篇一:長期戰(zhàn)略合作提議書有關(guān)××××有限企業(yè)與××××有限企業(yè)長期戰(zhàn)略合作建議書為了深化××××有限企業(yè)和××××有限企業(yè)數(shù)年來的良好合作關(guān)系,充足運用××××有限企業(yè)在省內(nèi)建材行業(yè)的豐富資源和從業(yè)經(jīng)驗,充足運用××××有限企業(yè)在水泥行業(yè)的品牌信譽和領(lǐng)袖地位,突出互補優(yōu)勢,實行強強聯(lián)合,通過創(chuàng)新新型工貿(mào)合作伙伴關(guān)系,在供應(yīng)鏈和銷售渠道建設(shè)上開展全面長期的戰(zhàn)略合作,以提高合作雙方的市場競爭力,實現(xiàn)合作共贏目的,特提出本提議書。一、行業(yè)背景㈠水泥行業(yè)集中度越來越高,為水泥市場價格的合理回升和穩(wěn)定發(fā)明了有利條件。往水泥行業(yè)散(企業(yè)散)、亂(競爭亂)、差(效益差)的局面。㈡絕大多數(shù)水泥企業(yè)裝備先進,管理規(guī)范,產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量普遍提高,區(qū)域供應(yīng)保證能力大大提高,企業(yè)的獲利能力和綜合實力得以加強,行業(yè)的話語權(quán)和抵御市場風(fēng)險能力也越來越強,為水泥行業(yè)的整體健康和迅速發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。㈢圍繞水泥企業(yè)服務(wù)的建材貿(mào)易企業(yè)也得到了長足進步,部分優(yōu)秀的經(jīng)銷企業(yè)在劇烈的市場競爭中脫韌而出,他們從業(yè)經(jīng)驗豐富,資源充足,資金雄厚,物流暢通,渠道成熟,具有為水泥企業(yè)提供最佳服務(wù)的綜合能力和實力,能真正起到企業(yè)和市場的橋梁和二傳手的作用。㈣兩型社會建設(shè)和眾多重點工程的投入(地鐵、高鐵、高速公路和水利等),為水泥企業(yè)提供了巨大的市場空間和廣闊的發(fā)展前景,也為建材貿(mào)易企業(yè)大展身手提供了很好的發(fā)展平臺。盡管目前供需矛盾仍然存在,市場競爭仍然非常劇烈,落后產(chǎn)能的淘汰任務(wù)還很艱巨,但有了目前良好的行業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和發(fā)展局面,從總體上看,在未來的“十二五”期間,水泥行業(yè)還將迎來一種更好的黃金發(fā)展時機,也是建材企業(yè)做大、做精、做強的絕好機遇。二、企業(yè)背景㈠××××水泥有限企業(yè)××××有限企業(yè)自成立以來,以資本和管理為紐帶,先后并購和改造××、××、××、××等省內(nèi)著名水泥企業(yè),并在合適的市場新建了多家水泥企業(yè),通過幾年的發(fā)展,旗下近二十家水泥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)遍及××省的各個市場角落,占據(jù)了××水泥產(chǎn)量的半壁江山,成為××省水泥行業(yè)的水泥航母和領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)。同步,通過不停的資源和管理整合,企業(yè)的管理水平得以不停提高,在省內(nèi)的行業(yè)領(lǐng)袖地位越來越突出。伴隨企業(yè)產(chǎn)能和市場的不停擴大,對原材料供應(yīng)商和水泥銷售商的隊伍規(guī)定會越來越高,培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展一批資金勢力雄厚、從業(yè)經(jīng)驗豐富、原材料資源充足、市場開拓能力強、綜合服務(wù)優(yōu)良的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴,成了湖南南方水泥的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。㈡××××××有限企業(yè)××××有限企業(yè)自成立以來,一直以××水泥為服務(wù)重點,數(shù)年來雙方合作非??