7、cessary between the lead-outwire of stator and earth.3.2 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)已清理干凈、道路通暢。The site has been cleaned up, and the road is unblocked.3.3 本作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)及安全技術(shù)措施已編制審批完畢,對(duì)所有參加試驗(yàn)人員交底并簽字,交底記錄齊全。The preparation of the work instruction and safety technique measures has been completed, and the examination and approval also

8、 has been done. Allpersonnel attending the test have been told the real intentions and sign itup. The record is all ready.3.4 試驗(yàn)儀器準(zhǔn)備齊全,工作正常,試驗(yàn)人員熟悉儀器的使用方法。The test apparatus has been prepared, and they work in gear. The test personnel are familiar with the using way of apparatus.3.5 施工圖紙及有關(guān)技術(shù)資料齊全。The

9、 construction drawing and relative technical information are all ready.3.6 試驗(yàn)所需工具準(zhǔn)備齊全。Tools for test required are all ready.3.7 試驗(yàn)區(qū)域拉好警戒繩,掛上明顯的警示牌。Set the warning rope in test area and hang the visible warning card.3.8 試驗(yàn)用電源開(kāi)關(guān)要懸掛“試驗(yàn)專用,嚴(yán)禁亂動(dòng)”警示牌。The warning card which is saying “ Special for use, dont

10、 fiddle with it”from the power switch used for test.3.9 發(fā)電機(jī)試驗(yàn)應(yīng)有廠方人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。The testing of generator should be guided by the engineer of manufacturer.3.10 交流耐壓試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在直流耐壓試驗(yàn)合格后進(jìn)行。Separate source power frequency withstand test should be carried out after DC high potential test passed.4.0 主要施工機(jī)械和工具 Main mac

13、charge-staff, insulated bed,insulated glove,hygrothermograph and so on, a set of common tools.5.0 試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目 Test items本工程需要做以下試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告(附后。將試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與出廠報(bào)告中的數(shù)據(jù)組進(jìn)行比較分析。驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)該遵照廠家提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)標(biāo)。The following tests shall be conducted and the test results shall be recordedin the attached form(2 sheets. The test resul

14、ts shall be compared with thetest results performed at the factory.The acceptance criteria for each testshall be as per Alstoms/GB standards.5.1 測(cè)量定子繞組的絕緣電阻和吸收比;Measurement of stator insulation resistance and absorption ratio5.2 測(cè)量定子繞組的直流電阻及定子繞組的極性;Measurement of stator DC resistance and polarity5.3

18、7.0 施工工序和施工方法 Construction procedure and plans:7.1 測(cè)量定子繞組的絕緣電阻和吸收比;Measurement of stator insulation resistance and absorption ratio7.1.1 測(cè)量前A、B、C三相繞組分別首尾短接,使用5000V兆歐表分別測(cè)量A-B+C+地,B-A+C+地,C-A+B+地的絕緣電阻及吸收比。Short-circuit the A、B、C stator winding respectively from beginning to end before testing. Measuri

19、ng the insulation resistance and absorption ratio of A-B+C+EARTH,B-A+C+EARTH,C-A+B+EARTH with 5000V megger.7.1.2 每測(cè)量完一相后,應(yīng)充分放電,并掛好接地線后才能換線。After one phase completes testing, the stator should be discharged adequately and connected to earth before changing the test connection.7.1.3 吸收比不小于1.3,各相絕緣電阻值的

20、不平衡系數(shù)不應(yīng)大于2。The absorption ratio should not less than 1.3, and the unbalance factor of each phases insulation resistance should less than 2.7.2 測(cè)量定子繞組的直流電阻及定子繞組的極性;Measurement of stator DC resistance and polarity7.2.1 接好測(cè)試線并檢查其正確性,先測(cè)A相,然后B相及C相。Connect the test connection correctly, measure stator DC

21、resistance of A phase, then B phase and C phase.7.2.2 被測(cè)繞組兩端接線要求電壓線內(nèi)接,測(cè)試線應(yīng)有足夠截面并與繞組引出線接線板接觸良好。Internal connect the voltage wiring. The test wiring should have enough section, and connected to the stator winding all right.7.2.3 檢查接線無(wú)誤后,合上儀器電源,檢查儀器工作正常,按廠家資料選定合適的量程開(kāi)始測(cè)試;測(cè)試完畢,待放電完畢后,斷開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān),更換試驗(yàn)接線,測(cè)量下一繞組

22、。Close the power switch of apparatus after examining the connection. Examine whether the apparatus works all right, choose the proper range and start to test. After testing, discharge adequately first, then cut off the power switch, change the test connection, and measure the next phase.7.2.4 試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中如

