1、Lesson ThreeThe main objectives of the class(本節(jié)課的主要目標(biāo)) 1.Make familiar of the four steps of business negotiations: enquiry(詢盤),offer(報(bào)盤),counter-offer(還盤) and acceptance(接受). 3、,可以分為兩種: A:只詢問(wèn)價(jià)格,索取商品目錄或樣品,被稱為一般詢盤(General Enquiries); B: 另一種詢盤則包括特定商品的各項(xiàng)交易條件,被稱為具體詢盤(Specific Enquiries);Enquiry(詢盤) 詢盤常用表達(dá): A. I would like to have your lowest quotation(價(jià)格,報(bào)價(jià)) CFR Macao. (請(qǐng)報(bào)澳門港口成本加運(yùn)費(fèi)最低價(jià)) B. Whats the quantity you want?Then we can work out (制定,擬定)of the offer. 7、) 9.to make prompt-delivery (即期交貨) 10. payment terms (付款方式)Offer(報(bào)盤) 1:報(bào)盤(offer), 也叫報(bào)價(jià),是賣方主動(dòng)向買方提供商品信息,或者是對(duì)詢盤的答復(fù),是賣方根據(jù)買方的來(lái)信,向買方報(bào)盤,其內(nèi)容可包括商品名稱,規(guī)格,數(shù)量,包裝條件,價(jià)格,付款方式和交貨期限等。Offer(報(bào)盤) 2:報(bào)盤有兩種:虛盤(non-firm offers)和實(shí)盤(firm offers)。 A:虛盤(non-firm offers):即無(wú)約束力的報(bào)盤。大多數(shù)情況下都是虛盤。虛盤不規(guī)定報(bào)盤的有效日期,并且附有保留條件,如:The offer is s

(何時(shí)能給我發(fā)實(shí)盤)Counter-offer(還盤) 1:受盤人不同意發(fā)盤中的交易條件而提出修改或變更的意見(jiàn),稱為還盤還盤(Counter-Offer)。在法律上叫反要約。還盤也就是還價(jià)。 2:還盤實(shí)際上是受盤人以發(fā)盤人的地位發(fā)出的一個(gè)新盤。原發(fā)盤人成為新盤的受盤人。 3:還盤的內(nèi)容不單是指價(jià)格。對(duì)支付條件,裝運(yùn)不單是指價(jià)格