鞓泛湍?,合作領(lǐng)域也越來越寬,不僅成為了××水泥優(yōu)秀的××、××、××供應(yīng)商,還逐漸成長為××××企業(yè)的水泥銷售大客戶,從供銷兩頭竭誠為××××企業(yè)提供最優(yōu)質(zhì)和滿意的服務(wù),為××××企業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展作出了最大的努力,也從中總結(jié)和積累了豐富的為終端企業(yè)服務(wù)的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗。依托××××企業(yè)的支持和配合,借助××××企業(yè)和××××企業(yè)等資源平臺,伴伴隨××××企業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,我司也在不停壯大,穩(wěn)定、充足的供應(yīng)基地,精確、及時的物流保障,周到、貼心的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),雄厚、充足的資金實力,為我司贏得了良好的市場信譽和客戶口碑。三、合作方式實行供銷互保、貨款聯(lián)動的運作模式,即用原材料供應(yīng)來保證水泥銷售,互相增進,水泥銷售貨款所有從原材料供應(yīng)款中轉(zhuǎn)付。既加緊了資金周轉(zhuǎn),又減少了水泥銷售的應(yīng)收帳款,還保證了水泥貨款的安全。四、合作目的㈠近期目的:銷售××××有限企業(yè)××萬噸以上。㈡中期目的:未來3到5年銷售××××有限企業(yè)水泥××萬噸以上。㈢長期目的:哪里有××××有限企業(yè)的水泥,哪里就有××××有限企業(yè)的服務(wù)。五、合作內(nèi)容㈠水泥銷售1、包裝水泥和散裝水泥合并計量。2、各水泥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的銷量合并計量。3、重點工程用水泥合并計量。4、各子企業(yè)(含控股企業(yè))的銷量合并計量。5、當(dāng)水泥資源緊張時,在資源保障上予以傾斜。㈡原材料供應(yīng)1、以水泥銷售貨款為限,等額供應(yīng)原材料。2、擴大原材料供應(yīng)品種,在既有××××供應(yīng)品種的基礎(chǔ)上,增長其他原材料品種的供應(yīng)。3、在同等條件下,予以優(yōu)先采購政策。4、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的原材料供應(yīng)合并計量和轉(zhuǎn)款。㈢政策支持1、轉(zhuǎn)款支持××××有限企業(yè)為××××有限企業(yè)設(shè)置專門的原材料和銷售結(jié)算帳戶,將供各水泥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的所有原材料貨款匯總到原材料結(jié)算帳戶,統(tǒng)一進行內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)帳,然后再將轉(zhuǎn)到銷售結(jié)算帳戶上的貨款分派到各水泥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)作為水泥銷售貨款。2、融資支持一是采用貨款聯(lián)保方式進行擔(dān)保貸款。二是當(dāng)原材料貨款局限性時,收取承兌匯票并予以六個月免息。3、結(jié)算支持原材料貨款按月結(jié)及時結(jié)算,并在當(dāng)月將貨款及時轉(zhuǎn)款到銷售結(jié)算帳戶上予以分派。4、運送支持:散裝水泥運送上予以支持和配合。篇二:引入戰(zhàn)略合作的提議書有關(guān)引入戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴的提議書總企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo):您們好!在前******歸屬于**部門管轄,我企業(yè)屬于**定點**企業(yè),一直以來,業(yè)務(wù)較穩(wěn)定;在后來,因政策原因,****納入**管轄,印務(wù)企業(yè)在總企業(yè)的支持下,爭取到兩年的過渡期(—),于今年終過渡期結(jié)束,我們將面臨新一輪的招標(biāo)。我企業(yè)以目前的設(shè)備、資質(zhì)及注冊資金等條件,還達(dá)不到招標(biāo)的門檻,保守估計還需增長投入**萬資金,且還只是能到達(dá)招標(biāo)的條件,能否中標(biāo)還得***公關(guān)等方面投入。自從***定點起,我們也一直在通過多種渠道公關(guān)關(guān)系,但這是需要時間和資金投入的,短期很難建立有益的關(guān)系網(wǎng)。