1、Teaching Plan for 9A Unit 7 The Weird World of Plants 東圃中學 張朝玉課 型: 閱讀課 教學時間: 40分鐘學情分析:本課內(nèi)容是上海牛津版的9A Unit 7 Reading A,有關自然界里的一些奇特的植物及其特性。本文實際上是一篇科普性文章,有一定量的生詞,四種植物的介紹有趣但不易懂。課前前先布置學生預習新單詞和課文,了解文章大意。課堂上會通過視頻和圖片以及問答再次呈現(xiàn)一些單詞和詞組,掃除閱讀和朗讀障礙。通過一系列的課堂活動,指導學生閱讀科普類文章的方法,并進行語言輸出幫助學生達成本課的學習目標。對于本課出現(xiàn)的幾句定語從句,只要求學生能
2、在閱讀的過程中理解,不作為本課的授課重點。教學目標:知識與技能: 1. 認知目標: 高頻詞匯shut, unusual, thirsty, trap, bodyguard, sensitive, defend, branch, reward 拓展詞匯weird, tonne, cactus, precious ,approach,period短語escape from, one of the most unusual plants, up to, be defended by, 2. 能力發(fā)展目標:1)通過前置作業(yè)培養(yǎng)學生的自學能力。2)通過閱讀技巧的點撥,幫助學生形成有效的閱讀策略,培養(yǎng)閱讀
3、微技能:3)培養(yǎng)學生口語表達能力和整合知識的能力。3. 情感目標:1)通過閱讀描寫自然界里的一些奇特的植物及其特性的文章,讓學生領會大自然的奇妙,激發(fā)學生熱愛大自然、保護自然環(huán)境的責任感。2)通過前置作業(yè),培養(yǎng)學生自學能力。3)通過小組活動,培養(yǎng)學生樂于交流的情感和合作學習的意識。過程與方法1通過布置前置作業(yè),培養(yǎng)學生的自學能力。2通過閱讀技巧的點撥,幫助學生形成有效的閱讀策略,培養(yǎng)閱讀微技能。A. 通過多種形式的閱讀活動與任務,幫助學生理解課文。 B. 指導學生運用一定的閱讀理解學習策略,培養(yǎng)一些閱讀微技能,如:掃讀,找每段的主旨句,獲取文章大意;通過通篇尋讀,獲取關于四種植物的細節(jié)描寫,完
4、成相關表格;把尋讀所獲得的信息與問題進行分析,解決表層和深層理解的問題。3通過講述植物特點讓別人猜是哪種植物的活動,培養(yǎng)學生口語表達能力和整合知識的能力。教學重點:1 掌握認知目標中所列的高頻詞匯和短語。2 在教學的各個環(huán)節(jié)中滲透閱讀技巧的訓練。教學難點:1 通過閱讀課文整合有效信息填寫表格;2運用材料中的有效信息整合知識,組織語言表達,進行語言輸出。教學策略和方法:先學后教;小組合作;閱讀理解為主,滲透閱讀微技能的訓練。教學過程:Period 1 PhaseTeachers activityStudents activitySpecific aimsPre-reading1.
