福建省普通高中學(xué)業(yè)水平合格性考試

英語(yǔ)學(xué)科考試說(shuō)明

(適用于2017級(jí)高中學(xué)生)

一、命題依據(jù)

依據(jù)教育部頒布的《普通高中英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn))》七級(jí)要求、2016

年《福建省普通高中英語(yǔ)學(xué)科教學(xué)指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》《福建省普通高中學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)

水平考試實(shí)施辦法(試行)》和本考試說(shuō)明,并結(jié)合我省普通高中教學(xué)實(shí)

際進(jìn)行命題。

二'命題原則

1.導(dǎo)向性原則。面向全體學(xué)生,立德樹(shù)人,有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面、

和諧、健康發(fā)展,有利于中學(xué)實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育,體現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科新課程理念,

充分發(fā)揮學(xué)業(yè)水平合格性考試對(duì)普通高中英語(yǔ)學(xué)科教學(xué)的正確導(dǎo)向作用。

2.基礎(chǔ)性原則。嚴(yán)格按教育部頒發(fā)的《普通高中英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)

驗(yàn))》七級(jí)要求所規(guī)定的基本內(nèi)容和基本要求命題??荚噷⒆⒅乜己藢W(xué)生

綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。試題難易適當(dāng),不出偏題和怪題。

3.科學(xué)性原則。試題所選擇的語(yǔ)言素材和創(chuàng)設(shè)的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用情景要充

分考慮各地學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際、社會(huì)體驗(yàn),要盡可能避免因?qū)W生的生活經(jīng)歷

的差異而影響試題的公平性、科學(xué)性和合理性。

4.時(shí)代性原則。閱讀文章和書面表達(dá)的選題應(yīng)貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際,盡量

使用真實(shí)、地道、典型的英語(yǔ)素材,體現(xiàn)時(shí)代感,融入中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化。

三、考試目標(biāo)與要求

學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)完必修模塊1—5后,達(dá)到七級(jí)的目標(biāo)要求。七級(jí)的語(yǔ)言知

識(shí)和語(yǔ)言技能的目標(biāo)要求如下:

1.語(yǔ)言知識(shí)

語(yǔ)音

(1)在口頭表達(dá)中做到語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)自然和流暢;

(2)根據(jù)語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)了解話語(yǔ)中隱含的意圖和態(tài)度;

(3)初步了解英語(yǔ)詩(shī)歌中的節(jié)奏和韻律;

(4)根據(jù)語(yǔ)音辨別和書寫不太熟悉的單詞。

詞匯

(1)理解話語(yǔ)中詞匯表達(dá)的不同功能、意圖和態(tài)度等;

⑵運(yùn)用詞匯給事物命名、進(jìn)行指稱、描述行為和特征、說(shuō)明概念等;

⑶學(xué)會(huì)使用2400—2500個(gè)單詞和300—400個(gè)習(xí)慣用語(yǔ)或固定搭配;

(4)了解英語(yǔ)單詞的詞義變化以及日常生活中新出現(xiàn)的詞匯。

語(yǔ)法

⑴掌握描述時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和方位的常用表達(dá)方式;

⑵理解并掌握比較人、物體及事物的常用表達(dá)方式;

⑶使用適當(dāng)?shù)恼Z(yǔ)言形式描述事物,簡(jiǎn)單地表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度或情感等;

(4)掌握語(yǔ)篇中基本的銜接和連續(xù)手段,并根據(jù)特定目的有效地組織

信息。

功能

⑴了解日常交際功能的主要語(yǔ)言表達(dá)形式;

⑵在語(yǔ)境中恰當(dāng)?shù)乩斫夂捅磉_(dá)問(wèn)候、告別、感謝或介紹等交際功能;

⑶在日常人際交往中有效地使用得體的語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行表達(dá),如發(fā)表意見(jiàn)

或進(jìn)行判斷等;

(4)運(yùn)用已學(xué)過(guò)的功能項(xiàng)目有效地表達(dá)情感、意圖和態(tài)度。

話題

⑴熟悉個(gè)人、家庭和社會(huì)交往等方面的話題;

(2)進(jìn)一步熟悉有關(guān)日常生活、興趣愛(ài)好、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和科學(xué)文化方面

的話題;

⑶熟悉我國(guó)一般社會(huì)生活的話題,如職業(yè)、節(jié)日、風(fēng)俗和社交禮儀

等;

(4)了解英語(yǔ)國(guó)家有關(guān)日常生活習(xí)慣的話題。

2.語(yǔ)言技能

聽(tīng)

⑴能識(shí)別語(yǔ)段中的重要信息并進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的推斷;

⑵能聽(tīng)懂操作性指令,并能根據(jù)要求和指令完成任務(wù);

⑶能聽(tīng)懂正常語(yǔ)速聽(tīng)力材料中對(duì)人和物的描寫、情節(jié)發(fā)展及結(jié)果;

(4)能聽(tīng)懂有關(guān)熟悉話題的談話并能抓住要點(diǎn);

⑸能聽(tīng)懂熟悉話題的內(nèi)容,識(shí)別不同語(yǔ)氣所表達(dá)的不同態(tài)度;

(6)能聽(tīng)懂一般場(chǎng)合的信息廣播,如天氣預(yù)報(bào)等。

⑴能從一般性文章中獲取和處理主要信息;

⑵能理解文章主旨和作者意圖;

⑶能通過(guò)上下文克服生詞困難,理解語(yǔ)篇意義;

(4)能通過(guò)文章中的線索進(jìn)行推理;

⑸能根據(jù)需要從網(wǎng)絡(luò)等資源中獲取信息;

⑹能閱讀適合高中生的英語(yǔ)報(bào)刊或雜志;

⑺除教材外,課外閱讀量應(yīng)累計(jì)達(dá)到23萬(wàn)詞以上。

(1)能用文字及圖表提供信息并進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單描述;

⑵能寫出常見(jiàn)體裁的應(yīng)用文,如信函和一般通知等;

⑶能描述人物或事件,并進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的評(píng)論;

(4)能填寫有關(guān)個(gè)人情況的表格,如申請(qǐng)表等;

⑸能以小組形式根據(jù)課文改編短劇。
