高層住宅樓塑鋼門窗方案

1、一、工程概況青島市浮山所改造工程d1、d2高層住宅樓，基地位于南京路西側(cè)，北臨江西路。建筑物西、南兩側(cè)為規(guī)劃建筑。建筑物占地面積3800m2，總建筑面積52000m2。地下二層，地上二十八層，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層高2.8m，建筑總高度87.2m。本工程外墻門窗采用塑鋼型材制作。設(shè)備層至七層采用85系列型材，八層及八層以上采用90系列型材。玻璃全部采用5mm厚普通玻璃。二、施工準(zhǔn)備及制安（一）材料及制安 采用青島市集力型材有限公司生產(chǎn)的85、90系列白色型材。d1樓塑鋼門窗的制安廠家為青島市浮盛建材塑鋼門窗有限公司，d2樓塑鋼門窗的制安廠家為青島市康泰實(shí)業(yè)有限公司。 進(jìn)場(chǎng)的門窗及附件符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有關(guān)規(guī)定

2、，并具有合格證。經(jīng)青島市工程質(zhì)量檢測(cè)站抽檢合格后方可安裝。 發(fā)泡填充劑、密封膏出廠檢驗(yàn)資料齊全，符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，密封膏具有彈性和粘結(jié)性。（二）作業(yè)條件 門窗洞口按后塞法抹灰成型（里高外低），洞口幾何尺寸準(zhǔn)確。由建設(shè)、監(jiān)理、施工單位進(jìn)行測(cè)量驗(yàn)收，并達(dá)到有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。1、 安裝用的主要施工機(jī)具和工具、材料齊全；量具定期 檢驗(yàn)，達(dá)不到要求時(shí)，及時(shí)更換。2、 必須對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)的塑鋼門窗按圖紙，核對(duì)型號(hào)和檢查質(zhì)量 發(fā)現(xiàn)劈棱竄角和翹曲不平、偏差超標(biāo)、嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷、劃痕 嚴(yán)重、外觀色差大的，必須返回拒收。經(jīng)修整，鑒定合 格后才能安裝。3、 保護(hù)膜缺損的，應(yīng)補(bǔ)粘后再施工安裝。三、塑鋼門窗的技術(shù)要求（一）塑鋼窗1、 設(shè)備層

3、至七層采用85系列型材，使用1.2mm厚的鍍 鋅防腐鋼襯；八層至八層以上采用90系列型材；使用 1.5mm厚的鍍鋅防腐鋼襯；2、 玻璃全部采用5mm厚普通玻璃；3、 選用優(yōu)質(zhì)膠條，毛條；4、 選用優(yōu)質(zhì)實(shí)心凸型鋁滑軌；5、 選用優(yōu)質(zhì)承重滑輪；6、 推拉窗扇寬度900mm，高1500mm。 （二）塑鋼門1、 采用90系列型材；2、 采用2mm厚鍍鋅防腐鋼襯，5mm厚平板玻璃；3、 h2200mm，600mm高低部扣板；4、 其余同塑鋼門。四、安裝工藝 本工程塑鋼門窗框采用后塞法安裝。1、 窗框從窗洞口由外向內(nèi)平移，緊貼企口定位放置。2、 用準(zhǔn)備好的墊塊通過四角調(diào)整窗框的水平和垂直度，均達(dá)標(biāo)后固定。

4、3、 用7-8mm沖擊鉆，沿框預(yù)留孔垂直向墻內(nèi)鉆孔，而后用8mm尼龍膨脹管螺釘配以570mm鍍鋅螺絲，螺絲表面敷密封膠并加10mm厚鍍鋅墊片，用螺絲刀固定。固定處要用墊塊墊實(shí)。4、 重新檢查水平、垂直度、對(duì)角線，確保無(wú)誤后，可用填充劑發(fā)泡。5、 固定孔用填充劑發(fā)泡充實(shí)，以防滲水。填充劑發(fā)泡膨脹過程盡快采用抹上膠的塑料帽按入固定孔。6、 待填充劑充分膨脹固化后，拆除墊塊補(bǔ)打填充劑。7、 補(bǔ)打填充劑24小時(shí)后，沿框垂直方向用裁刀清除外凸的填充劑。門窗框四周內(nèi)外接縫，可用密封膏嵌縫嚴(yán)密。8、 密封膏應(yīng)為均勻、細(xì)膩膏狀物，不應(yīng)有汽泡、結(jié)皮和凝膠。密封膏為黑色。9、 窗框安裝完后，根據(jù)工程進(jìn)度要求安裝門

5、窗扇。五、工程驗(yàn)收1、 檢查數(shù)量：按不同門窗品種、類型的樘數(shù)各抽查5%，但均不少于3 樘。2、 所用門窗的品種、規(guī)格、開啟方向及安裝位置符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。3、 門窗安裝必須牢固、橫平豎直、高低一致。框與墻體縫隙填嵌飽滿密實(shí)，表面平整光滑，無(wú)裂縫。填充材料與方法符合施工規(guī)范要求。4、 門窗扇開啟靈活，無(wú)倒翹、阻滯及反彈現(xiàn)象。五金配件齊全，位置正確。關(guān)閉后密封條應(yīng)處于壓縮狀態(tài)。5、 門窗安裝后外觀質(zhì)量應(yīng)表面潔凈。大面無(wú)劃痕，碰傷，銹蝕。6、 門窗安裝質(zhì)量的允許偏差：項(xiàng)次 項(xiàng) 目允許偏差檢驗(yàn)方法1門窗槽口對(duì)角線之差 2000mm3mm用3m鋼卷尺檢查 2000mm5mm2門窗框（含拼樘料的垂直度2000