23、儀器量程不合適,先停止測(cè)試,待放電完畢后方可更換。If the apparatus range is not proper in course of measurement, stop testing first and change it after discharge adequately.7.2.5 測(cè)量過(guò)程中,拆換線前應(yīng)充分放電,儀器指示放電完畢后方可進(jìn)行拆換線,必要時(shí)掛上接地線。In course of measurement, discharge adequately first before change the test connection, even hangs the g

24、rounded wiring if necessary.7.2.6 禁止試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中斷開(kāi)電源及接在試品兩端的測(cè)試線。Prohibit cutting off the electric source and the test wiring connected at the stator.7.2.7 各相繞組直流電阻在校正了由于引線長(zhǎng)度不同引起的誤差后,相互間差別不應(yīng)超過(guò)最小值的2%。After correcting inaccuracy caused by the difference of lead length, thereciprocal differential value of each

25、 phase DC resistance should be less than2% of the least value.7.2.8 用直流感應(yīng)法測(cè)量定子繞組的極性,A,B,C應(yīng)互為減極性。Checking stator polarity in the way of DC induction,the A、B、C winding shouldbe subtractive polarity each other.7.3 測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)子繞組的絕緣電阻;Measurement of rotor insulation resistance7.3.1 將轉(zhuǎn)子繞組首尾短接,用1000V兆歐表測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)子繞組對(duì)地的絕

26、緣電阻與吸收比。Short-circuit the rotor winding from beginning to end, then measure the insulation resistance between rotor and earth with 1000V megger.7.3.2 測(cè)得的絕緣電阻不低于10×(0.117kV+1M(25時(shí),吸收比不低于2。如果絕緣電阻大于100×(0.117kV+1即11.7M,則吸收比允許低于2。The minimum acceptable insulation resistance value shall be 10&#

27、215;(0.117kV+1M(at 25. PI values should not less than 2, and this values below 2 canbe accepted if IR>100×(0.117kV+1=11.7M.7.3.3 試驗(yàn)溫度與出廠試驗(yàn)溫度不同時(shí),換算至同一溫度下比較。Convert it into the same temperature for comparison if the test temperature is different from the ex-factory test temperature.7.4 測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)子繞組的

28、直流電阻Measuring the DC resistance of rotor7.4.1 測(cè)量須在轉(zhuǎn)子冷態(tài)下進(jìn)行。The measurement should be carry out when rotor cold.7.4.2 被測(cè)繞組兩端接線要求電壓線內(nèi)接,測(cè)試線應(yīng)有足夠截面并與繞組引出線接線板接觸良好。Internal connect the voltage wiring. The test wiring should have enough section, and contact with the stator winding all right.7.4.3 檢查接線無(wú)誤后,合上儀

29、器電源,檢查儀器工作正常,按廠家資料選定合適的量程開(kāi)始測(cè)試;測(cè)試完畢,待放電完畢后,斷開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān),拆除試驗(yàn)接線。Close the power switch of apparatus after examining the connection. Examine whether the apparatus works all right, choose the proper range and start totest. After testing, discharge adequately first, then cut off the powerswitch, remmove the te

30、st connection.7.4.4 試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中如儀器量程不合適,先停止測(cè)試,待放電完畢后方可更換。If the apparatus range is not proper in course of measurement, stop testing first and change it after discharge adequately.7.4.5 測(cè)量過(guò)程中,拆換線前應(yīng)充分放電,儀器指示放電完畢后方可進(jìn)行拆換線,必要時(shí)掛上接地線。In course of measurement, discharge adequately first before change the test co

31、nnection, even hangs the grounded wiring if necessary.7.4.6 禁止試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中斷開(kāi)電源及接在試品兩端的測(cè)試線。Prohibit cutting off the electric source and the test wiring connected at the stator.7.4.7 測(cè)得的直流電阻與出廠數(shù)據(jù)比較,其差值不應(yīng)超過(guò)2%。The differential value between Ex-factory data and the metrical value shouldbe less than 2%.7.5 測(cè)量發(fā)電機(jī)

32、和勵(lì)磁機(jī)的勵(lì)磁回路連同所連接設(shè)備的絕緣電阻值,不包括發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子Measure insulation resistance of generator and exciters exciting circuits, ex rotor and exciter armature.7.5.1 使用500V兆歐表測(cè)量,測(cè)得值不低于0.5M。Measure insulation resistance with 500V megger, and the insulation resistance should not less than 0.5M.7.5.2 回路中有電子元器件設(shè)備的,試驗(yàn)時(shí)應(yīng)將插件拔出或?qū)⑵?/p>

33、兩端短接。If there are electronic elements in these circuits, should be short-circuit or pulled out when testing.7.6 發(fā)電機(jī)和勵(lì)磁機(jī)的勵(lì)磁回路連同所連接設(shè)備的交流耐壓試驗(yàn),不包括發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子Separate source power frequency withstand test of generator and exciters exciting circuits, ex rotor and exciter armature.7.6.1 試驗(yàn)電壓為1000V。The test volta

