2、tipulated by Government員工正式聘用之日起,公司將根據(jù)政府的有關(guān)規(guī)定,按月為其向當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)保險(xiǎn)中心交納公司部分的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)金,并按規(guī)定替員工代扣代繳個(gè)人部分。According to government policy, the Company pays social insurance premiums to local Social Insurance Center (SIC) for employees from the first month of employment. The Company is also entitled to withhold persona

3、l part of insurance from employees monthly salary and pay to SIC. 公司按政府規(guī)定按月為員工交納住房公積金,并替員工代扣代繳同樣比例的個(gè)人交納部分。According to government policy, the Company pays Housing Provident Fund premium for employees. Company is also entitled to withhold personal part from employees monthly salary and pay to the app

4、ointed bank. 新入職員工的根本工資為社保和公積金基數(shù),基數(shù)每年月調(diào)整一次,調(diào)整基數(shù)為月份的根本工資。The new employees basic salary is the base of social insurance and housing fund. 5、險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用由公司支付。The company will pay commercial insurance for all employees according to business situation, employee needs and the actual requirements of the position.第三條 公司內(nèi)部福利Article Internal Benefits of Company. 交通、話(huà)費(fèi)、住房補(bǔ)貼 /Transport& cell phone Allowance. 公司將根據(jù)公司運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,員工需求及職位實(shí)踐情況,為員工提供交通,話(huà)費(fèi),住房補(bǔ)貼。The co

6、mpany will pay transport, cell phone, housing allowance employees who passed probation period according to business situation, employee needs and the actual requirements of the position. 每月提供元交通補(bǔ)貼, 憑當(dāng)月交通發(fā)票公交發(fā)票,汽油票。The company will pay monthly transport allowance RMB, with bus or gasoline invoice. 任務(wù)

The details please see travel reimbursements.第四條 各類(lèi)假期Article Leaves. 請(qǐng)假手續(xù) /Application Procedures. 員工懇求各類(lèi)假期均需填寫(xiě)“假期懇求表HR-R?!癓eaving Requisition Form HR-R is necessary for every leave. 除病假、喪假及工傷假外,一切假期都必需提早三天得到部門(mén)經(jīng)理的同意。The leaves, except sick leave, funeral leave and work-related injury leave should

12、 be approved by line Manager days in advance. 四天及以上的假期,除非不可抗拒要素,必需提早一周懇求由總經(jīng)理申批贊同后方可休假。 week forehand approval by General Manager is necessary for the leave above days. 懇求病假、喪假及工傷假的員工假設(shè)未能按照上述手續(xù)事前請(qǐng)假,那么應(yīng)在當(dāng)日上班兩小時(shí)內(nèi)親身或委托人通知部門(mén)經(jīng)理,闡明請(qǐng)假事由,經(jīng)同意后,方為有效。然后于上班后兩日內(nèi)補(bǔ)辦請(qǐng)假手續(xù)。Employee who applies for sick leave, funeral

13、leave and work-related injury leave should personally or authorize other people to call Department Manger within hours of the leaving day for the approval and submit Leaving Requisition Form after return to work. 請(qǐng)假單應(yīng)及時(shí)送至人事部審核存檔。如證明資料缺乏,人事部有權(quán)視為事假或曠工處置。Leaving Requisition Form should be send to HR de

14、partment promptly for reviewing and filing. If HR finds no enough certificates to support the leaves, HR are entitled to treat leaves as non-pay leave or leave of absence. 請(qǐng)假需附以下證明證明可假后補(bǔ)交,但是必需的 /Certificates as following:病假:鄉(xiāng)級(jí)以上醫(yī)院出具的休假證明 /Sick Leave: hospital certificates;婚假:本人結(jié)婚證 /Marriage Leave: M

18、日,日 /National Day days October st nd rd . 年假規(guī)定 /Annual Leave regulations. 本公司任務(wù)滿(mǎn)個(gè)月的一切員工,返聘人員除外,可以享用公司的年假。Employees are entitled to annual leave after the completion of months of service time in that company. 員工進(jìn)入公司,第一年,員工享有個(gè)任務(wù)日年休假,第二年可享用個(gè)任務(wù)日的年假,第三年起,員工享有個(gè)任務(wù)日的年休假。以后每年度可添加天年休假,最多添加個(gè)任務(wù)日的年休假,一年享有個(gè)任務(wù)日的年休

19、假。First service year, staffs are entitled to working day for annual leave. Second service year, Staffs are entitled to have working days as annual leave, Starts from the third service year, Staffs are entitled to working days. Then each year add two days extra, till the top is working days for annua

20、l leaves. . 員工懇求年假一次至少半天或以上。 Annual leave should be applied for at least half day for once. 各部門(mén)該當(dāng)根據(jù)消費(fèi),任務(wù)的詳細(xì)情況,并思索職工本人志愿,統(tǒng)籌安排職工年休假,但不得因休假 而影響任務(wù)。 Department shall according to production, work situation and preference of employees to co-ordinate arrangements for annual leave of employees, but shall no

