Perhaps

many

children

had

a

tough

periodwhen

they

were

against

playing

the

piano.

Sodid

I.

However

brilliant

the

sound

of

piano

was,repeating

thousands

of

times

would

drive

memad.

It

was

those

dull

little

black

things

mixedwith

parents’

yelling

and

criticizing

that

robbedme

of

my

interests

towards

the

piano.

In

spite

ofmy

tiredness,

the

piano,

as

a

road

block,

stoodon

my

way

of

life.Luckily,

after

struggling

for

several

years,

Istopped

practicing

because

of

increasingly

hardlessons.

Not

until

a

concert

at

school

did

I

realize

theimportance

of

mastering

a

talent.

What

means

alot

is

that

your

confidence

as

well

as

your

talentmakes

you

distinguished.

I

played

the

which

I

didn’t

taste

the

sweetness

of

playing

I

莊愛玲?

When

I

was

young,

there

was

a

time

when

Iwas

too

afraid

to

be

alone.

I

used

to

follow

myparents

all

the

time

and

once

they

were

out

ofsight,

I

would

burst

into

tears

until

I

saw

themagain.

It

was

hard

to

tell

why

a

child

was

sosensitive

to

being

alone.

But

that

was

what

I

was,a

would

get

nervous

without

companyeven

when

I

grew

older.However,

things

had

to

be

changed

when

thenews

came

that

I

was

admitted

to

The

day

finally

came

when

Ihad

to

step

on

my

my

cost

too

much

effort

to

move

on,

for

I

couldn’timagine

what

life

was

waiting

for

me.

But

itturned

out

to

be

all

right.

I

did

everything

on

myown

and

was

accustomed

to

a

new

environment.

When

I

saw

the

smile

and

comfort

on

myparents’

faces,

I

eventually

understood

that

Ihad

grown

up

by

the

push

of

fate.

Only

whenyou

step

a

new

road

and

keep

on,

will

you

independent

yourself.

I

I

am

reminded

of

my

experience

several

yearsago

from

time

to

time,

which

has

shaped

mycharacteristic

to

some

degree.In

junior

high

school,

with

the

holidaydrawing

near,

there

was

a

time

when

word

camethat

we

had

to

take

extra

classes

for

writingpractice

within

ten

days

to

come.

As

we

all

wererequired

to

take

the

class,

no

one

could

be

theexception.

I

was

so

disappointed

that

I

employedmyself

in

complaining

to

my

deskmate

about

thefact

that

the

extra-class

had

ruined

my

planscompletely

in

the

beginning.Three

days

later,

I

gradually

got

down

to

taking

towhat

the

teacher

had

taught,

only

to

find

I

hadjust

killed

such

precious

time.

Seizing

the

chance

in

time,

I

made

progressmore

or

less.

However,

it

is

not

what

I

had

learntbut

my

attitude

towards

this

sort

of

problem

thatmatters.

I

come

to

realize

there

is

no

point

inescaping

from

something

we

are

to

go

through.The

real

winners

in

life

are

the

people

who

lookat

every

situation

with

an

expectation

that

theycan

make

it

work

or

make

it

better.

While

we

cannot

change

it,

we

may

as

well

shift

our

point

ofview,

Mentioning

it,

my

flashed

When

my

myparents

bought

me

a

was

a

with

the

I

developing

in

,they

finally

bought

it

and

pushedme

to

practice

every

day,

which

was

thought

tobe

a

severe

disaster

to

me

at

that

time.
