13、hobbies.要練說(shuō),得練聽(tīng)。聽(tīng)是說(shuō)的前提,聽(tīng)得準(zhǔn)確,才有條件正確模擬,才能不斷地掌握高一級(jí)程度的語(yǔ)言。我在教學(xué)中,注意聽(tīng)說(shuō)結(jié)合,訓(xùn)練幼兒聽(tīng)的才能,課堂上,我特別重視老師的語(yǔ)言,我對(duì)幼兒說(shuō)話,注意聲音清楚,上下起伏,抑揚(yáng)有致,富有吸引力,這樣能引起幼兒的注意。當(dāng)我發(fā)現(xiàn)有的幼兒不專心聽(tīng)別人發(fā)言時(shí),就隨時(shí)表?yè)P(yáng)那些靜聽(tīng)的幼兒,或是讓他重復(fù)別人說(shuō)過(guò)的內(nèi)容,抓住教育時(shí)機(jī),要求他們專心聽(tīng),用心記。平時(shí)我還通過(guò)各種興趣活動(dòng),培養(yǎng)幼兒邊聽(tīng)邊記,邊聽(tīng)邊想,邊聽(tīng)邊說(shuō)的才能,如聽(tīng)詞對(duì)詞,聽(tīng)詞句說(shuō)意思,聽(tīng)句子辯正誤,聽(tīng)故事講述故事,聽(tīng)謎語(yǔ)猜謎底,聽(tīng)智力故事,動(dòng)腦筋,出主意,聽(tīng)兒歌上句,接兒歌下句等,這樣幼兒學(xué)得生動(dòng)

16、任務(wù),幫助學(xué)生層層遞進(jìn)地學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言。做得比較好的地方有:唐宋或更早之前,針對(duì)“經(jīng)學(xué)“律學(xué)“算學(xué)和“書(shū)學(xué)各科目,其相應(yīng)傳授者稱為“博士,這與當(dāng)今“博士含義已經(jīng)相去甚遠(yuǎn)。而對(duì)那些特別講授“武事或講解“經(jīng)籍者,又稱“講師?!敖淌诤汀爸叹瓰閷W(xué)官稱謂。前者始于宋,乃“宗學(xué)“律學(xué)“醫(yī)學(xué)“武學(xué)等科目的講授者;而后者那么于西晉武帝時(shí)代即已設(shè)立了,主要協(xié)助國(guó)子、博士培養(yǎng)生徒?!爸淘诠糯粌H要作入流的學(xué)問(wèn),其教書(shū)育人的職責(zé)也十清楚晰。唐代國(guó)子學(xué)、太學(xué)等所設(shè)之“助教一席,也是當(dāng)朝打眼的學(xué)官。至明清兩代,只設(shè)國(guó)子監(jiān)國(guó)子學(xué)一科的“助教,其身價(jià)不謂顯赫,也稱得上朝廷要員。至此,無(wú)論是“博士“講師,還是“教授“
17、助教,其今日老師應(yīng)具有的根本概念都具有了。1.從整體出發(fā)。我采取了總分總的方式,即:從文本整體出發(fā)提出問(wèn)題逐個(gè)解決問(wèn)題再次回憶課文。與當(dāng)今“老師一稱最接近的“老師概念,最早也要追溯至宋元時(shí)期。金代元好問(wèn)?示侄孫伯安?詩(shī)云:“伯安入小學(xué),穎悟非凡貌,屬句有夙性,說(shuō)字驚老師。于是看,宋元時(shí)期小學(xué)老師被稱為“老師有案可稽。清代稱主考官也為“老師,而一般學(xué)堂里的先生那么稱為“老師或“教習(xí)。可見(jiàn),“老師一說(shuō)是比較晚的事了。如今體會(huì),“老師的含義比之“老師一說(shuō),具有資歷和學(xué)識(shí)程度上較低一些的差異。辛亥革命后,老師與其他官員一樣依法令任命,故又稱“老師為“教員。2.以任務(wù)引領(lǐng)。閱讀過(guò)程中,通過(guò)聽(tīng)錄音、連線、
18、選擇、跟讀、復(fù)述、話題講述等多種形式的任務(wù),引領(lǐng)孩子逐步理解文本內(nèi)容,同時(shí)開(kāi)展了學(xué)生的思維和語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用才能。要練說(shuō),先練膽。說(shuō)話膽小是幼兒語(yǔ)言開(kāi)展的障礙。不少幼兒當(dāng)眾說(shuō)話時(shí)顯得害怕:有的結(jié)巴重復(fù),面紅耳赤;有的聲音極低,自講自聽(tīng);有的低頭不語(yǔ),扯衣服,扭身子。總之,說(shuō)話時(shí)外部表現(xiàn)不自然。我抓住練膽這個(gè)關(guān)鍵,面向全體,偏向差生。一是和幼兒建立和諧的語(yǔ)言交流關(guān)系。每當(dāng)和幼兒講話時(shí),我總是笑臉相迎,聲音親切,動(dòng)作親昵,消除幼兒畏懼心理,讓他能主動(dòng)的、無(wú)拘無(wú)束地和我交談。二是注重培養(yǎng)幼兒敢于當(dāng)眾說(shuō)話的習(xí)慣?;蛟谡n堂教學(xué)中,改變過(guò)去老師講學(xué)生聽(tīng)的傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)形式,取消了先舉手后發(fā)言的約束,多采取自由討論和談話的形式,給每個(gè)幼兒較多的當(dāng)眾說(shuō)話的時(shí)機(jī),培養(yǎng)幼兒愛(ài)說(shuō)話敢說(shuō)話的興趣,對(duì)一些說(shuō)話有困難的幼兒,我總是認(rèn)真地耐心地聽(tīng),熱情地幫助
