1、胡主席在第四輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對話致辭克林頓國務(wù)卿，蓋特納財(cái)長，各位來賓，女士們、先生們，朋友們，SecretaryClinton,SecretaryTimothyGeithner,distinguishedguests,ladiesandgentlemen,dearfriends,時(shí)隔兩年，中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對話再次在北京舉行，中美雙方將共同探討，新形勢下如何推動兩國關(guān)系向前發(fā)展。首先我對第四輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對話開幕表示祝賀，對遠(yuǎn)道而來的美國朋友們表示歡迎。Todayaftertwoyears,anewroundofChina-USStrategicandEconomicDialogues(S&a

2、mp;EDhasopenedhereinBeijing.Duringthedialogue,ourtwosideswilldiscusswaystoadvanceChina-USrelationsunderthenewcircumstances.IwishtoextendcongratulationsontheopeningofthefourthroundoftheS&EDandwelcometoourAmericanfriendscomingfromafar.2009年我從奧巴馬總統(tǒng)在倫敦會晤時(shí)商定，建立中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對話機(jī)制。三年多來，中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對話，作為兩國級別最高，參與部門

3、最多，討論議題最廣的機(jī)制，促進(jìn)了兩國高層戰(zhàn)略溝通，加深了對歷史戰(zhàn)略意圖和政策的了解,擴(kuò)大了對中美關(guān)系發(fā)展方向的共識，有利推進(jìn)了互利合作，增進(jìn)了兩國人民相互了解和友誼，豐富了兩國各領(lǐng)域各層次交流溝通。PresidentObamaandIagreedtoestablishtheS&EDwhenwemetinLondonin2009.Thisisthehighest-levelmechanismbetweenourtwocountriesthatinvolvesthemostextensiveparticipationbyourgovernmentdepartmentsandhasamost

4、wide-rangingagenda.Overthepastthreeyearsandmore,theS&EDhasfacilitatedhigh-levelstrategicconsultationbetweenourtwocountries.Wehaveincreasedunderstandingofeachother'sstrategicintentionsandpoliciesandexpandedconsensusonthefuturecourseofChina-USrelations.TheS&EDhasgivenastrongboosttoourmutua

5、llybeneficialcooperationandcontributedtomutualunderstandingandfriendshipbetweenourtwopeoples.Ithasenrichedexchangesandconsultationsbetweenthetwocountriesinvariousfieldsandatvariouslevels.在本輪又t話中，希望雙方再接再勵(lì)，共同努力，既立足當(dāng)前又著眼長遠(yuǎn)，推動中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對話成為兩國加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略溝通，增進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略互信，促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略合作的長效機(jī)制，為建設(shè)中美合作伙伴關(guān)系，不斷進(jìn)行探索和實(shí)現(xiàn)。Ihopethatthetwosi

15、ina-USrelations.當(dāng)前人類已進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)的第二個(gè)十年，我們的思想、政策、行動應(yīng)該與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，以創(chuàng)新的思維，切實(shí)的行動，打破歷史上大國對抗沖突的傳統(tǒng)邏輯，探索經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化時(shí)代發(fā)展大國關(guān)系的新路徑。Wearenowintheseconddecadeofthe21stcenturyandweneedtoadvancewiththetimesinourthinking,policiesandactions.Weshould,throughcreativethinkingandconcretesteps,provethatthetraditionalbeliefthatbigpowersare

21、willnotunderminethelargerinterestsofChina-USrelations.發(fā)展中美新型大國關(guān)系需要積極行勵(lì)，中國有句古話，為者常成，行者常至。我們要采取扎實(shí)有效的行勵(lì)，把雙方達(dá)成的各項(xiàng)共識落到實(shí)處，推勵(lì)廣泛領(lǐng)域，務(wù)實(shí)合作，加強(qiáng)在國際和地區(qū)問題上的協(xié)調(diào)，促進(jìn)亞太地區(qū)，乃至世界和平穩(wěn)定，讓兩國人民和各國人民切實(shí)享受中美合作帶來的好處。TobuildanewtypeofrelationsbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStates,weneedtoworkactively.AsanoldChinesesayinggoes,onlybyworkingd
