1、從博弈論視角論我國(guó)上市信息的監(jiān)管畢業(yè)從博弈論視角論我國(guó)上市信息的監(jiān)管摘要：信息制度是我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的必要原那么，信息法律制度在我國(guó)證券法律 規(guī) 范中無(wú)處不在并貫穿始終，成為證券市場(chǎng)有效運(yùn)行與開(kāi)展的根底，也成為證 券監(jiān)管 制度的基石。為了防止人受到欺騙，法律規(guī)定在發(fā)行證券之前，必須把 發(fā)行證券有 關(guān)的資料向人公開(kāi)，使人在決定是否購(gòu)置證券以前有時(shí)機(jī)充分了解 發(fā)行狀況 , 據(jù)以證 券是否具有相當(dāng)?shù)闹?. 但是，山于我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)在信息的監(jiān)管上 還有很多不完善的地 方，以致上市可以利用我國(guó)信息制度的漏洞鉆空子， 造成 經(jīng)濟(jì)損失及其他不良影響。 本文結(jié)合我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)上上市信息問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀，運(yùn)用 博弈論的方法，
