60、讓自己有進(jìn)步的空間。通過(guò)各位老師的評(píng)課讓我開拓了視野。自己畢業(yè)沒多久,在教學(xué)上缺少經(jīng)驗(yàn),這次是初次教高中,特別需要多學(xué)習(xí)。老師的任務(wù)是指導(dǎo)學(xué)生,主體是學(xué)生,老師的教學(xué)任務(wù)是否完成更好就得看老師是否根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,從學(xué)生的角度出發(fā),引領(lǐng)學(xué)生進(jìn)入一個(gè)充滿智慧和激情的課堂,讓他們?cè)诙潭痰囊还?jié)課中發(fā)揮自己主動(dòng)性,留有思考。通過(guò)這節(jié)課的點(diǎn)評(píng)之后,自己在本課的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和組織上,存在以下幾個(gè)方面的缺乏。一是,平時(shí)自己無(wú)視了口語(yǔ)的培養(yǎng),造成中文過(guò)多,學(xué)生的思維沒能進(jìn)入到一種語(yǔ)境中,以后要注意多用英語(yǔ)講課,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自己用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)表達(dá)自己的想法。平時(shí)要抓好學(xué)生根底,讓學(xué)生用簡(jiǎn)單的日常用語(yǔ)表達(dá)他們的想法。二是
