6、具延期付款信用證】即期信用證是指受益人根據(jù)開(kāi)證行的指示開(kāi)立即期匯票，或無(wú)須匯票僅憑運(yùn)輸單據(jù)即可向指定銀行提示請(qǐng)求付款的信用證。承兌信用證是指信用證規(guī)定開(kāi)證行對(duì)于受益人開(kāi)立以開(kāi)證行為付款人或以其他銀行為付款人的遠(yuǎn)期匯票，在審單無(wú)誤后，應(yīng)承擔(dān)承擔(dān)匯票并與到期日付款的信用證。議付信用證是指開(kāi)證行承諾延伸至第三當(dāng)事人，即議付行，其擁有議付或購(gòu)買(mǎi)受益人提交信用證規(guī)定的匯票/單據(jù)權(quán)利行為的信用證。如果信用證不限制某銀行議付，可由受益人選擇任何愿意議付的銀行，提交匯票單據(jù)給所選銀行，請(qǐng)求議付的信用證稱自由議付信用證，否則為限制性議付信用證。延期付款信用證是指不需匯票，僅憑受益人交來(lái)的單據(jù)，審核相符，指定銀行

9、nts reauired: (marked with X) 信用證需要提交的單據(jù)根據(jù)國(guó)際商會(huì)UPC500跟單信用證統(tǒng)一慣例，信用證業(yè)務(wù)是純單據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)，與實(shí)際貨物無(wú)關(guān)，所以信用證申請(qǐng)書(shū)上應(yīng)按合同要求明確寫(xiě)出所應(yīng)出具的單據(jù)，包括單據(jù)的種類(lèi)，每種單據(jù)所表示的內(nèi)容，正副本的份數(shù)，出單人等。一般要求提示的單據(jù)有提單，發(fā)票，箱單，重量證明，保險(xiǎn)單，數(shù)量證明，質(zhì)量證明，產(chǎn)地證，裝船通知，商檢證等以及其他申請(qǐng)人要求的證明等。如果是以CFR或CIF成交，那么要求對(duì)方出具的提單為“運(yùn)費(fèi)已付“【freight prepaid】；如果是以FOB成交，那么要求對(duì)方出具的提單為“運(yùn)費(fèi)到付“【freight collect】

10、；如果按CIF成交，申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)要求受益人提供保險(xiǎn)單，且注意保險(xiǎn)險(xiǎn)別，賠付地應(yīng)要求在到貨港。匯票的付款人應(yīng)為開(kāi)證行或指定的付款行，不可規(guī)定為開(kāi)證申請(qǐng)人，否則被視作額外單據(jù)。1.
