10、iness card.4.Preview 1.2After classIndividual Work5minutesSummary after class第一次課設(shè)計梗概(2課時)(1) 告知學(xué)生本課程的總體安排、教材的處理,上課的方式、明確學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。兩個目標(biāo):通過聽、說、讀、寫及分組討論,案例表演和課堂演示,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在商務(wù)情景下的工作習(xí)慣和交流意識;盡量通過BEC初級考試。兩個要求:為了提高學(xué)生的積極性并使他們了解在平時的學(xué)習(xí)中應(yīng)提高哪些能力,告訴學(xué)生現(xiàn)在用人單位對員工的要求,第一要有一定的專業(yè)素質(zhì),二是情商要高,即懂得如何交流,如何為人處事。教學(xué)方式:在教學(xué)中,主要采取活動教學(xué),通過各種各

11、樣的活動,提高學(xué)生的自信心和交流能力。將學(xué)生分為六組,每組四人,一個組即為一個公司,每個組員都有一個職位,第一周確定每個組員的職位。第三、四周確定公司的名稱、職能和業(yè)務(wù)范疇,并在全班演示。(2) 考核方式平時表現(xiàn):兩個方面,一是整組的表現(xiàn),即各個公司在各種課堂活動上的表現(xiàn);二是個人的主動表現(xiàn)和提問表現(xiàn).只要平時刻苦努力,積極主動。期末卷面:一整套BEC初級的模擬題。口試:口試的形式仿照BEC初級口試形式并加上案例表演。(3) 進入正題本次課的項目主要是介紹公司的職務(wù)分類,職能范疇,撰寫個人簡介及設(shè)計名片。l Reading: Read and get to know the format of
