5、二、參考/按.更換(件),檢查/測(cè)試正常1、航后參考AMM32-45-21更換左前輪,檢查正常,輪壓204PSI,溫度28度 AF REF AMM32-45-21 REPLEACED LEFT FWD WHEEL, CHECK OK. PRESSURE IS 204 PSI, TEMP IS 28 DEGREE. Answer: AF REF. AMM 32-45-21, REPLACED THE LEFT NOSE WHEEL, CHECK OK. THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS 204 PSI, TEMPERATURE WAS 28 DEGREES. 2、航后檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)23DEF

6、行李架鎖扣損壞,更換鎖扣,檢查正常。 AF CHECK FOUND 23DEF BUGGAGE LATCH BROKEN. AF REPLACE LATCH,CHECK OK. Answer: AF CHECK FOUND THAT 23DEF LUGGAGE RACK/STOWAGE BIN LATCH WAS DAMAGED/ BROKEN. REPLACED THE LATCH, CHECK OK. 3、參照AMM29-11-11,更換右發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)泵,測(cè)試無(wú)滲漏。 Answer:REF. AMM 29-11-11, REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE HYDRAULI

7、C DRIVEN PUMP , PERFORMED A TEST AND NO LEAKAGE./TESTED AND NO LEAKAGE.參考/按.更換(件),檢查/測(cè)試正常Refer to/ Ref. .,replaced .Check / Test OK.Useful Expressions三、檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)故障,按號(hào)/類別保留, 同意放行1、過(guò)站檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)后客艙熱空氣配平活門失效,因時(shí)間原因,依據(jù)MEL21-63-02B保留后客艙熱空氣配平活門,放行飛機(jī)。 TA CHECK AFT TRIM VALVE INOP, FOR SD,REF MEL21-63-02B KEEP THE VALVE

8、,DISPATCH THE A/C. Answer: TA CHECK FOUND THAT THE AFT CABIN HOT AIR TRIM VALVE FAILED/WAS INOP. FOR SD, REF. MEL 21-63-02B, DEFERRED THE HOT AIR TRIM VALVE AND RELEASED THE AIRCRAFT.2、航后FLB反映左側(cè)跑道轉(zhuǎn)彎燈不工作,航材原因,參考MEL33-40-05A,辦保留C類,貼不工作標(biāo)簽。 AF FLB report L RWY turnoff light INOP, for SL reason, ref MEL3

9、3-40-05A,make DD,C item, tape INOP Answer:AF FLB REPORTED THAT THE L RWY TURNOFF LIGHT WAS INOP. FOR SL, REFER TO MEL33-40-05A, DEFERRED THE FAULT AS CATEGORY C, AFFIXED/TAGGED/PLACED A INOP PLACARD.3、過(guò)站依據(jù)TSM23-28-01-810-803,判斷天線有故障,因時(shí)間原因辦理衛(wèi)星通訊系統(tǒng)保留. Answer:TRANSIT/TA REFER TO TSM23-28-01-810-803, CO

10、NFIRMED THAT ANTENNA HAD FAULTS. FOR SD, DEFERRED THE SATCOM SYSTEM.故障保留單DD:deferred defect card故障單FC:fault card辦保留:defer the fault establish/make a deferred card辦X類保留:defer the fault as category X辦XX類保留單:make a category XX deferred card 辦保留放行飛機(jī):dispatch/release the aircraft航材原因:For SL/Because of no

11、 spares時(shí)間原因:For SD/For time reason貼不工作標(biāo)簽:affix/tag/place a INOP placard 辦保留4、第三觀察員座椅左側(cè)扶手在座椅收回后,無(wú)法固定在收上位置,因航材無(wú)件臨時(shí)固定在收上位,座椅可以使用。 The third observer seat left armrest can not retract automaticlly after stow the seat, fixed it in retraction because of no spare. THE LEFT ARMREST OF THIRD OBSERVER SEAT CO

12、ULD NOT BE FIXED IN STOWED POSITION WHEN RETRACTED THE SEAT. FOR SL, FIXED THE ARMREST IN STOWED POSITION TEMPORARILY AND THE SEAT CAN BE USED.5、過(guò)站駕駛艙門鎖電門無(wú)法彈回自動(dòng)位。時(shí)間原因,參考MEL52-17,保留自動(dòng)鎖系統(tǒng),執(zhí)行M項(xiàng),有O項(xiàng),放行飛機(jī)。TA THE FLT DOOR SWITCH CAN NOT BACK TO AUTO POSITION。FOR TIME LIMIT,REF MEL52-17,DEFER THE DEFECT OF