因此,結(jié)合以上狀況,再綜合考慮失標(biāo)的風(fēng)險,我們提議引入戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴,理由如下:一、合作伙伴**企業(yè)是數(shù)年的**定點企業(yè),關(guān)系網(wǎng)深厚。作為交通**運送企業(yè),**企業(yè)與**部門交往較多,在數(shù)年的業(yè)務(wù)往來中,已建立了穩(wěn)定的人脈關(guān)系,但和***部門的合作關(guān)系相對較少,人脈關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)也相對微弱。而**企業(yè)與**部門已經(jīng)有數(shù)年的合作基礎(chǔ),在人脈關(guān)系網(wǎng)上已建立相對穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系群,并具有一定的優(yōu)勢。因此,雙方企業(yè)合作,可取長補短,在人脈關(guān)系網(wǎng)上能彌補我司的局限性。二、有合作伙伴的加入,可順利到達(dá)招標(biāo)條件***招標(biāo)對定點承印單位的注冊資本、廠房面積、設(shè)備先進化程度、質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證等均有明確的資質(zhì)規(guī)定,在我企業(yè)臨時達(dá)不到招標(biāo)條件的狀況下,引入數(shù)年**定點企業(yè)—**企業(yè),就可以借助其力量順利參與新一輪招標(biāo)。三、可規(guī)避為滿足招標(biāo)條件增長投入帶來的財務(wù)風(fēng)險若由我企業(yè)自行參與招標(biāo),需要進行設(shè)備更新、廠房擴建,估計資金投入需要為****萬元,而既使對硬件設(shè)備花費大投入,也很難保證順利通過招標(biāo),這就為企業(yè)帶來巨大的財務(wù)風(fēng)險。而走合作之路,只需將企業(yè)原有設(shè)備及人員移至**企業(yè),不會產(chǎn)生太多費用。四、與**企業(yè)有數(shù)年業(yè)務(wù)往來,較易建立合作關(guān)系***企業(yè)與我企業(yè)有數(shù)年的業(yè)務(wù)往來,對其企業(yè)經(jīng)營者的人品及能力也有較深的理解,通過六個月多的交流和溝通,**企業(yè)已與我企業(yè)初步到達(dá)合作意向,詳細(xì)細(xì)節(jié)還在深入商談。五、可減少企業(yè)的經(jīng)營風(fēng)險。***市作為開始實行道路**由“稅改增”的新政策試點,即**又將納入***管理。而合作企業(yè)自身就是****定點**企業(yè),與***企業(yè)進行合作可規(guī)避新政策在本省的實行,對企業(yè)導(dǎo)致經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)上的影響,減少企業(yè)的經(jīng)營風(fēng)險。六、合作更有助于企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展與**企業(yè)合作,我企業(yè)將整體搬遷至合作企業(yè),空出的場地可另作他用,或進行其他項目的投資,均可額外增長經(jīng)濟收益。如總企業(yè)對于此后**業(yè)的發(fā)展前景看好,便可投入資金對原廠區(qū)進行重新規(guī)劃改造(包括對廠房的改造、新設(shè)備的購置),有充足的時間籌劃此后的發(fā)展。綜上所述,為了企業(yè)的未來考慮,與***企業(yè)合作利不小于弊。一旦合作成功,就可實現(xiàn)企業(yè)優(yōu)勢互補、資源共享,增強市場競爭力,到達(dá)共贏的目的,為企業(yè)此后的發(fā)展壯大奠定堅實的基礎(chǔ)。特此提議,望總企業(yè)采納!**********有限企業(yè)***年**月***日篇三:合作提議書1合作設(shè)想提議書昆明金美房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限企業(yè):感謝貴司的信任并邀請德思參與“麗水金沙”的代理銷售執(zhí)行及貴司其他開發(fā)項目的合作商談,我司將高度重視并十分愛惜本次與貴司的合作機會!通過8月8日項目現(xiàn)場的實地考察及與貴司楊總的溝通交流,8月15日與貴司楊總、梁總的再次溝通和交流,
