個人查擺問題分析及個人陳述電子電氣工程

個人查擺問題分析報告為我校各項新任務(wù)奮進(jìn)拼搏增添新動力，樹立新形象。按照各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)相關(guān)要求，結(jié)合自身實際情況，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和分析，進(jìn)行自查自擺，找準(zhǔn)存在的問題，對個人存在問題的原因以及危害進(jìn)行了更深層次的剖析，開展批評與自我批評，以其達(dá)到自我教育、自我提高、自我完善、修正缺點的目的。對于查擺的問題情況，剖析如下：；一、存在的主要問題（一）思想意識上1、思想觀念更新上尚不夠積極主動，有時會出現(xiàn)懶惰情緒。2、開展批評與自我批評工作做得不夠，有“小進(jìn)則止”的思想作祟，滿足于不犯規(guī)、偏安一隅的保守思想作風(fēng)。3、政治學(xué)習(xí)覺悟性不高，學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不高。對政治學(xué)習(xí)的重要性認(rèn)識不足，除集中學(xué)習(xí)和完成規(guī)定要求外，平時比較強(qiáng)調(diào)客觀原因或忙于工作事務(wù)，而放松對自己的學(xué)習(xí)要求。久而久之必將影響素質(zhì)的提高，影響到工作作風(fēng)。（二）工作作風(fēng)上1、工作作風(fēng)仍不夠扎實，不夠雷厲風(fēng)行，自控力、自律力和持久力尚顯不足，做事有虎頭蛇尾之嫌。2、日常工作帶頭不夠，平時安排的工作也不夠搶先，個別時候有推諉情緒，主動服務(wù)主動爭先創(chuàng)優(yōu)的意識不強(qiáng)。3、工作中創(chuàng)新意識不強(qiáng)，工作方法簡單，研究問題不夠深入。認(rèn)為上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就工作會有安排或指示，我不用急著干、搶著干，做好自己份內(nèi)的工作就好了。抓不準(zhǔn)問題關(guān)鍵點，不能深入下去進(jìn)行更深層次的探索和研究。（三）學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)和行為上1、在教育教學(xué)理論方面學(xué)習(xí)不夠堅持，仍停留在“只愿過得去，不愿下苦功”的思想層面，沒有為自己確立更高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，只要場面上過得去，工作上能應(yīng)付得了就行了，沒有很好地下苦功夫去不斷地提高自己。認(rèn)為自己已有的一些知識可以適應(yīng)目前的工作了，不注重知識的全面性。2、學(xué)習(xí)的廣度和深度有所欠缺。平時的學(xué)習(xí)中，看“快餐式”的報刊書籍較多，看政治理論方面的書籍較少；看消息新聞類的書籍較多，看業(yè)務(wù)性方面的書籍較少。學(xué)習(xí)了一些，但理論的深度和廣度缺乏，對思想的觸動不夠。3、學(xué)習(xí)的方法和效果上有所欠缺。只停留在“只讀不寫”的形式，沒有創(chuàng)新學(xué)習(xí)方法和學(xué)習(xí)形式。4、教研力度不夠，寫作水平較低，不善于積累，業(yè)務(wù)水平有待提高，服務(wù)意識需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。二、問題產(chǎn)生的原因1、思想認(rèn)識不高。一直以來，總認(rèn)為做好教師本職工作，完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的工作就萬事大吉了。國家大事與與自己基本無關(guān)，平時雖然也學(xué)習(xí)一些馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，但思想上未引起高度的重視，學(xué)習(xí)目的不夠明確，學(xué)習(xí)時缺乏思考，只停留在淺薄層面上，沒有深刻認(rèn)識其思想的精髓。自覺學(xué)習(xí)的主動性不夠，認(rèn)為政治理論學(xué)習(xí)是虛的東西，沒有真正認(rèn)識到政治理論學(xué)習(xí)是武裝頭腦，堅定信念，凈化心靈，指揮行動的重要法寶。2、自己存在不求銳意進(jìn)取，但求維持現(xiàn)狀的思想，缺乏大局意識、憂患意識和主人翁意識?？傉J(rèn)為考慮全局發(fā)展的事情是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的事，不應(yīng)該是自己考慮的問題，自己關(guān)心不關(guān)心都無關(guān)緊要。不為大局著想，就不可能主動做好本職工作的思想認(rèn)識不夠。三、整改措施和努力方向針對自己在工作中存在的問題，以“三自”“六不”精神要求為對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)則，認(rèn)真反思，加以改進(jìn)，時時開展自我批評，從自身做起，扎實做好每一項工作，提高自己的綜合素質(zhì)。（一）加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí)，提高政治素質(zhì)學(xué)習(xí)是終身的事情，任何時候都不能放松。今后我不僅要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀等科學(xué)理論，及時學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會黨的文件精神，用科學(xué)的政治理論武裝自己的頭腦，提高自己的政治理論修養(yǎng)，堅定自己的政治信念。還要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)法律法規(guī)知識和各業(yè)務(wù)知識。進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)法紀(jì)觀念，增強(qiáng)法紀(jì)意識。樹立正確世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，自覺地加強(qiáng)黨性煅煉，遵紀(jì)守法，廉潔奉公，做到自重、自省、自警、自勵。以高度的責(zé)任感、事業(yè)心，以勤勤懇懇、扎扎實實的作風(fēng)，以百折不饒、知難而進(jìn)的勇氣完成學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)賦予的各項任務(wù)。

（二）積極開拓進(jìn)取，提高工作水平要不斷提高對學(xué)習(xí)業(yè)務(wù)知識重要性和迫切性的認(rèn)識，自覺、刻苦地鉆研業(yè)務(wù)，努力提高自己工作的能力；要熱愛路政執(zhí)法工作，干一行愛一行，虛心好學(xué)，深入鉆研，遇到問題多看多問多想，多向周圍的同志請教；要開拓創(chuàng)新，積極進(jìn)取，靈活運用合理的方法和措施，開展工作，處理問題，把工作能力提高到一個新的水平。

（三）加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)，提高服務(wù)能力通過學(xué)習(xí)，牢固樹立共產(chǎn)主義的理想信念，緊跟不斷發(fā)展變化的新形勢，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)大局意識、責(zé)任意識、憂患意識，在強(qiáng)化服務(wù)意識上下功夫，為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策出謀劃策，獻(xiàn)智獻(xiàn)力；加強(qiáng)與同志間的思想交流，做到相互幫助、相互尊重、相互信任、以誠相待。時刻遵守各項規(guī)章制度，從思想上筑起抵御腐朽思想侵蝕的堅固防線，堂堂正正做人，踏踏實實做事。在工作作風(fēng)上堅持從實際出發(fā)，真抓實干，滿腔熱情地幫助群眾解決實際問題和困難。在生活上嚴(yán)格要求自己，克服享樂主義、拜金主義，敢于抵制各種不正之風(fēng)和腐敗行為，努力做到勤政廉潔。
