26、r model role; to continues to strengthening fourgood leadershi p constr uction根據(jù)本工程的實際情況，經(jīng)甲乙雙方友好協(xié)商按以下單價包干：1）本工程采用湖北建華或湖北三和管樁廠生產(chǎn)的樁，按實際壓樁數(shù)量每米貳佰伍拾元整。此包干價含PHC-A-500(125)管樁材料，滿足該工程靜壓樁基設備、及設備進出場費，接頭處理的材料人工費、管理費、利潤及風險等一切為本項目圖紙要求及完成本項目所預見或不可預見的一切費用。2）進場或實際用小于9m（不含 9m）的樁段另行增加10 元/m，3）水電費由乙方單獨從業(yè)主單位配電柜接至施工現(xiàn)場單獨

27、掛表計量并承擔水電費用，乙方提供管樁材料發(fā)票。五、工程量確認乙方所進的管樁材料需報甲方驗收并清點數(shù)量，管樁按甲方簽字確認的壓樁實際長度計算工程量。在工程完工后， 乙方會同甲方完成需監(jiān)理、代建人、 業(yè)主簽字確認工程量結算手續(xù)后，方能與乙方辦理相關結算手續(xù)。六、甲方責任1與建設單位聯(lián)系并協(xié)調(diào)好工作關系，劃定工程，辦理交接手續(xù)，負責向乙方提供擬建工程定位控制點。2提供工程地質報告、 設計樁位圖及有關文件等資料，并對乙方進行技術交底。3對乙方施工技術和工程質量進行監(jiān)督，協(xié)助乙方辦理簽證手續(xù)。4對工程施工實施全面管理監(jiān)督，檢查工程質量、安全生產(chǎn)、工程進度，負責工程款的支付，辦理竣工結算等。play le

44、; to continues to strengthening fourgood leadershi p constr uction5負責施工人員的現(xiàn)場管理，做到文明施工，確保安全生產(chǎn)，對承包期和施工中發(fā)生的人員、設備事故，由乙方承擔全部經(jīng)濟法律責任及相應費用， 甲方協(xié)助對其事故的調(diào)查處理，但不承擔經(jīng)濟責任及法律責任。乙方負責免費配合基樁的靜載試驗。八、工程價款、工程量結算及付款方式1在工程完工后，乙方會同甲方完成工程量結算手續(xù)，工程量結算應以甲方簽字簽證的實際配樁長度來計算工程量。2樁基工程完工支付至實際工程量的 60%，基礎驗收合格后支付至實際完成工程量的 95%，余款待竣工驗收合格后無質
