2、and equality, Party A willi ng to delegate Party B for its security man ageme nt matters, agreed through frien dly con sultatio ns, and sig ned this con tract.第一條：委托事項(xiàng)I : Delegation甲方將其單位的保安業(yè)務(wù)委托給乙方管理。Party A willi ng to delegate Party B for its security man ageme nt matters.（一）維護(hù)甲方門前正常的工作秩序，禁止非本院車輛及

3、無關(guān)人員進(jìn)入；（1）Maintain a normal working order in front gate of party a, prohibiting non-releva nt vehicles and pers onnel en teri ng;（二）外來人員需征得被訪人同意，經(jīng)登記后入內(nèi)；（2）Outsider required the consent of the visiting people agreed that upon registrati on en try;（三）保證院內(nèi)車輛有序停放；（3）In sure vehicles parked ordered in th

4、e site;（四）做好夜間監(jiān)控記錄工作，同時(shí)做好夜間各種防范工作；（4）Keep night monitor work in record, at the same time doing various night precauti ons;（五）特殊情況下可按甲方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時(shí)指派執(zhí)行守護(hù)任務(wù)；（五）Under special circumstances, perform assigned temporary security task order by the man ager of the Party A;第二條：委托期限II : Delegated Period甲方委托乙方對其單位保安管理

5、的期限為年，從 年 月曰至年 月日止。The period of Party A delegate Party B for its security man ageme nt shall start fromyymmdd tillyy mm dd.第三條：委托費(fèi)用及支付時(shí)間皿:Delegated fees and payment terms甲方根據(jù)工作需要，乙方為甲方派保安員名，甲方支付費(fèi)用應(yīng)為保安員上崗15日內(nèi)，向乙方按月支付保安費(fèi)每月每人丿元。In accordanee with the needs of Party A, Party B shall sen security guards

No crim inal record;2、無紋身；2、No tattoos3、年齡22 48周歲；3Ages 22-48 years old4、身高1.70米以上。4.Height more then 1.70 M.第五條：甲方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)V : Rights and obligations of Party A(一) 權(quán)利(1) Rights1、擁有對乙方的保安行為監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)的權(quán)利；1. 8、 Party Bs security activity.2、擁有要求乙方確保執(zhí)行保安標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的權(quán)利；2. Have rights to request Party B to ensure the implementation of security sta ndards;3、擁有對乙方重大保安管理措施的審定權(quán)；3. Party a has the obligati ons to provide the n ecessary con diti ons of work for Party Bsecurity pers onn el;2、提供必要的保安措施；2. Provide the n ecess

10、ary security measures;3、向乙方按期支付保安費(fèi)的義務(wù)。3. Obligati ons to pay Party B for security costs on time.第六條：乙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)弋:Rights and obligations of Party B（一）權(quán)利(1) Rights1、擁有依甲方委托管理其單位的治安的權(quán)利；1. Has the security man ageme nt right en trusted by Party A on the site;2、擁有取得報(bào)酬的權(quán)利；2. Have the right to get remun erati

11、 on;3、擁有要求甲方協(xié)助完成其保安管理的權(quán)利。3. Have a right to require that Party A to cooperate for its security man ageme nt duty.（二）義務(wù)（2）Obligations1、乙方指派名保安員負(fù)責(zé)甲方的安全護(hù)衛(wèi)任務(wù)，其中必須有2名保安員具有消防控制室上崗資格，取得上崗證的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用由甲方承擔(dān)，但取得上崗證 的保安人員必須在甲方工作滿一年，否則，甲方有權(quán)從應(yīng)付的保安費(fèi)用中扣回相 應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)支出；1. 12、rty A safe guarding task, which must have 2 security guards with fire-fighting control room qualification, the training costs of the certificate borne by the Party A, but the certificated security personnel must be work for Party a for full year, otherwise, Party A is entitled to deduct the training

13、 expenditure from the security costs;2、 乙方保安員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按甲方委托事項(xiàng)完成規(guī)定的工作任務(wù)，確保甲方正常 的工作生活秩序。正確使用各種保安設(shè)施、設(shè)備。履行崗位職責(zé)要求，并遵守甲 方符合法律規(guī)定和各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度和保安職業(yè)道德守則。2. The security guards of Party B should complete the work tasks accord ing to Party Adelegatio n strictly, en sure Party A no rmal worki ng order. Correctly use all of

14、 security measures and equipme nt. Perform the duties requireme nts, and to abide Party A provisi ons, regulati ons and code of professi onal ethics for security in con formity with the laws.3、 發(fā)生在執(zhí)勤區(qū)域內(nèi)的刑事案件、治安案件和治安災(zāi)害事故，及時(shí)處理并 報(bào)告甲方和當(dāng)?shù)毓矙C(jī)關(guān)，米取措施保護(hù)發(fā)案現(xiàn)場，協(xié)助公安機(jī)關(guān)偵查各類治安 刑事案件，依法妥善處理責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)的其他突發(fā)事件。3. 16、eve nts accord ing to law with in the scope of duty.4、落實(shí)防火、防盜、防破壞等安全防范措施，發(fā)現(xiàn)責(zé)任區(qū)域內(nèi)的安全隱患， 及時(shí)報(bào)告甲方并協(xié)助予以處理。4. Implementation of fire, theft, damage prevention and other security measures, found the risks in the responsible security region, timely report to Party A and assist for treatme nt.5、乙方選派的保安員必須經(jīng)過正

17、規(guī)的保安培訓(xùn)，無違法犯罪前科，并向甲 方提供保安人員的人事檔案。5. 19、一) 甲方在合同有效期內(nèi)為乙方提供辦公場所及更衣柜等；(1) Party A shall provide Party B with office space and dressing Cabinet within the con tract valid period;(二) 保安員工作服裝由乙方統(tǒng)一配備；(2) security guards work uni forms shall un ified equip by Party A;(三) 保安員按甲方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就餐。(3) Security guards shall repast at the Party A standard.第八條：合同的解

20、除忸:Termination1、雙方協(xié)商解除；1. Termi nated by consen sus of both Parties2、合同期滿；2. Con tract expired3、一方嚴(yán)重違約，使合同無法履行；3. Serious breach of a party, un able to fulfill the con tract;4、因不可抗力使合同無法繼續(xù)履行的。4. Cause by force majeure and could n ot con ti nue to fulfill the con tract.第九條：在合同有效期內(nèi)，經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商一致，可變更本合同。IX

21、: Within the validity period of the con tract, after both parties consen susmay ame nd this con tract.第十條：違約責(zé)任X : Breaching(一) 甲方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格履行合同的規(guī)定，不得擅自解除合同，如因甲方擅自解除合 同給乙方造成損失的，甲方應(yīng)予以賠償。(1) Party A shall strictly fulfill the con tract con diti ons, shall not term in ate the con tract without Party B consen s