13、 THE COOKPIT DOOR AUTOLOCK SYSTEM,EXECUTE THE M ITEM,HAVE O ITEM,DISPATCH THE AIRPLANEAnswer: TA THE COCKPIT DOOR LOCKING SWITCH COULD NOT BACK TO AUTO POSITION. FOR SD, REF. MEL52-17, DEFERRED THE AUTO LOCKING SYSTEM, EXECUTED THE M ITEM, HAD O ITEM, DISPATCHED THE AIRCRAFT.彈回自動(dòng)位:back to auto posit

15、D CARD, DE619865.四、按XX更換XX,測(cè)試正常,撤消/關(guān)閉保留2、航后依據(jù)AMM23-20-00,更換前服務(wù)話筒,并完成功能測(cè)試,結(jié)果正常,撤消保留單DE789983。Answer: AF REFER TO AMM23-20-00 REPLACED THE FWD ATTENDANT HANDSET, ACCOMPLISHED/ COMPLETED A FUNCTIONAL TEST AND THE RESULT WAS OK, RESCINDED/CLOSED THE DEFERRED CARD, DE789983.故障代碼:fault code撤保留單:rescind/cl

16、ose/withdraw the deferred card功能測(cè)試:functional test完成:accomplish/complete執(zhí)行、操作:execute/perform/doUseful Expressions五、為判斷故障,對(duì)進(jìn)行串件1、B6566飛機(jī)航后有“PHC 6DA1”的故障信息。為判斷故障,依據(jù)AMM30-31-34,將B6566 PHC1與B6570 PHC3對(duì)串,測(cè)試正常,串件掛簽號(hào):A0000781。 TO B6566 PFR HAS PHC 6DA1FAULT MESSAGE. AF FOR JUDGE FAULT,REF AMM30-31-34 B656

17、6 PHC1 EXCHANGE WITH B6570 PHC3,TEST OK ,TAG NO: A0000781. Answer: AF A/C B6566 HAD A FAULT MESSAGE “PHC 6DA1”. TO CONFIRM THE FAULT/FOR FAULT CONFIRMATION, REF. AMM 30-31-34, EXCHANGED THE PHC1 OF B6566 WITH PHC3 OF B6570, TEST OK. TAG NO: A0000781.2、為判斷B-2652自動(dòng)剎車故障,根據(jù)AMMXX-XX-XX將P2-2面板與B-2650的P2-2

18、面板對(duì)串,并完成系統(tǒng)功能測(cè)試,結(jié)果正常。Answer: TO CONFIRM THE FAULT OF A/C B-2652 AUTO BRAKE SYSTEM, REFER TO AMM XX-XX-XX, EXCHANGED THE P2-2 PANEL WITH THAT OF A/C B-2650. EXECUTED A SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL TEST AND THE RESULT WAS OK.3、參考AMM23-12-00測(cè)試VHF 3工作正常。參考AMM46-21-00測(cè)試ATIMS正常。為判斷故障,本機(jī)VHF2 與VHF3對(duì)串,檢查測(cè)試正常。Answer: REF

19、. AMM23-12-00, TESTED VHF 3 AND IT WORKED OK. REF. AMM46-21-00, TESTED ATIMS AND IT WAS NORMAL. FOR FAULT CONFIRMATION, INTERCHANGED VHF2 WITH VHF3. CHECK AND TEST OK.為判斷故障:to confirm the fault for fault confirmation串件(同機(jī))interchangewith串件(不同機(jī)間)exchange/swapwith 掛簽號(hào):tag NO./number 判斷故障1、航后測(cè)試EEC,有代碼:

20、73-31371。航后依據(jù)FIM73-11 TASK 801,測(cè)量S1,S2,S3,S4電阻值正常,J9,J10導(dǎo)通性和絕緣性正常,清潔插頭,做EEC測(cè)試無(wú)代碼。AF TEST EEC , HAVE CODE:73-31371.AF REF FIM73-11 TASK 801 MEASURE RESISTANCE OF S1,S2,S3,S4 NORMALAND CHECK J9,J10 NORMAL。CLEAN THE RECEPTACLES,DO EEC TEST NORMAL。Answer:AF TESTED EEC, HAD CODE:73-31371. AF REF. FIM73-1

