6、sion）非常客觀，重點是推翻42%，提出more than double的預(yù)測。二、陌生單詞需要依據(jù)上下文定含義，is projected to project是計劃，這里是動詞意思，含義為預(yù)計、根據(jù)計算等；而condemn譴責、指責、逼迫等，顯然這里condemn the poor to their present poverty 是迫使窮人保持貧窮或凍結(jié)人們生活水平提高等。總結(jié)前三段，不難得出結(jié)論，作者目前對全球變暖相當悲觀，甚至用論據(jù)來表明悲觀煞有理由。不禁要想，難道真的沒有解決辦法了嗎？4. no government will adopt on economic growth an
