Lawmakersbehindtheagreementhopeafinalconferencereportwillbereadyinthenext2claysthattheHouseandSenatewillvoteon.ApprovalwouldsendthelegislationtoPresidentObamaforsignature.
AneventualSenatevoteisexpectedtomirrorearlierresultsinwhichmajorityDemocrats,withhelpfromthe3Republicans,achievedthe60votesneededtoovercomeanyproceduralblock.