21、1TASK 801, MEASURED THE RESISTANCE OF S1, S2, S3, S4, THE RESULTS WERE NORMAL. THE CONTINUITY AND INSULATION OF J9 AND J10 WERE OK. CLEANED THE CONNECTOR, TESTED EEC AND HAD NO CODE.六、測(cè)量XX與XX之間的電阻/電壓2、航前檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)副駕側(cè)側(cè)桿無(wú)線電選擇器(PTT)不工作,航后依據(jù)ASM23-51-03,按壓副駕側(cè)PTT電門,1RN釘12J,12K(AA)間阻值為1.5歐姆,松開PTT電門,電阻大于20M歐姆,根據(jù)A

22、MM23-51-34,更換AMU。測(cè)試正常。PF CHECK AND FOUND F/O PTT。AF REF ASM23-51-03,PUSH F/O PTT SWITCH,THE RESISANCE BETWEEN 12J AND12K(10N AA)IS 1.5 .RELEASE THE PTT SWITCH ,THE RESISTANCE MORE THAN 20M,REF AMM23-51-34,REPLACE AMU,TESTAnswer:AF CHECK FOUND F/O PTT WAS INOP. AF REF. ASM23-51-03, PRESSED THE PTT SW

23、ITCH, THE RESISTANCE BETWEEN 1RN PIN 12J AND 12K WAS 1.5 OHMS. RELEASED THE PTT SWITCH, THE RESISTANCE WAS MORE THAN 20 OHMS. REF.AMM23-51-34, REPLACED AMU. TEST OK. 3、航后檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)1號(hào)DME天線前緣有刻痕。航后依據(jù)AMM34-51-11更換1號(hào)DME天線,測(cè)量天線與機(jī)身電阻為1.200毫歐,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為小于5毫歐),測(cè)試正常.AF CHECK AND FOUND THE DME1 ANTENNA LEADIN EDGE

24、HAVE NOTCHING.REF AMM34-51-11REPLACED THE NO.1 ANTENNA,MEASURE THE BONDING RESISTANCE BETWEEN THE ANTENNA AND FUSELAGE IS 1.2m,IN STANDARD,(STANDARD ISNOT HIGER THAN 5MILLIOHMS),TEST OK.Answer:AF CHECK FOUND LEADING EDGE OF DME1ANTENNA HAD SCOTCH/NOTCHING. AF REF. AMM34-51-11 REPLACED DME1 ANTENNA.

25、MEASURED THE RESISTANCE BETWEEN ANTENNA AND FUSELAGE. THE RESULT WAS 1.2m AND WITHIN THE LIMITS(THE STANDARD IS LESS THAN 5 m ), TEST OK.4、航后檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)真空泵線路32MG到36MG之間A2到L1斷路,L1點(diǎn)無(wú)電壓AF CHECK THE VACUUM A2 TO L1 OF 32MG TO 36MG OPEN,L1 POINT NO VOLTAGEAnswer: AF CHECK FOUND THE VACUUM PUMP WIRING BETWEEN A2

26、 TO L1 OF 32MG TO 36MG WAS OPEN CIRCUIT/HAD NO CONTINUITY. L1 HAD NO VOLTAGE.5、航后PFR有故障信息VACU GEN SUPPLY(383100),依據(jù)TSM38-31-00-810-840測(cè)量跳開關(guān)33MG至接線塊7205VT電壓正常,線路正常,接線塊7205VT到繼電器36MG L1接頭電阻無(wú)窮大,電壓45V,時(shí)間原因,保留故障。AF PFR FAULT MESSAGE“VACU GEN SUPPLY”,REF TSM38-31-00-810-840 CHECK C/B 33MG TO7205VT WIRE OK

27、,7205VT TO 36MG L1 OPEN,F(xiàn)OR SD,DEFER ITAnswer: AF PFR HAD FAULT MESSAGE “VACU GEN SUPPLY”. REF. TSM38-31-810-840 MEASURED THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN C/B 33MG AND TERMINAL BLOCK 7205VT, IT WAS OK. CHECKED THE WIRING AND IT WAS OK. THE RESISTANCE BETWEEN TERMINAL BLOCK 7205VT AND RELAY 36MG L1 WAS INFINITE,

28、THE VOLTAGE WAS 45V. AF check found that the trim air valve of FWD cabin indicated
