12、手板不得使用。 5、密目網(wǎng)和安全平網(wǎng)應(yīng)符合國(guó)家驗(yàn)收規(guī)范的要求，并經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)合格。 四、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置落地腳手架基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置在混凝土墊層上，立桿下鋪50mm厚木腳手板并放置150150mm鋼板底座。 五、腳手架搭設(shè)防護(hù)腳手架為雙排落地鋼管腳手架，總高m，腳手架42.45m以下為雙立桿，42.45m- m改為單立桿。腳手架立桿縱距（la）為0.9m、1.5m、0.9m、1.5m、0.9m（計(jì)算取1.5m），立桿橫距（lb）為0.9m，橫桿步距（h）為1.2m，內(nèi)立桿距建筑物外墻皮0.3m，采用單桿剪刀撐（如附圖所示）。1、腳手架必須設(shè)置縱橫向掃地桿。縱向掃地桿應(yīng)采用直角扣件固定在距底座上皮150mm處的立桿

13、上。橫向掃地桿也采用直角扣件固定在緊靠縱向掃地桿下方的立桿上。2、每根立桿底部應(yīng)設(shè)置50mm厚墊板。內(nèi)立桿距建筑物外墻皮0.3m，采用單桿剪刀撐。立桿必須用連墻件與建筑物可靠連接。立桿接長(zhǎng)必須采用對(duì)接扣件連接，立桿上的對(duì)接扣件應(yīng)交錯(cuò)布置，兩根相鄰立桿的接頭不應(yīng)設(shè)置在同步內(nèi)，同步內(nèi)隔一根立桿的兩個(gè)相隔接頭在高度方向錯(cuò)開(kāi)的距離不小于500mm，各接頭中心至主節(jié)點(diǎn)的距離不宜大于步距的1/3。3、縱向水平桿設(shè)置在立桿內(nèi)側(cè)。橫向水平桿在主節(jié)點(diǎn)處必須設(shè)置，用直角扣件扣接且嚴(yán)禁拆除。主節(jié)點(diǎn)處兩個(gè)直角扣件的中心距不應(yīng)大于150mm?？繅σ欢说耐馍扉L(zhǎng)度為150mm。4、作業(yè)層上橫向水平桿兩端均采用直角扣件固定在

14、縱向水平桿上，間距750mm。作業(yè)層腳手板應(yīng)鋪滿、鋪穩(wěn)，離開(kāi)墻面120-150mm。鋪設(shè)時(shí)可采用對(duì)接鋪設(shè)，也可采用搭接鋪設(shè)。對(duì)接鋪設(shè)時(shí)，接頭處必須設(shè)置兩根橫向水平桿，腳手板外伸長(zhǎng)度130-150mm，兩塊腳手板外伸長(zhǎng)度的和不應(yīng)大于300mm。搭接鋪設(shè)時(shí)，接頭必須支在橫向水平桿上，搭接長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)大于200mm，其伸出橫向水平桿的長(zhǎng)度不應(yīng)小于100mm。其板長(zhǎng)兩端均應(yīng)與支承桿可靠的固定。5、連墻件采用短鋼管用扣件固定在剪力墻洞口，沿洞口高度上、中、下設(shè)置三道，連墻件宜靠近主節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)置，偏離主節(jié)點(diǎn)的距離不大于300mm。6、剪刀撐設(shè)置如附圖所示。7、安全防護(hù)隨搭設(shè)進(jìn)程及時(shí)裝設(shè)連墻件和剪刀撐，裝設(shè)作業(yè)層間橫

15、桿，鋪設(shè)腳手板和裝設(shè)作業(yè)層欄桿、擋腳板；搭設(shè)過(guò)程中密目外網(wǎng)須全封閉。外腳手架采用立體防護(hù)，外側(cè)除洞口位置外滿掛密目網(wǎng)，網(wǎng)的顏色要一致且均掛在腳手架外立桿內(nèi)側(cè)，用合乎要求的系繩按網(wǎng)眼系牢在大橫桿上，網(wǎng)與網(wǎng)的連接要靠緊并用系繩綁好。操作層在腳手架外側(cè)大橫桿與腳手板之間設(shè)置1.2m高防護(hù)欄桿和擋腳板，擋腳板高度200mm，立放在腳手板上，板與板要靠緊，并用操作層的腳手板擠牢。中欄桿應(yīng)居中設(shè)置。六、腳手架搭設(shè)注意事項(xiàng)1、外徑48mm與51mm的鋼管?chē)?yán)禁混合使用。2、當(dāng)搭至有連墻點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造點(diǎn)時(shí)，在搭設(shè)完該處的立桿、縱向水平桿、橫向水平桿后，應(yīng)立即設(shè)置連墻件。3、對(duì)接扣件的開(kāi)口要朝向架子的內(nèi)側(cè)，螺栓朝上，直

