1、三門雙語幼兒園外國專家管理制度為了做好學(xué)校外國專家管理工作,根據(jù)國家有關(guān)規(guī)定,結(jié)合我 校實際,特制定管理制度。第一條 來校任教的外國專家,由外事處負(fù)責(zé)接送。到達學(xué)校 后,由外事處負(fù)責(zé)到臺州市派出所、省外國專家局、臺州市公安局 出入境管理處及其它有關(guān)部門辦理有關(guān)手續(xù)。第二條 學(xué)校保衛(wèi)處認(rèn)真做好外國專家到校后的安全保衛(wèi)工作, 要經(jīng)常檢查外國專家的安全情況,若發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,可代表學(xué)校責(zé)成有 關(guān)部門采取有效措施予以及時解決,防患于未然。學(xué)校外事處協(xié)助 保衛(wèi)處經(jīng)常對涉外人員進行安全、保密教育,經(jīng)常對外國專家宣講 我國有關(guān)法律及學(xué)校有關(guān)規(guī)定,提醒外國專家注意安全。第三條 學(xué)校后勤集團負(fù)責(zé)外國專家的居住、膳食服
2、務(wù)工作,按 要求配備生活所需各種設(shè)備,并保證各種設(shè)備性能完好,發(fā)生故障 及時修理,保證外國專家有良好的居住條件。外事處協(xié)助后勤集團 經(jīng)常了解外國專家對生活的要求和意見。凡屬合理的并能辦到的都 應(yīng)及時解決,不合理或暫時做不到的,應(yīng)耐心做好解釋工作。創(chuàng)造 條件,主動改進外國專家的生活條件,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量。第四條 外國專家的聘請、教學(xué)任務(wù)的確定,由教務(wù)處、相關(guān)系 部召開教務(wù)會議討論后,將外教需求報送學(xué)校外事處,經(jīng)學(xué)校主管 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批準(zhǔn)后按計劃實施。外國專家到校后,教務(wù)處召開教務(wù)會議與 外國專家商談教學(xué)計劃、教學(xué)任務(wù),并要求外國專家在開課前兩周 內(nèi)結(jié)合本人任教的課程和學(xué)校的要求提交一份書面的教學(xué)方案,學(xué) 期
3、結(jié)束時,對方案的落實情況做出書面總結(jié)。第五條 外國專家必須要嚴(yán)格履行合同,按照學(xué)校規(guī)定的教材和 教學(xué)進度教學(xué)。對外國專家推薦的外國比較先進的教材和視聽的輔 助材料,須經(jīng)教務(wù)處審定,報請學(xué)校主管校長同意后,方可使用。第六條 外國專家因故不能上課,應(yīng)辦理請假手續(xù),經(jīng)系主任批 準(zhǔn)方可休息。病假應(yīng)有醫(yī)院的病休證明,病假期間的待遇按有關(guān)合 同協(xié)議所列條款處理。第七條在學(xué)校指導(dǎo)下由教務(wù)處、相關(guān)系部選派政治思想好、業(yè) 務(wù)素質(zhì)高的教師作為外國專家的合作教師,合作教師的人選必須報 教務(wù)處批準(zhǔn)后確定。合作教師應(yīng)按學(xué)校制定的涉外教師工作守 則進行工作。第八條教務(wù)處、相關(guān)系部要征求、聽取合作教師和學(xué)生反映的 意見,對
4、外國專家的教學(xué)做出評估。在期末和外國專家任教結(jié)束 時,教務(wù)處、相關(guān)系部主任要寫出書面鑒定交外事處。對工作表現(xiàn) 不好,教學(xué)效果差的,應(yīng)采取合適方式予以批評,促其改進工作。 對工作表現(xiàn)極差,不聽取批評意見,不能完成工作任務(wù)的要向?qū)W校 匯報,按合同規(guī)定處理。第十條學(xué)校外事處負(fù)責(zé)外國專家的涉外工作,外國專家應(yīng)邀到 其他兄弟單位兼課或講學(xué),須經(jīng)外事處同意。如遇本規(guī)定未涉及到的事項,由學(xué)校外事處請示主管校長解 決。二0二年八月一日s managementSanMen Bilingual Kindergarden system for foreign teachersAccording to the rel

9、totheforeignteachers 'demands and opinions, try yourbesttomeettheirrequirements.If notworkable,they should explaintothempatiently.teaching task will be reported and submitted to the School foreignaffairs office which are discussed by school education departmentr'ovasl.aTpphere will beand the

Then it canbe carried out as schedule after the leader a senate conference discussed by the school education department and foreign teachers together about the teaching plan and teaching task after their arrival. Foreign teachers are required to submit a
11、written teaching scheme which is combined with his courses and theschool ' situation in 2weeks before givinga course.Then make awritten commentabout the implementationof theschemeat theend of the semester.5. Foreign teachersmust strictly fulfill thecontract,givingcoursesaccording to theteaching
12、material andteaching processwhich isstipulated by school. Any advanced teaching materials and auxiliary audio-visual materials which are recommended by foreign teachers can be used only be examined by the school education department and approved by school leaders and headmaster.6. If foreign teacher
13、s can ' tgive a course for some reasons. They should ask for leave to dean, then can take a rest by his approval.Sick leave should have hospital 'ssick identification. The salary is counted according to the contract clause during this period.7. Foreign teachers need to have good political ch
14、aracter and professional knowledge whom will be hired by school education department. Foreign experts start to work according to the Foreignteachers work rules .8. The evaluation of foreign teachers'teaching will be valued by schooleducation department and the relevant departments based on the r
15、eflectionand opinion of teachers and students. A writtenevaluation report is need to be handled to the School foreign affairsoffice at theend of the semester andthe end of the contract.Forthose whoseteachingeffect isnotsatisfactory, they shouldadoptthe appropriatewayto criticizeandimprove their work.
