1、98學(xué)年度碩博士班宿舍第2學(xué)期（下學(xué)期續(xù)住申請(qǐng)須知（含男碩生2人房換至單人房申請(qǐng)Notice for 2009 graduate stude nts appl ying to exte nd their stay in thedorms through spri ng semester（Students in master s programs currently in a double room applying for a single room一、下學(xué)期繼續(xù)住宿申請(qǐng)資格（Application requirements：（一限住本校碩博士班宿舍未屆滿住宿 年限之原住宿生94學(xué)年度第2學(xué)期

2、（含之前進(jìn)住之博士生與96學(xué)年度第2學(xué)期（含之前進(jìn)住之碩士生已達(dá)規(guī)定住宿 年限，不得申請(qǐng)繼續(xù)住宿。Graduate students living in the dorms that have not surpassed the maximum stay as stipulated by the uni versity may apply （stude nts in doctoral programs who bega n their stay in the dormitories duri ng or prior to the Spring Semester of 2006, and stu

12、收取支用管理辦法相關(guān)規(guī)定辦理退離宿程序，始得申請(qǐng)下學(xué)期註冊(cè) 繳費(fèi)單換單、退宿費(fèi)或退住宿保證 金。若未依規(guī)定辦理退離宿手續(xù)者，住宿保證 金 不予退還。Students who do not plan to stay in the dormitories during next semester, or whowant to can cel their dormitory applicati on for the next semester, must follow the regulations in the“ NCCU Dormitory Counseling and Management P

13、olicies” and the“ NCCU Reside nee Hall Deposit: Terms and Con diti ons” so that the tuiti on bill for then ext semester can be updated and the dorm fee/deposit can be refun ded. If you do not submit a request to move out of the dormitories according to these regulations, the deposit will not be retu

14、r ned to you.九、若因畢業(yè)資格考或論文口試擬於99年2月舉行，不需申請(qǐng)續(xù)住 第2學(xué)期（下學(xué)期者，可申請(qǐng)延後遷出（至99年2月15日止，每日收費(fèi)150元，請(qǐng)於98年12月18 日前填列如附碩博士班宿舍特殊原因延後遷出申請(qǐng)表（請(qǐng)指導(dǎo)老師簽名，至住 宿輔導(dǎo)組提出申請(qǐng)及繳費(fèi)，所繳之延後退宿費(fèi) 不得申請(qǐng)退費(fèi)。除上列者外，不得申 請(qǐng)延後遷出。For those graduate stude nts who will be tak ing oral defe nse or qualify ing exam inFebruary, you do not n eed to apply to stay

You will be charged NTD 150 for each day you stay past the official move-out date. Please fill out the attached “ Applicati on Form for Graduate Stude nts Requesti ng Exte nsion c-fcMbve Date, ” and have it signed by your advisor, then bring it to Student Housing Service Sectio n along with payme nt before December 18, 2009.
