2、鐘就可以得到運動的好處，包括：預(yù)防心臟病、糖尿病、骨質(zhì)疏松、肥胖、憂郁癥等，甚至有研究指出，運動可以讓人感到快樂，增強自信心。如果你很久沒有運動，建議你循序漸進，慢慢增加長度與強度，可以從最簡單的Walking運動開始，每天快走2030分鐘，持續(xù)走下去，一定能感受到許多好處。 4.用牙線剔牙 用牙線剔牙，不只可以降低蛀牙的機率，還可以保護你的心臟。根據(jù)美國牙周病學(xué)會指出，罹患牙周病的人比一般人容易罹患冠狀動脈疾病。 5.把大自然帶進屋內(nèi) 靜聽雨打落葉的聲音，或望著魚兒在水中優(yōu)游的模樣，都能給人安詳寧靜的心境。專家指出，與大自然結(jié)合的感覺可以減輕壓力。在家中或辦公室中種植盆栽，或養(yǎng)一缸魚都是不錯

3、的建議。 6.戒煙 抽一根煙會產(chǎn)生超過4000種化學(xué)物質(zhì)，其中40幾種會致癌，吸煙者死于肺癌的人數(shù)是不吸煙者的16倍。戒除吸煙的習(xí)慣，不僅對自己的健康有利，也是對家人愛的表現(xiàn)，因為二手煙比一手煙還毒，已被WHO列為頭號致癌物質(zhì)，而孩子往往是二手煙最大的受害者。超過四分之一的嬰兒猝死是因為父母吸煙，導(dǎo)致嬰兒吸入二手煙引起的。二手煙也會增加兒童氣喘的次數(shù)，且加重病情。 7.吃飯時把電視關(guān)掉 研究兒童肥胖和收視習(xí)慣的學(xué)者發(fā)現(xiàn)，兒童在吃飯的時候看電視，通常會容易導(dǎo)致肥胖，且會延長收看電視的時間高達70分鐘。所以不管大人或小孩，吃飯時，最好關(guān)掉電視，專心的吃飯，好好享受桌上的食物。 8.要工作也要娛樂

4、只知埋頭工作，容易熱情缺缺，不妨放輕松一點。準(zhǔn)備一本剪貼簿，收集漫畫、笑話等等幽默的材料，每天不時拿出來翻翻，讓自己開懷大笑幾聲。也可以在工作以外培養(yǎng)一些興趣，缺乏娛樂，是很難為自己打氣的。 9.再忙也要和家人聊聊天 美國心臟病權(quán)威，曾任前美國總統(tǒng)柯林頓醫(yī)療顧問的歐寧胥(DeanOrnish)，歷經(jīng)數(shù)十年研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，擁有親密關(guān)系可以預(yù)防與減緩心臟病，甚至可以提供生命堅強的抵抗力。不管外在生活多么多采多姿，每個人都需要擁有可以打開心扉，分享心事的親密關(guān)系。所以不管再忙，每天也要和家人聊聊天，滋養(yǎng)彼此的親密關(guān)系。 10.讓自己有好睡眠 好的睡眠品質(zhì)比睡眠時間的長短更重要。幾個步驟可以讓你睡得更甜美：
