口譯實踐――胡主席在第四輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話致辭

1、胡主席在第四輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話致辭克林頓國務(wù)卿，蓋特納財長，各位來賓，女士們、先生們，朋友們，SecretaryClinton,SecretaryTimothyGeithner,distinguishedguests,ladiesandgentlemen,dearfriends,時隔兩年，中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話再次在北京舉行，中美雙方將共同探討，新形勢下如何推動兩國關(guān)系向前發(fā)展。首先我對第四輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話開幕表示祝賀，對遠道而來的美國朋友們表示歡迎。Todayaftertwoyears,anewroundofChina-USStrategicandEconomicDialogues(S&a

2、mp;EDhasopenedhereinBeijing.Duringthedialogue,ourtwosideswilldiscusswaystoadvanceChina-USrelationsunderthenewcircumstances.IwishtoextendcongratulationsontheopeningofthefourthroundoftheS&EDandwelcometoourAmericanfriendscomingfromafar.2009年我從奧巴馬總統(tǒng)在倫敦會晤時商定，建立中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話機制。三年多來，中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話，作為兩國級別最高，參與部門

3、最多，討論議題最廣的機制，促進了兩國高層戰(zhàn)略溝通，加深了對歷史戰(zhàn)略意圖和政策的了解,擴大了對中美關(guān)系發(fā)展方向的共識，有利推進了互利合作，增進了兩國人民相互了解和友誼，豐富了兩國各領(lǐng)域各層次交流溝通。PresidentObamaandIagreedtoestablishtheS&EDwhenwemetinLondonin2009.Thisisthehighest-levelmechanismbetweenourtwocountriesthatinvolvesthemostextensiveparticipationbyourgovernmentdepartmentsandhasamost

4、wide-rangingagenda.Overthepastthreeyearsandmore,theS&EDhasfacilitatedhigh-levelstrategicconsultationbetweenourtwocountries.Wehaveincreasedunderstandingofeachother'sstrategicintentionsandpoliciesandexpandedconsensusonthefuturecourseofChina-USrelations.TheS&EDhasgivenastrongboosttoourmutua

5、llybeneficialcooperationandcontributedtomutualunderstandingandfriendshipbetweenourtwopeoples.Ithasenrichedexchangesandconsultationsbetweenthetwocountriesinvariousfieldsandatvariouslevels.在本輪又t話中，希望雙方再接再勵，共同努力，既立足當(dāng)前又著眼長遠，推動中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話成為兩國加強戰(zhàn)略溝通，增進戰(zhàn)略互信，促進戰(zhàn)略合作的長效機制，為建設(shè)中美合作伙伴關(guān)系，不斷進行探索和實現(xiàn)。Ihopethatthetwosi
