DeterminingofAcidtypeandConcentration酸化酸型分析砂巖儲(chǔ)層酸化一般采用HCl和HF進(jìn)行。適于QHD32-6油田酸化酸液體系分析土酸體系:溶蝕能力強(qiáng),反應(yīng)速度快,對(duì)地層巖石結(jié)構(gòu)破壞嚴(yán)重SHF(SequentialHFProcess)酸液體系:粘土傷害儲(chǔ)層可采用,但施工復(fù)雜高pH值緩速酸體系:自生土酸體系(SGMA,Self-GeneratingMudAcid)和緩沖調(diào)節(jié)土酸系統(tǒng)(BRMA,Buffer-RegulatedMudAcid)氟硼酸(HBF4)體系:用于敏感性較強(qiáng)、粘土含量較高,巖石疏松和易于造成微粒移動(dòng)的地層廣泛使用的深部酸化酸液體系。2023/2/4堵水酸化酸型及濃度確定

ofHCltoRock(65℃)鹽酸可溶物的溶蝕率在2.21-3.76%之間.鹽酸對(duì)儲(chǔ)層巖石的溶蝕率較低,碳酸鹽巖含量較少。各井段碳酸鹽巖分布不均勻。隨著濃度的增加,溶蝕率增加,但增加幅度較小。一般鹽酸濃度低于8%時(shí)增加幅度要大些。鹽酸對(duì)巖粉的溶蝕率低,巖芯疏松,建議酸濃度采用5-8%的鹽酸較為合理。2023/2/4堵水酸化酸型及濃度確定

DeterminingofAcidtypeandConcentration(1)土酸體系對(duì)巖石結(jié)構(gòu)破壞作用較強(qiáng),氟硼酸體系則能較好的保持儲(chǔ)層巖石的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,是適于水敏性較強(qiáng)、巖石疏松和易于造成微粒運(yùn)移的儲(chǔ)層使用的深部酸化酸液體系。對(duì)于QHD32-6油田弱膠結(jié)疏松油藏酸化首選氟硼酸體系為主酸液體系。(2)酸液對(duì)QHD32-6油田儲(chǔ)層巖石溶蝕率順序?yàn)椋篐Cl+HF>HBF4+HCl>HCl。酸化時(shí)推薦酸液濃度為:HCl濃度選用5-8%;HCl+HF濃度選用5%HCl+0.5%-1HF%;HBF4濃度選用5%HCl+5%-8%HBF4較合理。考慮到堵水后堵液對(duì)后續(xù)酸液前緣的稀釋,實(shí)際應(yīng)用時(shí)酸液濃度可適當(dāng)提高