21、t affect the work due to vacation. 本年度的年假最遲可以運(yùn)用至次年的月日,屆時(shí)未運(yùn)用的年假均視為自動(dòng)放棄,無(wú)任何補(bǔ)償。 The annual leave of calendar year can be used till March of the next calendar year and is invalid after that. No payment will be made to unused holiday. 員工享用年假無(wú)故超假的,將作為曠工處置。 Overstaying of annual leave without approval will

24、假累計(jì)個(gè)月及以上的。 Service years, less than years, have more than months sick leave. 年假期間,月工資、補(bǔ)貼照發(fā)不扣。 Employees are entitled to annual leave with full pay. 工傷假(工傷醫(yī)療期)規(guī)定 / Work-related Injury Leave Regulations員工如發(fā)生因工負(fù)傷,公司將按國(guó)家相關(guān)工傷規(guī)定和程序處置,并享用規(guī)定的工傷假。Employee who suffers from work-related injury and needs medica

25、l treatment is entitled to work-related injury leave in accordance with relevant government regulations. 工傷假的同意由總經(jīng)理、平安管理部門(mén)共同審批方可生效。Work-related Injury Leave has to be approved both by safety department and General Manager. 員工工傷假享用根本工資待遇,但不計(jì)補(bǔ)貼及業(yè)績(jī)獎(jiǎng)金。Employees are entitled to salary, with no allowance

26、and performance bonus. 病假規(guī)定 / Sick Leave Regulations. 門(mén)診病假須憑二級(jí)以上醫(yī)院出具的病假證明。急診者可向公司提交就診醫(yī)院簽發(fā)的病假單。假設(shè)公司對(duì) 員工提供的病假證明有疑義,將要求員工在公司指定的醫(yī)院進(jìn)展復(fù)檢,以復(fù)檢后的病假證明為最終根據(jù)。 Sick leave should be supported by the medical certificate of over Grade-II hospital. In case of emergency, employee should provide sick leave certificate

27、 issued by the hospital later. If the medical certificate is doubted by company, the second round checking is required in appointed hospital, medical certification of which will be used as the final reference. 有薪病假 /Sick Leave with Pay員工每年可享用個(gè)任務(wù)日有薪病假,但不能跨年度累計(jì)運(yùn)用。有薪病假不扣月工資。員工懇求有薪病假必需提供鄉(xiāng)級(jí)以上醫(yī)院出具的病歷診斷記錄或

28、開(kāi)具的病假診斷書(shū)懇求病假急診除外 。Employee is entitled to sick leave up to working days every calendar year without the deduction of salary. Sick leave with pay cant be transferred to next calendar year. Employee should have medical certificate issued by over Grade-II hospital (except emergency) to support the leav

29、e. 非有薪病假 /Sick Leave. 員工年累積病假超越個(gè)任務(wù)日的,病假期間的月工資,按本人根本工資的%計(jì)算,補(bǔ)貼,績(jī)效不影 響。 When employees sick leave exceeds working days accumulated yearly, his salary during sick leave period, is % of his/her basic salary,with varies allowance and performance bonus. . 員工懇求非有薪病假,一次至少一小時(shí)或以上。 Sick Leave should be applied

30、for at least one hour or above for once. 婚假規(guī)定 /Marriage Leave Regulations. 員工在領(lǐng)取結(jié)婚證書(shū)后,憑結(jié)婚證明,可懇求婚假。 Employee can apply for marriage leave after getting marriage certificates. 婚假普通可以懇求天,但符合晚婚初婚條件者男周歲,女周歲可以懇求天,初婚年齡的 計(jì)算以結(jié)婚證書(shū)上同意日期為準(zhǔn)。 Employee is eligible for marriage leave of working days. calendar days

31、marriage leave is granted to late and first marriage (Man: above years old; Female: above years old). 員工享用婚假,其工資和各項(xiàng)補(bǔ)貼照發(fā)。 Employee can get full pay, including salary and various allowance during marriage leave. 員工享用婚假所需交通費(fèi)由員工自理。 Employee will bear the transportation expenses during marriage leave. 婚假

33、ull pay. 產(chǎn)假及哺乳假 /Maternity Leave and Breast-feeding Leave. 產(chǎn)檢假/Maternity check Leave女性員工在 妊娠期間,憑市/區(qū)級(jí)醫(yī)院為孕婦建立的待產(chǎn)手冊(cè)上規(guī)定的時(shí)間,懇求產(chǎn)檢假,每次小時(shí);Employees can apply maternity check leave with hospital certificates, Every time can apply hours, with full pay.產(chǎn)假 /Maternity Leave女性員工一經(jīng)確診為懷孕,應(yīng)立刻告知部門(mén)經(jīng)理與人力資源部。Female Empl

34、oyees once get diagnosed pregnant, should inform line managers and HR department immediately.女性員工生育前后,憑市/縣級(jí)醫(yī)院為孕婦建立的待產(chǎn)手冊(cè)懇求產(chǎn)假天,其中產(chǎn)前天,產(chǎn)后天。Maternity Leave-days (of which days for pre-natal leave and remain days for post natal leave).晚育者(年滿(mǎn)周歲的初育)追加天;難產(chǎn)者或剖腹產(chǎn)者再追加天;多胎者,再追加天。 For those who have first baby la
