18、5%范圍以內(nèi)。片石用人工擺放，均勻布置。、采用插入式50型振動(dòng)棒進(jìn)行振搗，碎振搗密實(shí)，振搗過(guò)程中快插慢抽。無(wú)漏振，無(wú)蜂 窩麻面等。、碎澆筑完成后及時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù)，防止由于內(nèi)外溫差過(guò)大而產(chǎn)生碎收縮開裂。、在片石碎澆筑過(guò)程中，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣制作碎試件，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)28d后送中心試驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)。3、墻身澆筑、放擋墻澆筑邊線基礎(chǔ)澆筑完成后，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)高程放出擋墻澆筑邊線。、模板安裝.、模板采用5mm鋼模板，禁止使用有缺角、破損的模板。、保證混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)和構(gòu)件各部分設(shè)計(jì)形狀尺寸和相互間位置正確；、具有足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性，能承受新澆筑混凝土的重力側(cè)壓力及施工中可能產(chǎn) 生的各項(xiàng)負(fù)荷。、模板的接縫不得漏漿；模板與碎的接觸

19、面應(yīng)清理干凈并涂刷脫膜劑，但不得影響模板 結(jié)構(gòu)性能。模板使用后應(yīng)按規(guī)定修整保存。、模板采用48*3.5mm鋼管作橫帶、立帶，橫、立帶間距根據(jù)擋墻寬度而定（后附擋墻 模板支架計(jì)算書），模板外側(cè)用可調(diào)頂撐支在基槽邊坡上，支撐間距 90cm。模板分片拼裝, 按沉降縫位置分段拼裝，每段拼完后，四邊掛線調(diào)整模板直順度，符合質(zhì)量要求后固定。為保證模內(nèi)寬度，在模板內(nèi)設(shè)置與涵身厚度一致的木撐作內(nèi)撐，模板上口加對(duì)撐頂牢。、澆筑碎、混凝土澆筑前應(yīng)做好如下準(zhǔn)備工作：a）、制定澆筑工藝，明確結(jié)構(gòu)分段分塊（5m）的間隔澆筑順序（盡量減少后澆帶或連接縫） 澆筑高度控制在3.6m。b）、根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)截面尺寸大小研究確定必要的防

31、不得大于15c。d）、在澆筑混凝土過(guò)程中或澆筑完成時(shí)，如混凝土表面泌水較多，須在不擾動(dòng)已澆筑混凝 土的條件下，采取措施減少泌水。e）、澆筑混凝土期間，應(yīng)設(shè)專人檢查模板穩(wěn)定情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)有松動(dòng)、變形、移位時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)處 理。f）、自高處向模板內(nèi)傾卸混凝土?xí)r，為防止混凝土離析，一般應(yīng)滿足下列要求：從高處直接傾卸時(shí)，混凝土傾落高度不宜超過(guò) 2m。（4）、混凝土振搗、混凝土澆筑過(guò)程中，應(yīng)隨時(shí)對(duì)混凝土進(jìn)行振搗并使其均勻密實(shí)，振搗宜采用插入式振搗器垂直點(diǎn)振。、混凝土振搗過(guò)程中，應(yīng)避免重復(fù)振搗，防止過(guò)振。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)檢查模板支撐的穩(wěn)定性和接縫的密合情況，防止在振搗混凝土過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生漏漿。、采用機(jī)械振搗混凝土?xí)r，應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)
