2、t for loading the Unit Under Test (UUT)The machine must have the ability to changeover for different product sizes (from MacBook Air 11”, MacBook Air 13”, MacBook Pro/Retina 13”,MacBook Pro/Retina 15” and product sizes in between including X261)The UUT will be loaded into the machine manually. Depen
3、ding on design, UUT (Top Case) can be loaded cosmetic side up or down.The machine must sense that the UUT is properly loadedThe machine must restrain the UUT during measurement operations but not such that it alters the measurement resultsBarcode scanner inside the machine to scan the UUT barcode an
4、d save with UUT measured resultsOptional hand held barcode scanner to record UUT serial number and save with UUT measured resultsNo cosmetic damage allowed to the UUTThe machine will have the ability to save recipes (recipes to include cosmetic specification revision and engineering build designatio
5、n along withdeviations for specific builds)Machine will store data for 30 days (including serial number, data results, time and date of results, pass / fail criteria)Data output template will be supplied in Excel formatMachine will store any measurement pictures/scans for 7 daysShopFloor (SF) tracki

BroConcentric Automation9The linear motor modules carry 2D laser system to measure the UUT.The linear motor modules could trigger 2D laser system to measure the UUT via the grat
19、ing scale at the rate of 1 pulse/m when they are moving continuously.2D laser scans the UUT continuously as the pulse from the grating scale triggers it, and then the measured data will be used to form a 3D image by the software.The computer processes the image and calculates the Z axis information

24、he Z-height information at a specified location can be extracted by the software in this image according to the X-Y coordinates in the SPEC.
