什么是移動(dòng)類型？

當(dāng)你在SAP系統(tǒng)輸入一個(gè)貨物移動(dòng)時(shí);你必須輸入一個(gè)移動(dòng)類型來區(qū)分不用的貨物移

動(dòng)。一個(gè)移動(dòng)類型是由3個(gè)數(shù)字組成的檢索表。下表中包含了幾個(gè)移動(dòng)類型的例子。

Use用法

當(dāng)你輸入一個(gè)貨物移動(dòng)時(shí)，你便開始了如下一系列的事件：

?一個(gè)物料憑證會(huì)被創(chuàng)建，可以被用來作為移動(dòng)的證明，及作為其它任何相關(guān)應(yīng)用的一

個(gè)信息來源。

?如果移動(dòng)跟財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)有關(guān)，同時(shí)還會(huì)另外產(chǎn)生一個(gè)或多個(gè)會(huì)計(jì)憑證。

?物料的庫存數(shù)量被更新

?物料主數(shù)據(jù)的庫存價(jià)值被更新，例如庫存及消耗科目

根據(jù)移動(dòng)類型，在參與的應(yīng)用中會(huì)產(chǎn)生額外的數(shù)據(jù)更新。所有的更新都是基于包含在物

料憑證及會(huì)計(jì)憑證的信息的。例如，有關(guān)成本中心的發(fā)貨，行項(xiàng)目中的消耗值也同樣會(huì)更

新。

在其它步驟中，你已經(jīng)完成了現(xiàn)有的移動(dòng)類型的設(shè)置。意思是說，通常地，你沒有必要

去維護(hù)已有的移動(dòng)類型。

在這個(gè)步驟中，不同的移動(dòng)類型控制標(biāo)識(shí)分別存在于幾個(gè)視圖中（例如，輸入控制，過

帳控制）。你可以在各個(gè)視圖中定義相關(guān)的控制標(biāo)識(shí)。

一些控制標(biāo)識(shí)不僅取決于移動(dòng)類型，而且還跟其它因素（例如，借/貸標(biāo)識(shí)，特殊庫存

標(biāo)識(shí)，數(shù)量和價(jià)值更新標(biāo)識(shí)）有關(guān)，你可以在不同視圖中找到一個(gè)移動(dòng)類型的幾個(gè)條目。

這些條目必須含蓋系統(tǒng)中遍布的所有可能的數(shù)據(jù)。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)置

在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)中，移動(dòng)類型為所有的事務(wù)/事件預(yù)置好了。

建議

SAP推薦你認(rèn)可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)中定義好的設(shè)置。在這種情況下，你不必作任何改動(dòng)。

當(dāng)然，如果你必須定義新的移動(dòng)類型，建議你參考已有的移動(dòng)類型來創(chuàng)建這些新的移動(dòng)

類型。如此一來，你就不必手動(dòng)去維護(hù)那些控制標(biāo)識(shí)了。

檢查你能否使用系統(tǒng)預(yù)置的移動(dòng)類型。

如果沒有，你可以根據(jù)下列步驟定義新的移動(dòng)類型：

1.首先執(zhí)行這個(gè)操作（事務(wù)代碼：OMJJ）,系統(tǒng)彈出字段選擇對(duì)話框。在這里，你可以

使

用幾個(gè)字段作為條件來限定移動(dòng)類型的范圍。復(fù)制一個(gè)移動(dòng)類型，要選定移動(dòng)類型字段

和選擇繼續(xù)按鈕。出現(xiàn)確定工作區(qū)對(duì)話框。

2.在確定工作區(qū)對(duì)話框中，輸入你想復(fù)制的移動(dòng)類型的范圍（從：至I：）,選擇繼續(xù)

按鈕。

3.選定你想復(fù)制的移動(dòng)類型，選擇編輯-〉復(fù)制為…。

將選定的移動(dòng)類型改寫為新的移動(dòng)類型（以9,X,Y,或Z打頭），及復(fù)制所有附屬的條

目。系統(tǒng)將從參考的移動(dòng)類型中復(fù)制所有的控制標(biāo)識(shí)到新的移動(dòng)類型中。

4.檢查新移動(dòng)類型的所有視圖，如果有必要，可以修改控制標(biāo)識(shí)。注意一些視圖會(huì)有

一個(gè)

詳細(xì)的屏幕。

5.復(fù)制沖銷移動(dòng)類型，及在回轉(zhuǎn)/后續(xù)移動(dòng)類型視圖中維護(hù)這個(gè)沖銷的移動(dòng)類型。

6.保存你的設(shè)置。

結(jié)庫存）可以在收貨的時(shí)候輸入。

如果采購訂單或訂單已經(jīng)存在科目分配，收貨沒有過帳到倉庫庫存中，而是過帳到消耗

中（PS.如成本中心、固定資產(chǎn)、辦公用品等）。

對(duì)于無評(píng)估物料的情況，收貨時(shí)也會(huì)過帳到倉庫中，盡管采購訂單中沒有分配科目。

相關(guān)的特殊庫存標(biāo)識(shí)：有關(guān)寄售庫存采購訂單的收貨。