34、ge is 1000V.7.6.2 回路中有電子元器件設(shè)備的,試驗(yàn)時(shí)應(yīng)將插件拔出或?qū)⑵鋬啥硕探?。If there are electronic elements in these circuits, should be short-circuit or pulled out when testing.7.7 測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)子繞組的交流阻抗和功率損耗;Measurement of rotor AC impedance and capacity loss7.7.1 接線并檢查其正確性。Connect and check the test wiring.7.7.2接線檢查無(wú)誤后合上刀閘,開(kāi)始升壓,根據(jù)出廠報(bào)

35、告升至所需要電壓值,記錄電壓表、電流表、功率表讀數(shù),注意升壓時(shí)各表記不能超限,施加電壓峰值不應(yīng)超過(guò)額定勵(lì)磁電壓值。After check the wiring correct, close the power switch and rise voltageaccording to the Ex-factory test report, record the reading of amperemeter、voltmeter、 wattmeter.7.8 測(cè)量定子繞組的直流泄漏DC high potential test of stator7.8.1 按儀器使用方法正確接線,并接好放電桿。試驗(yàn)設(shè)備

36、布置要緊湊,連線要短,對(duì)地要有足夠距離,接地應(yīng)牢固可靠。Connect the test wire and discharge pole. The arrangement of test equipment should be compact, and the connection should be short, there should haveenough distance from the earth, The earth should be firm.7.8.2測(cè)試每一相繞組對(duì)其他兩相繞組及地的直流泄漏電流。試驗(yàn)電壓為33kV。Measure the DC leakage curre

37、nt respectively between each phase and the other two phases、 earth, the test voltage is 33kV。7.8.3 先空試儀器工作正常,并記錄試驗(yàn)電壓下微安表的讀數(shù),然后將電壓退至零,關(guān)掉儀器電源,拔掉電源插頭,對(duì)儀器高壓輸出端充分放電,放電應(yīng)先通過(guò)放電電阻再直接接地。儀器空試時(shí)被試發(fā)電機(jī)所有繞組應(yīng)短接接地。Firstly do the no-load test of instrument and record the reading of micro ammeter under the test voltage

38、, then down to zero, shut down the power switch, pull out the plug of power supply, and discharge fully. The discharge should be through the resistance first and then earth it directly. When no-load test of instrument, the stator should be short-circuit and earth reliable.7.8.3直流泄漏試驗(yàn)前后均應(yīng)測(cè)量絕緣電阻,絕緣測(cè)試正

39、常后,在加壓繞組掛好高壓線,非加壓繞組可靠短接接地,通知監(jiān)護(hù)人員就位,合上電源,啟動(dòng)設(shè)備均勻緩慢升壓,分5個(gè)點(diǎn)升至額定試驗(yàn)電壓,每個(gè)點(diǎn)停留1分鐘,并記錄泄漏電流值。試驗(yàn)完畢,電壓退至零,斷開(kāi)儀器電源,拔掉電源插頭,對(duì)被試?yán)@組充分放電后,掛好接地線。Measuring the insulation resistance before and after the test. Hang the high-voltage wire up the pressurization phase winding if the insulation test passed, earth the non-press

40、urized phase winding through short-circuit.Inform the ward personnel fill their shoes, then close the power switch, increase the voltage equably and gradually, let the voltage crease up to the rated test voltage through dividing into 5 points. Stay 1 minute on each point and record the leakage curre

41、nt value. Recede the voltage to zero and cut off the power supply of instrument, pull out the plug of power supply, hang up the earth wire as required after the test winding discharge fully.7.8.5 試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,如果泄漏電流不穩(wěn)定或急速上升,應(yīng)立即停止試驗(yàn),查明原因并消除后方可繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)。Stop testing if the leakage current is not steady or going u

42、p rapidly. Find out the reason and solve it, then go on testing.7.9 繞組連同套管的交流耐壓試驗(yàn)Separate source power frequency withstand test of the stator7.9.1 按儀器使用要求正確接線,接線時(shí)要注意帶高壓電的線路對(duì)地保持足夠的安全距離,相鄰的非試驗(yàn)設(shè)備可靠接地。檢查試驗(yàn)裝置及變壓器外殼應(yīng)可靠接地。Connecting the test wire correctly, notice that the circuitry withhigh-voltage should

43、 keep enough safety distance from the earth, earth the adjacent non-tested equipment. Check the test device and the generator case should be earthed.7.9.2 對(duì)儀器進(jìn)行空載升壓試驗(yàn),整定儀器過(guò)壓及過(guò)流保護(hù)。Do the no-load test first, set the over-voltage and over-current protection of instrument.7.9.3 測(cè)量定子絕緣電阻合格,將儀器高壓出線與定子繞組測(cè)試相連接,非測(cè)試相繞組短接接地。檢查交流耐壓機(jī)調(diào)壓器
