，顧慮的”拋棄”顧慮，只為”生存”,不顧個人的榮辱和付出，努力著、堅守著、奮斗著當(dāng)最后的2個人一起上去去的那一瞬間，所有人都歡呼呼著，釋放著壓在心中的一切切一切，只為自己的成功而高高興。也不知道過了多久，那那個遙不

6、可及4米高的欄板板，我們所有的”兄弟姐妹妹”都在那里”爬一回”,那個曾經(jīng)讓我們覺得不不可思議，無法完成的事情，我們竟然完成了。而當(dāng)教練練告訴我們說，再這個一整個個過程中，我們僅用了”111分鐘”的時候，我們所所有人都驚呆了與之前的11小時、3小時3天，甚至不可能等等的話話語說”拜拜”我們在規(guī)規(guī)定的時間里完成了，這樣在在這過程中，我們的男生們不不畏辛苦疲憊，一直堅守著，大部分的男生都被”踩”拉”受傷了，但他他們沒有一句怨言，不在乎付付出的多少。當(dāng)我看到大家的的傷時，當(dāng)時我真心的感動了了，雖沒有熱淚盈眶”男神們”感動了，感謝你們的辛苦苦付出，無論是汗水還是傷痕痕，謝謝，千言萬語無法表x，只能一句謝

7、謝。本次的旅旅程就在教練給我們每一個發(fā)發(fā)完”結(jié)業(yè)證書”后，就就在”痛和歡樂聲”中結(jié)結(jié)束了。結(jié)合合平常的工作中，也是一樣的的，團隊的合作是非常重要的的，也是環(huán)環(huán)相扣的，因為我我們的目標(biāo)只有一個”服務(wù)務(wù)好客戶”只有客戶滿意了了，對我們認同了，我們才有有機會更強更大，同時我們個個人才有機會將自己的”腰腰包”鼓起來，生活水平提提高。*的全體同仁，與時共進，共同進步！ education on party membersadvancement activities and enhance awareness of the communist youth league education achievem
