NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetocausesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,naturaldisasters,war,civilunrest,orgovernmentactions.

9.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:
