1、STRATEGIC CONSULTING SERVICE AGREEMENT戰(zhàn)略咨詢服務(wù)協(xié)議Party A (Entrusting Party): Shanghai Shanda Networking Co., Ltd. 7、戲的基礎(chǔ)上評價結(jié)果、2.2、CONSULTING SERVICES ON PC GAME PROJECTS咨詢服務(wù)的電腦游戲項目(1) Recommending plans for the integral operation of PC games through the（1）通過establishment of a PC game project team;建立一個電腦游戲項目組建議PC游戲計劃的整體運作;(2) Making preparations for the operation of PC games at the early stage by（2）作準(zhǔn)備的運作的PC游戲在早期階

11、ts of competitors online games;（2）更新競爭對手的網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲發(fā)展;(3) Providing other relevant information.（3）提供其他有關(guān)資料、4.4、MARKET PROMOTION AND PLANNING SERVICES市場推廣和規(guī)劃服務(wù)5.5、OTHER CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO PARTY AS CORPORATE STRATEGY;其他咨詢服務(wù)，有關(guān)方的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略;ARTICLE 3 FEE AND PAYMENT第3條規(guī)定的費用和支付The Parties agree that con
