5、no personal injury accident occurred, no major accident and above, no major fire acci dents without environmental pollution acci dents, safety for three consecutive years to maintain stability to good posture. busine ss financial indicators: total profits of 255 million yuan, beyond the annual budge

7、ssions performance greatly reduced compared to last year, carbon 0.09 g/k wh, sulfur dioxide 0.104 g/kwh nox 0.512 g/kwh; dust removal efficiency of more than 99.8%. -reliability index: equivalent availability factor in 93.47%, increased 7.95% from a year earlier. equivalent forced outage rate 0.08%

22、追求經濟效益。文化產業(yè)作為經營文化產品與服務的企業(yè),其最終目的是為廣大消費者提供精神文化消費。就其內涵而言, 文化產業(yè)通常是指依托高科技和現代傳播、流通渠道, 以生產和提供具有文化內涵的商品和服務為特征, 以文化市場為導向,以文化生產和服務的經營性企業(yè)為主體,通過大規(guī)模投入和產出, 提供文化產品和文化服務的經濟門類。一般來說, 文化產業(yè)不是局限于孤立的某個產業(yè),而是形成一個相互關聯(lián)具有“同心圓”或延伸產業(yè)鏈條的一個集群。通?!拔幕a業(yè)經營中所提供的產品或服務需要包括三個要素的全部或部分,要提供信息傳播功能、滿足體閑娛樂功能,還要具備文化藝術內涵。; l 1 ( p77)其核心要素即內容部分是信

45、中心的社會大格局中,文化產業(yè)逐步從邊緣走向中心,當今被稱為 “朝陽產業(yè)” 的文化產業(yè),在社會經濟和人們的生活層面上空前活躍,地位也日漸提高。黨的十六大把發(fā)展文化產業(yè)提高到了時代新發(fā)展的一個嶄新高度,既迎合了世界各國文化發(fā)展上流,也成為中國文化產業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。一、對發(fā)展文化產業(yè)的再認識從社會觀念看, 目前, 文化作為一種新興產業(yè)還未扎根。有些人把發(fā)展文化產業(yè)看成是文化部門的事, 與已無關; 有些人將文化看成是思想政治和消遣娛樂工具,沒有全面深刻地認識文化事業(yè)的性質、 地位和對發(fā)展經濟所起的重要作用,沒有用經濟的辦法、 產業(yè)的方式、遵循文藝發(fā)展的規(guī)律來興辦文化產業(yè)。對此,筆者認為有必要對發(fā)展文

46、化產業(yè)進行再認識。1、文化產業(yè)及含義從 20 世紀 50 年代以后, 第三次科技革命隨著第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后經濟的復蘇開始了, 即發(fā)展以信息技術為核心的智能生產力時期,標志著文化與經濟嶄新關系的確立。工業(yè)化時代經濟生產與文化是對立的,而智能比生產時代,經濟與文化是一體的,即“文化的經濟化”和“經濟的文化化”,由此而產生了一個新的產業(yè)文化產業(yè),這是一個集中代表了現代經濟、政治和文化發(fā)展的全球性的新興產業(yè),并以迅猛的發(fā)展趨勢,成為人類社會不可缺少的產業(yè)門類,在許多國家成為國民經濟的支柱產業(yè),并創(chuàng)造出巨大的經濟效益。2、文化與高新技術的完美結合蓬勃發(fā)展的文化產業(yè)是文化與高新技術聯(lián)姻的結晶。高精品學習資料
