13、講內(nèi)容必須與活動主題相符；4、比賽采用限時演講,參賽選手演講用時為3-5分鐘；5、比賽一律使用普通話進行演講。 （三）、演講評分規(guī)則: 1、本次比賽采用百分制進行評分,要求有符合主題的思想內(nèi)容和完美的表達形式相統(tǒng)一；2、各位評委按照以下評分細則為每位選手現(xiàn)場打分。每位選手的個人成績保留到小數(shù)點后一位,所有評委對參賽者的評分中去除最高分和最低分后取平均分,以此作為參賽者的分數(shù)。參賽選手的最終名次按成績高低排序產(chǎn)生；3、評分細則、內(nèi)容架構(gòu)30分。 主題鮮明突出，內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)合理，層次分明，語言表達精練流暢。演講過程中引入的相關(guān)例證、事實和說明能夠恰當融入主題結(jié)構(gòu)，整篇演講一氣呵成； 、肢體表現(xiàn)10分。
