Great scientists 導(dǎo)學(xué)案 -劉明 (2012.9.11)一教學(xué)內(nèi)容:Grammar-the Past Participle as the Predicative & Attribute二教學(xué)目標(biāo):1. 知識目標(biāo):掌握-ed分詞作定語和表語的基本用法2. 能力目標(biāo):a. 能分清分別含有-ed分詞作表語或定語的句子 b. 能寫出一些含有-ed分詞作表語或定語的句子 c. 能將-ed分詞作定語轉(zhuǎn)換成定語從句 d. 能說出-ed分詞與-ing分詞作表語和定語時的區(qū)別3. 情感目標(biāo):能夠克服在學(xué)習(xí)語法過程中所遇到的困難,積極主動地向老師和同學(xué)求教三教學(xué)重難點:1.

2、 重點:學(xué)會過去分詞作定語和表語在句子中的用法2. 難點:-ed形式和-ing形式作定語和表語的區(qū)別四自主學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容及其過程:Step1: Discovering useful structures自學(xué)任務(wù)一:1.閱讀課文中的句子,寫出下列句子中缺失的部分a. He found that it came from the river .b. So many thousands of people died every time there was an outbreak.c. But he became when he thought about helping ordinary people

3、.d. He immediately told the people in Broad Street to remove the handle from the pump so that it could not be used.e. He became in two theories that possibly explained how cholera killed people.2. 根據(jù)平時所學(xué)知識自主判斷以上句子中的缺失部分在句中是作定語還是表語,然后討論a. b. c. d. e. step2: learning the Past Participle as the Predica

4、tive & Attribute自主學(xué)習(xí)二:自主學(xué)習(xí)-ed分詞作定語1、單個的過去分詞作定語時一般兼有被動和完成的意義。 e.g.:a lost animal 迷路的動物 a stamp 用過的郵票 an finger 受傷的手指 a coin 破損的硬幣 a candle 點燃的蠟燭注意:過去分詞作定語時,有時只有被動意義。 e.g.: English 英語口語 exercises 書面練習(xí)少數(shù)表示位移或狀態(tài)改變的不及物動詞的過去分詞只有完成的意義 leaves 落葉 the sun 升起來的太陽 a teacher 一名退休教師an prisoner 一名逃跑的囚犯 2、過去分詞短

5、語作后置定語,表示被動和/或完成意義(劃出-ed分詞短語在下列句子中作后置定語部分) e.g.:How I regretted the hours wasted in the woods!我多懊悔在樹林浪費的時光啊I like wearing clothes made of this kind of cloth我喜歡穿這種布料做的衣服。e.g.:The books written by Lu Xun are popular魯迅寫的書很受歡迎Well go to visit the bridge built hundreds of years ago 我們要去看那座建于幾百年前的橋。自主學(xué)習(xí)三:

7、 you noticed the bridge being built there?= Have you noticed the bridge _ there?注:本句中的過去分詞作定語,表示被動的動作正在進(jìn)行。自主學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)四:自主學(xué)習(xí)-ed分詞作表語1、過去分詞作表語,表示主語的特點或所處的狀態(tài),其前的系動詞有包括be在內(nèi)的多種形式,一起構(gòu)成系表結(jié)構(gòu)。 e.g.:Everyone present is very inspired at his speech 聽了他的發(fā)言,在場的所有人都很振奮。 You seem frightened. 你似乎受了驚嚇。高中常見的系動詞: appear, be

8、, become, fall, feel, get, go, grow, keep, look, prove, remain, rest, run, seem, smell, sound, stay, taste, turn2、過去分詞作表語,構(gòu)成的系表結(jié)構(gòu)與被動語態(tài)的區(qū)別: 過去分詞作表語,強調(diào)特點或狀態(tài);而被動語態(tài)中,強調(diào)動作。 e.g.:This shop is now closed 這家商店現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)關(guān)門了。(狀態(tài)) This shop is closed at 6 pm everyday 這家商店每天6點關(guān)門。(動作)自主學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)五:獨立完成下列-ed分詞作表語的練習(xí),然后分組討論 P
