摘要:針對(duì)綜采工作面雙塵源問題,本文提出了一種雙塵源多場(chǎng)耦合模型,旨在準(zhǔn)確描述綜采工作面雙塵源的復(fù)雜物理過程及其相互作用。首先,本文對(duì)綜采工作面雙塵源實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并采用三維激光散斑儀和無人機(jī)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量,得到了不同風(fēng)速下的顆粒濃度分布及塵源位置信息。接著,基于顆粒動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,建立了包括顆粒運(yùn)動(dòng)、氣流運(yùn)動(dòng)和塵源運(yùn)動(dòng)三個(gè)子模型的耦合模型,并通過數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算來模擬模型的復(fù)雜物理過程,得出了工作面內(nèi)顆粒濃度和塵源位置隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律。最后,通過Fluent軟件對(duì)所建模型進(jìn)行了仿真模擬,并與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比與分析,驗(yàn)證了模型的可靠性和準(zhǔn)確性。

Abstract:Inviewofthedoubledustsourceproblemonthecomprehensiveexcavationworkingface,thispaperproposesadoubledustsourcemulti-fieldcouplingmodel,aimingtoaccuratelydescribethecomplexphysicalprocessanditsinteractionofthedoubledustsourceonthecomprehensiveexcavationworkingface.Firstly,thispaperdesignsthedoubledustsourceexperimentonthecomprehensiveexcavationworkingface,andusesathree-dimensionallaserspeckleinstrumentanddronestomeasuretheparticleconcentrationdistributionanddustsourcepositioninformationunderdifferentwindspeeds.Then,basedontheparticledynamicstheory,acouplingmodelwiththreesub-models,includingparticlemotion,airflowmotion,anddustsourcemotion,isestablished,andthecomplexphysicalprocessofthemodelissimulatedthroughmathematicalcalculationstoobtainthechangeinparticleconcentrationanddustsourcepositionovertime.Finally,theFluentsoftwareisusedtosimulatetheestablishedmodel,andthesimulationresultsarecomparedandanalyzedwiththeexperimentalresultstoverifythereliabilityandaccuracyofthemodel.

Themodelisbasedonthediscreteelementmethod(DEM),whichdescribesthemotionofindividualparticlesinresponsetoexternalforcessuchasgravity,airflow,andparticle-particleinteractions.TheDEMmodeliscoupledwithcomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)tocalculatethefluidfieldaroundthedustsource,whichisusedtodeterminethedustdispersionpatternandtrajectory.Thethermodynamicaspectofthemodelisusedtocalculatethetemperatureoftheairandthedustsource,whichaffectsthedustcollectedandthedustsource'sevaporationrate.
Thesimulationprocessiscarriedoutintwosteps.Thefirststepistocalculatethechangeinparticleconcentrationovertime,andthesecondstepistocalculatethedustsource'spositionconcerningtime.Finally,theFluentsoftwareisusedtosimulatetheestablishedmodel.Thesimulationresultsarethencomparedandanalyzedwiththeexperimentaldatatoverifythemodel'sreliabilityandprecision.
Theproposedmulti-fieldcouplingmodelcansignificantlyimprovethedustreductionefficiencyonacomprehensiveexcavationworkingface.Itprovidesadetailedunderstandingofthedustsource'scharacteristics,dustdispersionpattern,andtrajectory,whichhelpstooptimizedustmitigationstrategies.Themodelcanbeappliedtootherdustemissioncontrolapplicationsandcancontributetothedevelopmentofefficientandcost-effectivedustcontrolstrategiesInadditiontoimprovingdustreductionefficiency,theproposedmulti-fieldcouplingmodelhasotherpotentialapplications.Itcanbeusedtostudythedispersionofothertypesofpollutants,suchassmoke,fumes,andgases.Themodelcanalsobeadaptedtosimulatethedispersionofairborneviruses,whichisimportantforpublichealthincrowdedindoorspaces.
Themodel'sabilitytopredictthedustdispersiontrajectoryandconcentrationcanbeutilizedforairqualitymonitoringandriskassessment.Theinformationprovidedbythemodelcanhelptodeterminetheareaaffectedbythedustemissionandtoidentifythepeopleandtheassetsatrisk.Thisinformationcanbeusedtodesignemergencyresponseplans,tolocateairqualitymonitoringstations,andtosetupeffectivedustcontrolmeasures.
Themulti-fieldcouplingmodel'sflexibilitycanalsobeusedtostudytheeffectofdifferentdustcontrolmeasures.Forexample,bycomparingthemodel'spredictionsofthedustconcentrationanddispersiontrajectorybeforeandaftertheimplementationofaparticulardustcontroltechnology,theeffectivenessofthetechniquecanbeevaluated.Thiscanbeusedtooptimizedustcontrolstrategiesandtoidentifythemosteffectiveandcost-efficienttechnologiesfordustemissionmitigation.
Overall,theproposedmulti-fieldcouplingmodelisausefultoolforstudyingthedispersionofdustandotherairbornecontaminants.Itsabilitytosimulatetheinteractionofdifferentphysicalfields,suchasfluidmechanics,thermodynamics,andparticledynamics,providesadetailedunderstandingofdustemissionsourcesanddispersionpatterns.Thisinformationcanbeusedtooptimizedustcontrolstrategies,toimproveairqualitymonitoring,andidentifythemosteffectiveandcost-efficientdustemissionmitigationtechnologies.ThemodelisavaluablecontributiontothefieldofenvironmentalengineeringandhasthepotentialtomakeasignificantimpactonpublichealthandtheenvironmentOneofthekeyapplicationsofthedustemissionmodelisintheminingindustry.Miningoperationshavebeenshowntobeamajorsourceofparticulatematteremissions,whichcanhaveserioushealthimpactsonworkersandnearbycommunities.Themodelcanbeusedtoidentifythespecificsourcesofemissionswithinaminingoperation,suchasblasting,drilling,andmaterialhandling,andtopredictthedispersionpatternsoftheseemissions.Thisinformationcanthenbeusedtodesignandimplementeffectivedustcontrolmeasures,suchaswatersuppression,windbarriers,andventilationsystems.
Inadditiontotheminingindustry,thedustemissionmodelhasapplicationsinarangeofotherindustries,includingconstruction,transportation,andagriculture.Forexample,inconstructionsites,themodelcanbeusedtooptimizetheuseofdustcontroltechnologies,suchaswettingagentsanddustsuppressionsprays,tominimizedustemissionsandworkerexposure.Intransportation,themodelcanbeusedtostudythedispersionofdustparticlesfromroadsandrailroads,andtodesigneffectivemitigationmeasures,suchasimprovedroadsurfacesandvegetationbarriers.Inagriculture,themodelcanbeusedtostudythesourcesanddispersionofdustfromplowing,harvesting,andanimalhusbandry,andtodesignmeasurestoreducethehealthimpactsonworkersandnearbycommunities.
Thedustemissionmodelalsohasimportantapplicationsinairqualitymonitoringandmanagement.Dustparticlesareamajorcontributortoairpollution,andthemodelcanbeusedtopredicttheconcentrationsofdustparticlesintheair,bothindoorsa
