3、nconstruction.Slidingformwork;constructiontechnology;deflectioncontrolI.GeneralSituationoftheprojectNanjingYangtzeRiverBridgeNorthBridgebridgeupperstructurefor16m*30mand5m*50mPCwithvariablecrosssectioncontinuousbeambridge.Thewholebridgesectioniscomposedoftwosingleboxandsinglechamberbeamsectionssepar

4、atedfromtoptobottom,andacentralpartitioncoverplateisarrangedinthemiddle.among5*50mapproachbridgein30mapproachbridgeandthemainbridgetransitionsection,thebridgeislocatedinlandandwater,landahole,fourholesonthewater,thepeakwaterlevel7m.Therefore,itisveryimportanttochooseanoptimumconstructionscheme.Two,s

5、chemecomparisonBasedonthebridgepositionof50mbridge,twoschemesshouldbeadoptedfortheconstructionofsuperstructure:1.Supportconstruction,setupafullsupportwithoneholeontheriverbank,insertfourholecopperpipepileinwater,andbuildasteelpipepilesupport.Adopttheconstructionwithoutscaffold.Thatis,theintroduction

6、offoreignadvancedequipment-slidingdieframeforconstruction.Thefirstconstructionplanisthetraditionalconstructionmethodofourcompany.Thereareabundantconstructionexperience,thetechnologyiseasytocontrol,butthisschemeforwaterconstruction,heavyworkload,Jixietaiban,theeconomyisnotreasonable,theconstructionsc

7、heduleisnotideal.Secondkindsofconstructionschemes,advancedconstructionequipment,withtheleadingdomesticlevel,butthiskindofequipmentisusedforthefirsttimeourcompany,thetechnologyisdifficulttocontrol,fortheconstructionofwaterinthemiddlespancast-in-placecontinuousbeambridgeisparticularlysuitablefor.Synth

8、eticmanifoldreasonsInconsiderationofNanjingbridgeprojectofthecompanyultimatelydecidedtousenoscaffoldingconstructionthattheintroductionofMSSslidingformworksystem.Three,slidingmodeprofilesTheMSSslidebeamintroducedbyourcompanyismainlycomposedofsixparts,thebracket(NiuTui),themainbeam(GangXiangliang),the

9、crossbeam,thebackbeam,theexternaldieandtheinternaldie.Eachpartisequippedwithaninternalhydraulicormechanicalsystem.Thestructureandfunctionofeachcomponentareasfollows:1. bracketBracketsarecommonlycalledbracketsandtriangularstructures.Throughthereservedhole(diameter:80cm*100cm)insertattachedtothepieron

10、thepier.Itsroleistosupportthemaingirder,themaingirderloadtransfertothepieronthebracket.Aslidingblockisarrangedonthetopfaceofeachbracket.Itisequippedwithtwopairsof20thorizontalautomaticmovinghydraulicjacks.A450tverticalautomatichydraulicjack,alongitudinalmovinghydraulicjack.Themainbeamisembeddedinthe

11、overheadtravellingcrane.Inordertoreducethefrictionbetweenthemainbeamandthecrownwhenmovinginlongitudinaldirection,thecraneisequippedwithapolyfourvinylslideboard,andthemainbeamispositionedinthedirectionoftheslab,thedirectionofthebridgeandtheverticalheightthroughthethreehydraulicsystem.2. mainbeamThesl

12、idinggirderisapairofsteelboxgirders.Thesectionsizeofthesteelboxgirderiswide:2.0m,height:3.0m,length64.8m,dividedintosixsections-10.7m+4*0.8m+10.9m).Thejointsareconnectedbyfrictiontypehighstrengthbolts.Inordertomakethemainbeamslidealongthebridgefromtheupperholetothenexthole,thefrontandbackofthemainbe

13、amisequippedwithabridgetypenosebridge,long21m.Themaingirderisaloadbearingcomponentoftheslidingmode,weighingabout350t.Themainbeamisprovidedwithawindow,andthecrossbeamisprovidedwithamainbeam;averticalhydraulicjack,amechanicaljackandahorizontaljackarearrangedinthewindow.Thesteelbeamishingedwiththemainb

14、eamthroughthepressuresystem,andthemainbeamissubjectedtotheconstructionloadoftheexternal,internalandupperstructuretransferredbythecrossbeam.3. beamThewholeslidingmodehas18pairsofcrossbeams,thebeamis"H"type,thesteelstructuresizeis35cm*90cm*900cm,eachpairofbeamsforpinconnection,thebeamspacing

23、ruction(with)partsmustberemovedortreatedqualifiedrearcanuse.Bracketassemblyonsite:becausethebracketistriangularandhasacertainheight,thesiteassemblyisunstableandshouldbesupportedbyatriangularsupport.Theliftingbracketplacement,pierreservedhole,withthetopbracketbylevelingleveling,sothatthecraneonthesur

25、tant,thewholehoistingisdifficult.Duringconstruction,thecraneishoistedattwotimes,andtemporarysupportisarrangedinthespantocarryouttheclosureassembly.Thisrequiresthetemporarysupportoftheelevationofaccuratemeasurementandslope,sothatthesteelbeaminthemiddleofthesmoothdocking,assembly.Afterthemaingirderisa

