8、yee stamp收款人簽章:i. obligations of party a 甲方之義務(wù)(1) party a acknowledged and agreed to the aforesaid program package and fees and shall pay according to the designated payment schedule 甲方認(rèn)可以上課程組合安排和收飆 并按付款時(shí)間表付清所有款項(xiàng)。(2) party a must finish all classes within the contractual period. the classes unfinish

9、ed will become invalid automatically beyond the expiry date.屮方必須在此協(xié)議規(guī)定期內(nèi)完成所有課程。一旦課程有效期截止，未結(jié)束課程將自動(dòng)取消。(3) party a acknowledged that one of the parents will accompany the child to attend the classes and will cooperate with the instructors during class. the accompanying parent should ensure the health a

10、nd safety of the child at all time should the pare nt fail to accompany the child, a guardia n appointed by party a must fulfill the aforesaid resp on sibility as if he/she is the pare nt himself/herself. 甲方認(rèn)可一位家長需陪同幼兒上課，并配合藝術(shù)老師上課時(shí)的指引。家長必須隨時(shí)注意幼兒的安全。如果不能陪同幼兒上課.家長應(yīng)指定一位監(jiān)護(hù)人代 英履行以上責(zé)任。(4) party a ack no w

11、ledged that in order to ensure the quality of classes, only one adult is permitted to atte nd class with the child with the exception when a) both parents are present or b) the accompanying mother is pregnant為了保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量，甲方認(rèn)知只能i1j一位家長陪同幼兒上課，以下情況除外a)父母親陪同幼兒一起上課b)母親懷孕(5) party a acknowledged his/her oblig

12、ation to inform his/her ecd consultant to ask for permission to take leave from a scheduled class and party a agreed that all re-scheduled classes must be completed within the contractual period party a also acknowledged that unattended classes without leave permission will be counted as completed c

13、lasses甲方認(rèn)可其向顧間請假的貴任，并同意所右補(bǔ)課課時(shí)必須在此協(xié)議期內(nèi)完成。另外，甲方認(rèn)知其沒有提出請假川請的課時(shí)將作已上課時(shí)處理。(6) party a agreed that party b has the right to refuse classroom entry if the child/parents/guardian is/are found physically/mentally ill or suffering from any kind of contagious disease party a acknowledged that if they are late f

14、or class over 15 minutes, they will not be allowed to attend the class. party a should have his/her ecd consultant to re-schedule the class to be completed within the contractual period甲方同意當(dāng)乙方發(fā)現(xiàn)幼丿l/家2監(jiān)護(hù)人有身體/梢神上的不適或患有傳染病，有權(quán)拒絕其進(jìn)入教室。另外，甲方認(rèn)知如其遲到超過15分鐘將被拒絕進(jìn)入 教室。甲方應(yīng)向其顧問提出補(bǔ)課安排并于此協(xié)議期內(nèi)完成所有諜程。(7) party a ackn

15、owledged that scheduled classes will be automatically removed upon any 4 consecutive weeks of absences party a should have his/her ecd consultant to re-schedule the classes to be completed within the contractual period甲方認(rèn)知如連續(xù)4周上課缺席，其學(xué)位將被系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)取消。甲方應(yīng)向其顧問提出重新安排課時(shí)要求，并于此協(xié)議期內(nèi)完成所有課程。(8) party a acknowledged

16、 that bonus classes are eligible only after all normal classes are completed and become invalid automatically if party a terminates this contract prior to the expiry date party a acknowledged that bonus classes are not transferable to other gymboree centers甲方認(rèn)可獲贈(zèng)課程須在止式課程完成之后開始生效，如甲方提前解約獲贈(zèng)課程將自動(dòng)取消。甲方也

17、認(rèn)可獲贈(zèng)課程只在簽約中心有效，不得轉(zhuǎn)去其他中心。ii. obligations of party b 乙方之義務(wù)party b acknowledged and agreed to the following contractual terms. within the contractual period, party b should:乙方認(rèn)知及同意以下的條款內(nèi)容.在此協(xié)議的有效日期內(nèi)，乙方須：(1) ensure that instructors are hired via fair selection and proper interview. they must be qualifie

18、d to lead classes offered to children aged 2-12,保證所有藝術(shù)老師皆經(jīng)過平等篩選及正規(guī)而試后才得以聘用，并符合指導(dǎo)2-12歲幼兒上課的資格。(2) offer program that caters to the developmental needs of children at different ages and to ensure teachi ng quality by limiting class size to 12 children or less,提供按幼兒不同年齡發(fā)冇而設(shè)計(jì)的課程，并保證小班制度，以毎節(jié)課不超過12人來控管教學(xué)質(zhì)

19、鼠。(3) use teachi ng materials and equipment designed with special atte ntion to safety for young children, 使用著重幼兒安全的教材與設(shè)備。(4) ensure a hygienic and quality learning environment,保證學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的高度衛(wèi)生。iii. this contract shall automatically terminate upon completion of all classes.如本協(xié)議內(nèi)所訂定的課程全部結(jié)束，本協(xié)議將自動(dòng)終止。iv. th

20、is contract is non-transferable and the contracted program is not allowed to be completed by anyone else without party b's prior written approval.本協(xié)議不得轉(zhuǎn)讓，同時(shí)在沒有乙方的書面同意下，不得由協(xié)議規(guī)定以外的其它人完成此協(xié)議內(nèi)的課程。v. party a should obtain written consent from party b should he/she wishes to terminate this contract prior to the expiry date.甲方如在本協(xié)議到期日前解約，必須經(jīng)乙方書面同意：(1) 100% reimbursement on payment within 7 days without
