And it used in tracking water and steam quality of thermal system, then according it to add the dose into the water and steam system automatically, as ammonia, diamine and

5、 when the liquid level is lower than normal, and the metering pump would off running.配制藥品dispense chemical2.1 關(guān)閉所有閥門； Take all valves off2.2 打開(kāi)排污閥，排污時(shí)間5min，排污結(jié)束后關(guān)閉排污閥；Open the blow-off valve and hold on 5min, then close it.2.3 打開(kāi)進(jìn)水閥和進(jìn)藥閥，按比例配制氨溶液，待溶液箱液位計(jì)指示到高液位時(shí)關(guān)閉進(jìn)藥閥、進(jìn)水閥（或根據(jù)需要加到一定液位）。Open the inlet wa

6、ter valve and inlet chemical valve, make up the liquid pro rate. Close the valves when the liquid level meter point at high liquid level. (Or if needed)2.4 打開(kāi)攪拌電機(jī)攪拌，使溶液均勻。Put on the stirring machine and stir the liquid.裝置啟動(dòng)startup the equipment1、打開(kāi)計(jì)量泵出口閥門；Open the outlet valve of metering pump2、打開(kāi)計(jì)量

7、進(jìn)口閥，溶液箱出口閥；Open inlet valve of meter and outlet valve of liquid tank23、調(diào)整計(jì)量泵行程至適當(dāng)位置（40%左右）。Adjust the scope of metering pump to proper place (about 40%)4、選擇操作模式（就地硬手動(dòng)、就動(dòng)手動(dòng)、遠(yuǎn)程控制）Choose the operating type (hard manual, manual and remote)4.1 就地硬手動(dòng)操作：4.1.1 將計(jì)量泵操作模式選擇開(kāi)關(guān)切換至就地硬手動(dòng)方式；Choose the hard manual t

8、ype4.1.2 按下計(jì)量泵啟動(dòng)按鈕；Press the startup button of metering pump4.1.3 計(jì)量泵以工頻運(yùn)行，計(jì)量泵電流指示正常；The metering pump works on working rate, the current of metering pumpis normal.4.1.4 備用泵的投入，先停掉故障泵，備用泵選擇開(kāi)關(guān)切換至故障計(jì)量泵，然后按下備用泵啟動(dòng)按鈕。Put off the trouble pump first and turn the chosen switch on trouble pumpand then press

9、the button to startup.4.1.5 攪拌電機(jī)的投入，按下攪拌電機(jī)啟動(dòng)按鈕，一定時(shí)間后關(guān)閉。Turn on the stirring machine, after few minutes turn off it.4.2 就地手動(dòng)操作： Manual operation4.2.1 將計(jì)量泵操作模式選擇開(kāi)關(guān)切換至就地手動(dòng)方式；It would be Chosen manual operation style.4.2.2 按下計(jì)量泵啟動(dòng)按鈕；Press the startup button of metering pump.34.2.3 調(diào)節(jié)面板頻率設(shè)定旋鈕至所需運(yùn)行頻率；Adju

10、st the rate to needed rate.4.2.4 計(jì)量泵以面板設(shè)定頻率運(yùn)行，電流表指示正常。The metering pump works on setting value rate, the current of meteringpump is normal.4.2.5 備用泵的投入，先停掉故障泵，備用泵選擇開(kāi)關(guān)切換至故障計(jì)量泵，然后按下備用泵啟動(dòng)按鈕。Put off the trouble pump first and turn the chosen switch on trouble pump and then press the button to startup.4.

11、2.6 攪拌電機(jī)的投入，按下攪拌電機(jī)啟動(dòng)按鈕，一定時(shí)間后關(guān)閉。Turn on the stirring machine, after few minutes turn off it.4.3 遠(yuǎn)程控制操作remote operation4.3.1 將計(jì)量泵操作模式選擇開(kāi)關(guān)切換至遠(yuǎn)程控制方式；It would be Chosen remote operation style.4.3.2 由監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)計(jì)算機(jī)或其他控制系統(tǒng)手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)計(jì)量泵；Start the metering pump by remote computer manually or automatically.4.3.3 計(jì)量泵以監(jiān)控

12、系統(tǒng)計(jì)算機(jī)或其它控制系統(tǒng)手動(dòng)設(shè)定頻率或自動(dòng)控制設(shè)定頻率運(yùn)行。Set the running rate by monitor system or other control system manuallyor automatically.4.3.4 備用泵和攪拌電機(jī)的投入，也以監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)計(jì)算機(jī)或其它控制系統(tǒng)手動(dòng)設(shè)定頻率或自動(dòng)控制設(shè)定頻率運(yùn)行。The standby pump used upon monitor system or other control system4manually or automatically to set work rate.裝置運(yùn)行running溶液箱切換switc

13、hover liquid tank溶液箱至低液位時(shí)，液位計(jì)發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)，打開(kāi)另一溶液箱出口閥，關(guān)閉低液位溶液箱出口液。It will send out alerting signals when the liquid at the low level. And open the other outlet valve of solution tank while close the outlet liquid. 配制氨溶液 make up the ammonia solution計(jì)量泵切換switchover the metering pump計(jì)量泵發(fā)生故障時(shí)，發(fā)出報(bào)警號(hào)，打開(kāi)備用泵間的聯(lián)絡(luò)閥，

14、備用泵投運(yùn)；It will send out alerting signals when the pump in troubles. Just open the communication valves between standby pumps.關(guān)閉發(fā)生故障的計(jì)量泵進(jìn)口閥、出口閥；Close the inlet and outlet pumps in troubles.檢查發(fā)生故障的計(jì)量泵并進(jìn)行維修。Check the trouble metering pump and repair it.裝置停運(yùn)stoppage停計(jì)量泵； stop the metering pump關(guān)閉溶液箱出口閥； C

15、lose outlet valve of solution tank關(guān)閉計(jì)量泵進(jìn)口閥、出口閥；Close inlet and outlet關(guān)閉電源； power off打開(kāi)排污閥，排盡箱內(nèi)溶液。Open the blow-off valve and blow off the5liquid.裝置運(yùn)行注意事項(xiàng)notes計(jì)量泵metering pump啟動(dòng)泵時(shí)，運(yùn)行泵和備用泵間的聯(lián)絡(luò)閥必須關(guān)閉，防止強(qiáng)力沖擊止回閥，形成止回閥堵塞。The communication valve between running pumps and standby pumps should be closed when

16、the pump starts. It cloud prevent strong impacting and occlusion to the check valve.裝置運(yùn)行過(guò)程中， 運(yùn)行泵和備用泵間的聯(lián)絡(luò)閥必須關(guān)閉，防止串樣，造成加藥量控制不準(zhǔn)。The communication valve between running pumps and standby pumps should be closed when the equipment running to prevent mixed the chemical reagent.泵處于開(kāi)啟狀態(tài)時(shí)，禁止關(guān)閉泵進(jìn)出口管路上任何閥門。It i

17、s forbidden to close inlet and outlet valves when the pump on running.在調(diào)節(jié)沖程位置時(shí)，確保計(jì)量泵的電機(jī)始終在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。Be sure the machine of the metering pump is running whenadjusting.安全閥 /過(guò)濾器safety valve/ filter安全閥的開(kāi)啟壓力必須在計(jì)量泵的額定壓力范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整，不允許超過(guò)計(jì)量泵的最高工作壓力。Adjust the pressure value of safety between the setting values of6meteri