26、ssembled,thecrossbeamisplacedatthemainbeamwindow,andthemainbeamisplacedundertheinfluenceofthehydraulicsystem,andthebridgeispositionedaccuratelyinthedirectionofthehydraulicsystemwhenallthebeamsareinstalled.Atotalstationortheodoliteisinstalledatthecenterofthepier,thebridgeaxisisreleased,thecrossbeamis

27、adjustedaccordingtotheaxisofthebridge,andthebottomplateislaidwithapin,andtheaxisdeviationiscontrolledwithin5mm.Then,theinstallationofthewebandflangeplates.Whenassemblingtheslipform,thepartsarerequiredtobeconnectedreliably.Afterassembly,theutilitymodelcanbesafelyandreliablychecked,andcanbeusedforthec

28、onstructionoftheupperstructure.Six、adjustmentoftemplateandelevationcontrolInordertobettersetcamber,thissetofslidingformworkisdesignedwithLCMformwork,andthedesignissupportedbysheetiron.Accordingtotheactualconstructionpractice,takingintoaccountthequalityofthecastbeambody,weadoptedtheputtytoaddthecurin

29、gagenttoadjustthecaulkingandsmoothing.Asakindofbettermendingjointmaterial,ithasgoodcuringspeedandhighstrength.Itmeetstherequirementofconstructionspecification.Thequalityofthecastbeamisbetter.Elevationcontrol:itisdifficultfortheconstructionoftheslidingmodetoreserveacertaindegreeofarchsothatthebeamcan

30、reachitsdesignelevationasmuchaspossible.Therefore,thesourceofthedeflectionvalueoftheconstructionframeshouldbeconsideredcomprehensively;thetheoreticalcalculationofdeflectionvalueshouldbeaccurate.Thesourceofthissetofslidingmodedeflectionshasthefollowingfouraspects:(L)deflectionvalueofconcreteselfweigh

31、t(valuesuppliedbymanufacturerVCEcompany);(2) thedeflectioncausedbythecantileverboom(withoutconsideringtheweightoftheslidingform)iscalculatedaccordingtothe13mn(accordingtothetriangledistribution)andadjustedaccordinglywhenmeasured;(3) prestressedtensioningthecamber,betweenthefrontandrearpivotpartaccor

32、dingtoparaboladistribution,paraboliccentermaximumdeflectionaccordingto20mm,themaximumcantileverdeflectionaccordingto13mm(accordingtotriangle);(4) thedeflectioncausedbythesettlementofthebracketiscalculatedaccordingto10mm.Throughobservation,deflectiondeflectioncalculationandtheactualconstructionproces

33、softheaccord,butslightlydifferent,sointheconstructionofahole,carefulobservationofeachconstructionstage,measuringthedeflectionvaluechanges,butcomparedwiththetheoreticalcalculation,soastoguidetheconstructionofthenexthole;reducestheconstructionerror,guaranteetheconstructionofthegirderelevationandthedes

34、ignelevationdeviationisreducedtolessthan1cm.Seven,theconstructionprocessofboxgirderThe50mapproachboxgirderadoptsequalsectionbeam,thebeamheightis2.6m,theboxgirderroofthicknessisconstant,thewebandfloorthicknesschange,thebridgewidthis32m,andtheupperandlowerseparatesingleboxsinglechambersection,thestrai

35、ghtbridge.Boxgirderconstructionfromthebeginningoftheshore,eachconstructionatthenextgapinthegap8m(L/6near)continuousconstruction,constructionprocessflowchartshowninfigure1.Becausetheconstructionoperationiscyclical,inordertoimproveworkefficiencyandspeeduptheconstructionprocess,eachprocessshouldbecompa

36、ctandconnected.Atthesametime,thepreparationofthenextprocessiseffectivelyshortened,andtheconstructionperiodisshortened.Duringtheconstruction,thefirstpouringhole,thetemplatebeforeandafterthepivotinbeforeandafterthepiers,andothercastinghole.Inordertoensurethesmoothconstructionjoint,locatedinfrontofthep

37、iertoppivot,afterthepivotonthecantileverendhasbeenpouringcompleted,therearsuspensionrodliftingbeammainbeam,asasupport.Thepouringofconcreteadoptsonecastingconstructionmethod,andthetwostepiscarriedout.Pourthebottomandthewebfirstandthenpourtheroof.Andstartfromtheendofthecantilevertopreventexcessivedefl

38、ectiondeformationofthemainbeamspan.Intheendofconstructionneedtomoveacross,firstslidingofftherack,demoulding,lifttheconnectionbeamaccordingtopinhorizontalslip,outside,avoidthepier,thenthelongitudinalsliptothenexthole.Themainbeamwithaconnectingrod,acrossbeamandatemplateisunstablewhenmoving;inordertoac

39、hievebalance,theconcretecounterweightisarrangedoutsidethemainbeam.Eight,concludingremarksTheconstructionoftheprojectadoptstheslidingformworkmethod,withahighdegreeofmechanization.Thecompleteprocesssuchasformwork,steelbar,concreteandtensioningtechnologycanbecompletedinthemoldbase.Atthesametimeastheconstructionworkperiod,andnotsubjecttotheinterferenceofexternalfactors,n
