1、四川文化傳媒職業(yè)學(xué)院教師教案 (2014 2015 學(xué)年第 一學(xué)期)課程名稱 酒店英語 授課班級 13酒店管理 教 研 室 英語教研室 主講教師 周靜慧 職 稱 助教 四川文化傳媒職業(yè)學(xué)院教務(wù)處制教案書寫要求1、教案書寫(設(shè)計)必須以教務(wù)處統(tǒng)一格式進(jìn)行。教案可含有必要的圖、表、版書設(shè)計等。2、書寫方式:以下兩種方式任選一種。(1)手寫:任課教師在各系(部)領(lǐng)取紙質(zhì)教案紙書寫或在學(xué)院網(wǎng)站上自行下載書寫(2)電子文稿:電子模板發(fā)在學(xué)院網(wǎng)站上,由任課教師下載填寫。字體一律使用“五號”字,用A4紙打印。3、教案封面和扉頁一學(xué)期只需填寫一次,首頁和內(nèi)頁和主要按授課課時填寫,可以一個教學(xué)內(nèi)容(單元)或一次

6、r should let students discuss the table reservation ,what should they ask in a table reservation .and let the students know what they should do when someone wants to reserve a table, and let them know the importance of the information. They are required to choose two leaders to role-play the dialogues and find out the useful sentences, then ask someone to translate the important sentences in order to improve their translation ability. After learning the dialogues , the students should practice these di

24、桌子坐下看菜單點菜就餐付錢離開。英語語言的表達(dá)基本上也是依照次順序?!坝啿汀痹谟⑽闹杏袃煞N說法,即tobookatable和&makeareservation。在英國以及其它很多國家,餐廳一般劃分為吸煙區(qū)和非吸煙區(qū)。一進(jìn)餐廳,服務(wù)員會主動征詢客人的意見,然后引領(lǐng)客人前往所選擇的區(qū)域就餐。在西餐廳就餐,菜單一般由三類不同的菜別組成。thefirstcourse或者starters是指第一道菜,往往是湯、一小碟色拉或其它小吃。第二道菜是主菜,fishandchips是魚和炸土豆條,它同“roastbeefandyorkshirpudding牛肉布丁”、“shepherdspie牧羊人餡餅”一樣,都
25、是典型的英國傳統(tǒng)菜肴。最后一道是甜食或冷或熱,但都是甜的。西方飲食習(xí)慣是先吃咸的,后吃甜的。西餐菜單名目繁多,有時不易讀懂。遇到這種情況,可以請服務(wù)員解釋一下。3. taking orders background information for this part , the students are given 7 minutes to read the background ,and the students are invited to introduce the information to other students .1. here is the menu. 先遞給女士,長者或

I am afraid it will take some time to prepare.需花費較長時間準(zhǔn)備的菜品,下單前一定要和顧客說明。6. how about?如果沒有顧客點的菜,要及時推薦其他菜肴。7. 點好菜后把菜單上的內(nèi)容清晰的向客人重復(fù)確認(rèn)一遍。
