2、ithstanding voltage tester(耐壓測試儀).5.0 General Instructions/說明:5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40 C (50-100 T ).測試可在1040C (50100 T )之的環(huán)境溫度下進(jìn)行.5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted withappliance connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source.除非另

7、 the equipmentused prior to running the test.用TTR1007測試結(jié)果的表格,在測試前完整地填入樣機(jī)和使用 的設(shè)備的情況.6.3 Connect the tester to supply mains of 220V/60Hz, push down the power button, and set thetest voltage range to 2.5 KV, trip current to 55MIU , time to 65s, then push down “START button, turn the test voltage knob t

8、o some extent clockwise and insert the probe connected to red lead into the socket connected to black lead, pressing the“STOP button whe n hearing alarm which shows that the tester is ok in function. Turnoff the tester,and turn the voltageknobcounter-clockwise to its end.耐壓測試儀連接到220V/60Hz電源，開啟耐壓測試儀電

9、源開關(guān)，設(shè)置電壓檔為2.5KV,跳脫電流為5MIU,定時65s.按下“測 試開始鍵，順時針調(diào)節(jié)測試電壓旋鈕到顯示屏上顯示非零值，將其紅線相連的測試棒插入黑線輸出插座插孔，聽到報(bào)警聲時按下“測試停止鍵，表示耐壓測試儀功能正常，關(guān)掉耐壓測 試儀.逆時針將測試電壓旋鈕旋到底.6.4 Operate the sample until thoroughly heated.按照TAREGP100在開口空載狀況下運(yùn)行樣機(jī)到熱穩(wěn)定.6.5 Place the sample on the work bench and wrap the motorenclosure with 10 x 20 cm metalfo

10、il affectingthe heat dissipations (if the enclosure areais less than 10x 20 cm, wrap it with the same size metalfoil).停止運(yùn)行樣機(jī)，將其置于絕緣工作臺上，用10 x 20cm錫箔紙蓋住 離馬達(dá)最近的馬達(dá)殼但不要影響樣板散熱，如果馬達(dá)殼面積小于10 x 20cm就用其同樣大小錫薄紙將其全部包住6.6 Plug the sample into the test socket and turn on tester.將樣機(jī)電源線的插頭插入耐壓儀測試插座，樣機(jī)開關(guān)置于“or位.6.7 M

11、ake sure the control switch of the sample in“ ONposition, touch the probe on the metal foil closely, then push down the “ START button and turn the voltage knob letting the voltage from zero to the specified value gradually within 5 seconds. Turn off the tester when test is over and turn the voltage

12、 knob counter-clockwise to its end.開啟耐壓測試儀的電源開關(guān)，將測試棒緊觸在錫箔紙上，按下“測試開始鍵，在5s調(diào)節(jié)電壓從0V起逐步到要求的測試電壓值，聽到耐壓測試儀結(jié)束提示音，關(guān)掉耐壓測試儀，將測試電壓旋鈕按逆時針方向旋到底.7.0 Results/ 結(jié)果：7.1 Use the corresponding Test Results Form TTR1007 to reportall numerical results as the information described below. 使用TTR1007測試結(jié)果的表格，除報(bào)告所有數(shù)字結(jié)果外，還有 以下描述的數(shù)據(jù).7.2 Clearly and completely describe all parts that are partof this evaluation.