16、角扣件的開(kāi)口不得朝下，以確保安全。4、在主節(jié)點(diǎn)處固定橫向水平桿、縱向水平桿、剪刀撐、橫向斜撐等用的直角扣件、旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件的中心點(diǎn)的相互距離不應(yīng)大于150mm。5、螺栓擰緊扭力矩不應(yīng)小于40Nm，且不應(yīng)大于65Nm，各桿件端頭伸出扣件蓋板邊緣的長(zhǎng)度不應(yīng)小于100mm。6、剪刀撐、橫向斜撐應(yīng)隨立桿、縱向和橫向水平桿等同步搭設(shè)。七、腳手架搭設(shè)質(zhì)量要求1、立桿的垂直偏差為100mm，同一排大橫桿的水平偏差不大于50mm。2、腳手架步距、橫距偏差為20mm，縱距偏差為50mm。3、同跨內(nèi)兩根縱向水平桿高差為10mm。4、橫向水平桿外伸長(zhǎng)度為200mm，允許偏差為-50mm。八、腳手架拆除1.腳手架拆除前，由

17、工長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行拆除安全技術(shù)交底。2.清除腳手架上雜物及地面障礙物。3.拆除作業(yè)必須由上而下逐層進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁上下同時(shí)作業(yè)。4.連墻件必須隨腳手架逐層拆除，嚴(yán)禁先將連墻件整層或數(shù)層拆除后再拆腳手架；分段拆除高差不大于2步。5.當(dāng)腳手架拆至最后一根長(zhǎng)立桿的高度時(shí)，應(yīng)先在適當(dāng)位置搭設(shè)臨時(shí)拋撐后再拆除連墻件。6.拆下的扣件和配件要及時(shí)運(yùn)至地面并按品種、規(guī)格隨時(shí)碼放，各構(gòu)配件嚴(yán)禁拋擲至地面。7.拆除時(shí)地面設(shè)監(jiān)護(hù)人，嚴(yán)禁無(wú)關(guān)人員進(jìn)入危險(xiǎn)區(qū)。九、安全技術(shù)措施1.腳手架搭設(shè)人員必須是經(jīng)過(guò)按現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)特種作業(yè)人員安全技術(shù)考核管理規(guī)則（GB5036）考核合格的專(zhuān)業(yè)架子工。上崗人員應(yīng)定期體檢，合格者方可上崗。2.搭設(shè)腳手架

18、人員必須戴安全帽、系安全帶、穿防滑鞋。 3.腳手架的構(gòu)配件質(zhì)量與搭設(shè)質(zhì)量，應(yīng)按規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收，合格后方準(zhǔn)使用。 4. 當(dāng)有六級(jí)及六級(jí)以上大風(fēng)和霧、雨天氣時(shí)應(yīng)停止腳手架搭設(shè)與拆除作業(yè)。雨后上架作業(yè)應(yīng)有防滑措施。5. 在腳手架使用期間，嚴(yán)禁拆除主節(jié)點(diǎn)處的縱、橫向水平桿，縱、橫向掃地桿和連墻件。6. 不得在腳手架基礎(chǔ)及其鄰近處進(jìn)行挖掘作業(yè)，否則應(yīng)采取安全措施，并報(bào)主管部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)。7. 在腳手架上進(jìn)行電、氣焊作業(yè)時(shí)，必須有防火措施和專(zhuān)人看守。8. 腳手架接地、避雷措施應(yīng)按施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電安全技術(shù)規(guī)范（JGJ46）的有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。9. 搭拆腳手架時(shí)，地面應(yīng)設(shè)圍欄和警戒標(biāo)志，并派專(zhuān)人看守，嚴(yán)禁非操作人
