Use the Pen Tool (or any other selection tool you prefer, but its good to practice Pen Tool cos you will feel the benefit later on) to make a working path as show below:添加汽車圖片運用鋼筆

11、 Step 4Dupliate the “Car layer twice. On the “Car Copy layer, apply the following Gaussian Blur settings:復(fù)制汽車圖層兩次。在汽車1副本圖層里：濾鏡-模糊-高斯模糊，半徑：2.5像素，見以下圖： Set its blending mode to “overlay.圖層方式：疊加Then on the “Car Copy 2 layer, go to Filter Artistic Watercolor and apply the following settings:然后選擇汽車2副本圖層：

Grab the Pen Tool to make a work path, right-click and stroke it using a grun

16、e the “grunge stream layer twice, on each duplicated layer, use the Free Transform Tool (Ctrl + T) to alter the size, angle of the stream, and position them as shown below:復(fù)制水流圖層兩次。在每個副本圖層上，用自在變換工具調(diào)整水流的角度、位置，效果如以下圖所示： Merge all the duplicted layers and the original “grunge stream layer together.
